    I’m @ Cyrus’ story and I just want to say... that Therese is a piece of crap. Sis got up and snitched cause she got jealous? Oh well, things did go well in the end. Still, Therese will catch these hands if we ever meet in a ditch.

     

    Maybe on the later chaps she will improve? She better. Girlie needs some love advice.

      Sooo… The baby sun in the telletubies but it's pink and will creep people out more than the original. The 1 above it looks like Charlie Brown died and came back as a ghost but happy and the 1 above that 1 is just creepy looking. Alright. I have my nightmares for the next couple of nights.

      @Zander Both are very different but I see/hear that tiny similarity. Nevertheless both are equally high quality and are fitting themes for their respective leaders. Frontier brain themes just has that special place in my heart.

       

      @SnowGlaceon DP remakes I’m kind of 50/50 I’m reluctant of it but we all gucci if it’s going to happen! Wigs will FLY once Lake Verity remix drops!!

      The Lake themes and Lake Trio themes were the unsung gen 4 heroes. Mount Coronet could be amazing if done well. 

      Many of the gen 4 route themes were spectacular too. 205, 209, 216... Lots of potential

      Hope you enjoy it! I'm in the middle of playing it / trying to Platinum it at the moment. It's an incredible experience. It starts sort of slow, but I'm constantly getting more engrossed as the story progresses and I explore the world. Really great game.

      Oh, Tressa's definitely a bit of a nice unit throughout the game. Having access to two weapons and the coveted Wind element before subclasses helps her serve as a versatile Guard-Breaker rivaled only by Cyrus (and the Merchant and Scholar don't share weapons or Magic, making the combination even better, as you seem to have figured out already). This gets even more nuts once she earns the command Hired Help, which adds Swords, Axes, Daggers (with bonus status effect chances!), and Light to her already substantial pool, albeit at the cost of a bit of Gold.

       

      But Gold is where she is meant to shine anyway, with her literally looting money off of dead people when changing maps (...I still can't get over that detail 😓), being able to buy better (and occasionally cheaper!) items off of people than the town's shop (some of which can't just be stolen by Therion), and eventually learning skills that grant a 25% chance to save an item she uses (and still get the effects) and a bonus to Gold earned after battle though her Merchant Class. 

       

      Add in the Donate BP ability to help fuel more focused characters' shenanigans, versatile stats that let her do well in any class you put her in (though she, as a person, isn't exactly fond of being a Thief), and incredible sustainability in glass cannon-type subclasses thanks to Rest (seriously, why is this thing free?) and Sidestep (Physical damage? What's that?), and you've got a very handy character on your hands.

       

      ...And then things get actually nuts in the late game. I won't go into detail there since most of the insanity involves spoilers, though.

    It’s really amazing how Pokemon has a very large fanbase. Like, I know it’s big but you never realize until you see so many community events. Some still even play XY and ORAS to trade and battle, in this economy. If anything, I just hope GF cherishes the fans of the older generation, the ones that who where with them from the very start.

      TRUTH. I really hope they realize this sooner or later and maybe they will. Although I kind of accepted by now that Gen 1 pandering is basically their main business game plan in every new title. Only a matter of time when things need to change. Gen 8 will be the start hopefully.

    Just finished E17~ Now updated my team roster ;)

     

    Summary of playthrough:

    • I got the Reshiram route (ho ho) just because I didn't want to fight Taka in WTC. Figured that to really help him, I needed to give him the push that he needs to leave Team Meteor, even if he would be targeted as a result. Hoping it would reflect on Titania too to relinquish her toxic relationship with Amaria. Both of those things HAPPENED and I am happy.  I've read the topics regarding the ending of both routes and... I am satisfied with mine. Even though Taka eventually dies, I felt like the time he spent with me was worth it for him. Titania and Amy broke up and it NEEDED to happen. It might've turned out ugly (this binch Amaria literally tried to kill me seriously) I still choose this outcome more over the Zekrom one because staying in a comfortable escape will only prolong the inevitable truth. 

     

    • The Tourmaline desert is hell itself reincarnated. I never want to go there again. Beautiful desert but its very... very.... big.

     

    • I am now looking forward to battling Lin. That girlie is the most scariest character in the game. Her and Anna are the ones I am excited to battle.

     

    • Titania's gym is the most beautiful gym I have ever seen. As of yet, hers is the best one.

     

    • Amaria has taken the seat for the most challenging / difficult / 99999 reset gym leader of Reborn as of now. Her Mons for doubles? They can choke.

     

    • The music in Amaria's underwater gym is FIRE.

     

    • Highlights for this ep: Getting my Magikarp and Gible, Amy and Tania's breakup and obtaining the mega-z ring yeah boi

     

         .... Overall E17 felt a little short but the content is incredible. Having a branch story makes the game a whole lot more interesting. Now to wait for E18.... time to sleep for years

      I got Reshiram path, too and I'm happy with my choice. It's unfortunate that Taka had to die, but the relationship between Titania and Amaria wasn't particularly good for either one.

       

      It's odd to me how people still keep thinking there's an objectively "right" and "wrong" choice to make: the way I see it is you (the player) has to choose between two bad alternatives (which do have some advantages over each other).

       

      Have you found all the caves and secret areas the desert has to offer?

      Exactly. There are no "right" or "wrong" choices. Destiny is pre-determined. There are just two (or maybe multiple) paths. The choices the player makes just sets it's course. I wouldn't call it "bad" I think it's just... neutral. Nonetheless, I don't regret any decisions I made in the game.

       

      Taka's death was very unfortunate but given to what his actions costs a lot of lives, I think it was his redemption and I really believe he is now at peace (which he really wanted). Tania and Amy's breakup HAD to happen. Who knows it may happen in Zekrom path too but the earlier the better, even if it ended ugly. Hopefully by the end they stay on good terms with one another.

       

      The Desert.. I don't even want to remember. I did get all event mons there, some TM's and also explored Teknite and Suguline but not whole. I would go back to explore more of it definitely...  hopefully

    Managed to get mxkp working!! Jezaz. Turns out that I only had to restore my gpu’s 3D settings to default for it to work.

     

    Not only did it cleared any signs of lagging but also my blemishes and acne cause it’s all smooth and clean over here. 10/10 best improvement 👍🏻

      I'm just woried they might of revealed too much that's a common thing with pokemon in general. I'm mauling over whether or not I'm going to see it, going to take my niece if I do so if anything she can get joy out of it as I don't think she has seen all the ads and will get some surprises.
