That's basically why I chose Turtwig as my starter in Rejuvenation, so I can Earthquake people without waiting a million years to get the TM. Also for this update: I'm starting to think Jan dragged out you getting to Valor mountain because he wasn't sure how to handle the events up there. The gap is actually ridiculous. Yay the return of Dr. Zauis, he's rapidly becoming one of my favorite Team Members of yours. I hope you keep the Nasty Plot gag going, it's pretty great. Honestly you got kinda lucky with Blu-Ray in that battle with Aelita, because I'm like 90 percent certain that Blaziken packs Thunderpunch. Also I now I kinda want to see a Dance off between Aelita and Rose, such an insult can't be ignored. . . . . You should know better at this point, come on now. . . -
All this for a TM so we can actually start to rescue Nim. . . . she should treat you to meal after all this is done all things considered. Once again, I think you may be the person I've ever seen play this game to actually like Ren. I like your explanation of Ren's actions, especially since you never quite get to the point of defending them. Understanding yes, defending no. At the end of the day, this young man has wedded himself to a group of terrorists that likely has a great deal of blood on their hands. It will at least be interesting to see how his arc goes from here. Also those Vigoroths kinda kill the mood of the scene, be kinda funny if you could battle them though.

Man Soozy is pretty cool *immediately gets killed via friendly fire*. . . wow this is why I dread doing AI partner double battles in fangames like this. They're a liability more often than not. Also crap poor Ali, I saw that coming the moment you kept him on the field against Mamoswine. I think the bad part is your team sans Zira (and Rose, who I tend to forget is actually pretty fast, thank goodness for Jolly nature) for this fight was REALLY slow. Like Coffee probably would have been invaluable here. . . Also, man was I wrong about Rose not being helpful here. The murder dragon saves the day yet again, though like Gaunt and Commander said you are REALLY pushing your luck there. Melia being basically a deity isn't much of a stretch considering everything else with the girl. Just wait for her to go Super Saiyan Blue or something like that a some point, mark my words. Also the sprite edits on the continue to be my favorite parts of this run, from Star Blusterium, Zira on the field, and Chiller in your desperate attempt to stay relevant. Time to go rescue Nim (and Amber too I guess) for real this time!

Sean x Angie: an tragic romance of the level of Romeo and Juliet. Also your team is tailor made to stomp on Angie barring bullshit. Should be good for experience at the very least. As for everything else, I'd say remember you're doing this for Nim but at this point I think the game itself may have forgotten about her.

Your abuse of the letter "Z" has gone too far this time! Also I'm enjoying seeing a look at all the Version 10 changes, like the Tangrowth which I think is actually creepier than the Rift Carnivine. The eye placement is just disconcerting. Also props to literally everyone in the group for doing actually nothing during Nim abduction. That's something that Jan seriously needs to work on.

It's possible to nuzlocke this game like that Dai Laughing guy on YouTube, but you need a hell of a lot of preparation and luck to do so.

Its honestly amazing how incompetent Team Xen is barring Madame X and maybe Nastasia. They had a perfect chance to catch Melia and didn't. At this point I wish one of them was a double agent and was actively working against them from the inside (maybe Ren?). Like it could be cool, they're feeding you info about plans and targets but naw they just kinda suck. They make Team Meteor look damn good in comparison. Well at least Angie will be a . . .interesting experience to say the least. Also Sean x Tesla is not gonna happen no matter how much you wish it.

Oh boy this is back, I read through this in a day and I wanted to comment but this was back during the hiatus and I didn't want to necro the thread. I follow Derogatory's Nuzlocke of this and I followed Shofu's playthrough, but it's interesting getting a look at Rejuvenation through different eyes. Heck, I'm even playing it myself, but I'm much farther behind just about to start the stuff with Marriannette. It's funny how your views and their views overlap at certain points, yet differ in others. Particularly Ren, I was kinda surprised you defended him, but your argument for his actions was pretty well done. I'm still not the biggest fan of the guy but I get why he does what he does. All things considered there's bigger fish to fry (Melia mostly, which you and Derogatory said pretty much everything I could possibly say). All I can say is good luck because the game is about to throw quite a bit of. . . . stuff at you to put it kindly.

I've honestly seen worse, I watched the Light Platinum Penta-Op and witnessed the horror that was Professor Jasmine's voice. I'm pretty sure what happened there is illegal in some countries. Also is it bad I get a near sadistic amount of delight whenever they run up against Gym Leaders and other important battles, because they usually end up struggling and getting salty as a result. It's generally been a highlight for me.

That. . . works actually. I kinda wish it was implied in the game itself, because otherwise it's just Amaria taking a full strength Superpower to the face and shrugging it off. Which makes Solaris leaving all the more appropriate considering he would understandibly be unnerved by that. To be fair, the team is a LONG ways off from hitting the actual Episode 18 content so that may help? That and they may not know that these initial releases are a bit buggy.

Well besides Nexus, they dealt with the ZEL pretty easily. Also Mo and Nexus' concern for Amaria was kinda touching. I'm still surprised Amaria didn't outright die after getting superpowered. Like the game plays people getting hit by stuff like that mostly straight (Terra and her hammer aside) so that always made my eyebrows rise.

Reborn has an intimidating reputation for a reason apparently. That Mimikyu is terrifying, it's guaranteed to get a Swords Dance off no matter what. Also, Twit is the true hero of the Nuzlocke. A shining beacon of light against the Darkness.

At some point you gotta wonder what Team Xen is thinking just waiting on the plot to come back to them, like they could have chucked Nim into the lava ages ago and we'd never know until it was too late. Also Rose continues to be the best thing ever, that Master Ball man. The whole Saki/Venam battle was a . . . thing. About the only thing Melia did was soak up hits honestly. Also enjoy the villa, its about the nicest thing you're going to get for awhile.

Oh boy are we in for another update bomb? I'm totally in. Also I despise how that scene where you meet Tesla goes. You meet the first person to help you in the Aevium region and its setting up for a sweet reunion, and then boom it all turns to Melia again. Like Jan, you couldn't wait two minutes at the very least.

You're back and you're in desperate need of a shave. You should try to edit a beard onto your trainer sprite. It's telling after dealing with Melia for an extended period that Saki feels almost tolerable in comparison.

And once again Nappy is the only one who doesn't get completely mulched. That Pelliper/Sharpedo combo is terrifying. EDIT: Also surprised that Wartortle wasn't a Blastoise.

All's fair in a nuzlocke, the lives of their Pokemon depend on them making the right plays. Stacking the odds in your favor when you can is a nuzlocke tradition, and sometimes even that isn't enough.

Honestly from all the LP's of the game, Kiki seems to be the easiest gym battle up to that point in the game. I'm starting to wonder if that was deliberate on Ame's part to lull the player into a false sense of security before she drops Solaris on them.
