  1. Volcarona and metagross are ofc great pokes, though it's a pain in the ass to train them and I think Reborn challenges you at using different Pokémon. Magnezone is good, though as of EP 16 you can't obtain It until very far with the storyline. Early game gulpin/swalot Save your Life, and You can easily get a piloswine and then a mamoswine, which are of great help. The mistery egg Pokémon is usually a very helpful choice too, but then I would suggest you just choose some Pokémon you like, train them and see how It goes, I had wonderful results with klinklang, scrafty, meowstic etc.
  2. Ability capsules are your Friends: use them.
  3. In Pokémon Rejuvenation you can find Shadow Pokémon so maybe you'll get a Shadow lugia sometime
  4. Two threads ago someone asked the same question...
  5. I can't seem to find a status thread or a dev blog, so where can se follow the game's improving?
  6. Definitely swalot and meowstic. The elemental monkeys also surprised me. I would also like to mention drizzle politoed for my desolation run.
  7. With your current team You should probably start praying: the 3 flying types seem Pretty useless in this case, and magcargo has a terrible weakness to water and is also very slow. I don't recall having all that trouble in beating him, so probably with a Little adjustment to your team you'll bè fine as well. I Remember sweeping through his team in my second run basically with only my powered klinklang. Scrafty can also help a lot as It has nice bulk and powers up through moxie. But anyway, just train a poke that Can sweep through his team (steel/fighting) while the others Will give coverage. Last but not least, analyse blake's Pokémon stats: jynx for example has a TERRIBLE Defense, so any phisical Attack would probably OHKO It; same with weavile (though It hits hard First) etc. Good luck!
  8. Well even though it's not random, if you like trainers with shiny Pokémon Just play rejuvenation
  9. I Remember to have found it in a pokeball, if it's not left ti jasper try rhodochrine jungle, left to beryl
  10. The aim of Reborn is to get players to use mons that usually are left behind; I think it's main part of the fun to have your Meowstic kick the poison leaders' ass, or to obliterate Pretty much anything with a useless pansage. You should really avoid wonder trade and just pick a team You never used, get surprised and enjoy your time in that land where you need to get on with what you find
  11. It is actually cut off After the circus. Still, you could revert to EP 15 or trade to catch those Pokémon
  12. Seki108 is right. Anyway, just east till you can't go on anymore, then south
  13. Arclight and Saphira (Wish I could have been her at Tanzan lake, I'm a nice guy but when It comes to It I definitely have no mercy)
  14. Ok you got your solutions, I just want to clarify: as Ame and the other devs have written in a great number of threads, and in the changelog of E16, in this new episode weather works by cycles. Each cycle is predefined and lasts 5 days, with weather slightly changing every 8 hours, also depending on your location. So if for example you have really Sunny days, this won't bè likely to change until the cycle is finished. With this being said, It has been reported that this system is broken, and seems like it's impossibile to get windy weather.
  15. Is it while going to calcenon? Then you should just run to the city I guess
  16. Swampert is great as well, great typing, solid bulk and nice moveset
  17. Actually if I'm not wrong Ame is now fully dedicating herself to her games. It's true we should take into account her other projects, but at the same time a big part of the animations etc was done for E16; in other words, It will take some time, but not as long as with EP 16, I think 5-6 months is probably a close enough answer.
  18. I think You unlock chrysolia cave after you come back to new Reborn (not sure though cuz in my new playthrough I'm still in Ametrine)
  19. Actually, the growlithe event is available in ep 16 (I did It in my new playthrough), though as you said It is only accessible before renovating Reborn (aka before the circus)
  20. See if you can get field info, anyway, you need to freeze a whole cave so you need a strong move to do the job...
  21. I'm Pretty sure you can get 2 even before the third Gym, just Press c everywhere
