Yes they all do, though you might be lucky enough to knock out the mon before they use it (not likely though). Though that might just be in intense.

Probably going to buckle down and watch Space Battleship Yamato soon, though I'm not sure whether to watch the original or remake. Have to look into that.

Pretty much, as Bulky special attacker (with potential as a Toxic Spike layer and Spinner). Without Flash Cannon, Scald, or Ice Beam, Empoeon only has 'meh' STAB Water moves without much type coverage. You're probably ok otherwise, aside from lack of flying or dark coverage (at least with the mons you listed).

It's considered the most broken starter in pretty much any game if it has speed boost. I would consider replacing Empoleon with another Water type with more coverage (since it's best moves aren't really available). Tentacruel is a basic Special choice to provide additional Poison coverage, while Crawdaunt provides physical Water/Dark coverage with Dragon Dance for boosting.

From the publisher, Rarlab: http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm . Just install that, then right click the Rar file and there should be an option to unzip

Strange. Whenever I downloaded Reborn and Rejuv, they came in standard Rar files, just like when I downloaded Desolation and Spork. I'm surprised you somehow avoided that with those two. But like Purple said, rinwar or 7zip is needed for uzipping files.

EV's are listed right beside the IV's on the third menu (before attacks). There are EV lowering berries later in the game for managing EV's. @Railtracks Screncap for reference

Holy hell is stage 15 of Super Robot Wars Z long..........I'm having to take my time for the secret triggers (5 potential triggers for 3 secrets) while trying to get the skill point, so some soft resetting has to be done.

(If you were talking about opening error:) I tried to open it on normal rejuv, rejuv with the mod menu, and rejuv with follower pokemon, but it wouldn't open in any of them.

If it is doing it for more than one Pichu, it might be a problem with the latest patch. I would report it on the bug-reporting thread. In the meantime, I could change this one if it has the same problem. @ShadeStriderI can't even open this one without it this error:

I don't know what you mean by the first question, but for the second, I think the chance is less than 1% for a Jackpot, with an even chance of any of the 4.

Unzip the files. Replace the files in the Rejuvination folder with the corresponding new files. P.S. sent you a PM (top right)
