  1. It almost Certainly was the case for George Burroughs. He was an opponent of the Putnam family. So Ann Putnam used her acting skills to accuse George of Witchcraft.
  2. How many Innocents had their lives taken? 19 were actually hanged, 5 died in Jail, and One man was famously crushed to death, by a pile of boulders placed on a wooden board, which was placed on his chest. Ironically, they let the ones who confessed go and the ones that didn't were left to rot in Jail or Hanged. I guess the court's thought process was like this: If they were a witch, they wouldn't Admit it, because all witches are lying bastards. So, they can't be a witch if they were telling the truth. But if they are telling a lie, that means they aren't a witch. So many Puritans didn't want to go to hell, so they just told the truth: They weren't witches. But the court didn't believe them, and as a result, they were convicted. Puritan Religion is extremely strict about lies. The third way out was to recite the Lord's Prayer. But that didn't save George Burroughs. Even if you did survive being accused, you probably should leave the town. Your reputation has been tarnished forever. This is why we don't have Theocracies. People shouldn't use religious logic to solve crimes. Or accuse people of them. I feel like the Puritan Court didn't know what Paradoxes were. If they are a witch, then they wouldn't admit it. If they are not a witch, they would admit that they are a witch because they are telling the truth, except they are not if they aren't a witch, which makes them a liar, and if they are a liar, that could make them a witch and you know what? My head hurts.
  3. Stories of unidentified Serial Killers are really fascinating.

But they only become scary when the years where they were active are closer to the current time, because then there is a chance of the killer still being alive.

Jack the Ripper's murders were gruesome. But they don't terrify me anymore, as the guy is probably long dead, meaning he can't get me.

The Zodiac Killer, however, was active from 1960 to 1970. He could still very well be alive. As a result, he's more terrifying than Jack the Ripper.

  4. My Pokemon Rejuvenation run feels empty without Togekiss.

I would have much preferred it over the Larvitar that I actually got.

Melia got one, how come I can't get one?

    Version 13 should fix this.

  5. I will Burn My Dread! I once ran away from the god of fear and he chained me to despair, yeah. Burn My Dread! I’ll break the chain and Run Until i see the sunlight again.
  6. 1. Let’s Go Eevee And Let’s Go Pikachu 2. Silence, My Brother 3. I kinda lost my will to care about Sword And Shield after the whole no national dex for “balance” and “higher quality animations”. I’d just ask them to make an Aerodactyl with Access to All the different Recoil Damage moves and Rock Head, as well as an Electric and Flying typing. I’d also ask for them to delay the game at least three years and put more effort into it. And take some inspiration from the Colosseum games and Battle Revolution if you actually want “Higher Quality Animations”. 4. Already did this joke. On Cass.
  7. They always were. For me, Art is a creative way of expressing an Idea. Video Games have been doing that since Pac Man started eating pellets and Mario rescued Pauline from Cranky Kong. What separates Video games from other Art forms Is the interactivity of it. When you read a book, or watch a movie, you generally aren't really doing much to make the story go along, With a video game, everything is based on you doing something. You have to earn the story. To get to the next cutscenes, you have to play a game. To see Mario rescue Peach, you have to beat the level. It's what makes them so engaging. I'd just make an actual Pokemon real. Probably a Togekiss. It would have the whole friendship thing. The world could do with real Togekisses. I'd paraflinch the US Government. Nostalgia for times past. I used it in the past on the playground whenever I played pretend with friends. First I'd grind all my skills up to level 100. Then I join all the guilds and become the leader of each and every one of them. No friends. I work alone. That's how I play Skyrim and that's how I play Oblivion. I'd play as an Imperial, because they are my favorite Race. In Oblivion, they'd be the default, since Cyrodiil is the Imperial Homeland. In Skyrim, it makes sense for the Dragonborn to be an Imperial, as they are the most closely related to the Nords. The scientific study of objects and their motion. The Three Questions: Why are you so Insane? Do you recognize the name Karen? You are like her, but less murderous. Can you leave me alone now? I want to spend my live increasing my skillset, adding to myself and becoming the best I can be. I also want to create my own stories and works of art.
  8. You are making out with your Waifu when all of a sudden, a tarantula appears on your arm. What do you do?
  9. You haven’t lived until you’ve played Persona 3. It’s one of the greatest games of all time, undoubtedly. Do you get to the Cloud District very often? Oh what am I saying. Of course you don’t.
  10. I’m just following in Wolfox’s footsteps. Now make questions ranging from normal to absolutely absurd. Don’t be afraid of using Black Comedy, or even being slightly politically incorrect. I’m a fan of such humor, even if I don’t necessarily hold those Ideals.
  11. 1. Who is your Smash Bros main? 2. What do you think of Persona 3? The Greatest Persona Game.... 3. Snake, Did you like my sunglasses? 4. Some people accuse Fallout 76 of being a quick cash grab. But how can that be, if it’s terrible at grabbing cash?
  12. Walmart, Walmart, Walmart...

Removing ads for Violent Video Games, yet still selling guns. The very definition of Irony.

You know, If I had to give up either my Video games or the right to have real guns, I'd pick real guns, all the way, because Video Games are an art form and should be treated as such, by creators and players alike.

Although, I don't think either is the problem. Societal and Mental problems are the real culprit.

Guess my full life Walmart boycott has a reason now (outside of not having one anywhere in any vicinity)

Even so, Walmart is the bottom of the barrel in terms of buying Video Games. Who the hell wants to wrangle up an employee to unlock a shelf?

Target is also guilty of this.

  13. So, our god has graced us with his presence once again?

By posting that screenshot, you essentially dropped the global suicide rate to 0%. As well as solved world hunger.

  14. Pokémon Desolation didn’t just Die. It was murdered!
  15. My Grimer in Rejuvenation now has Minimize.

Of course I'm gonna abuse the hell out of it. With Toxic, It's unstoppable. With no evasion clause to hold it back, I can stall out almost anything.

Well, unless you have taunt or Aerial Ace like moves, but those are situational.

    1. Vinnie

      Vinnie

Can't believe you would do something like that to all those poor npc trainers :^

    2. Q-Jei

      Q-Jei

This reminds me of the Dark Monorun I’ve done a long time ago. I used a Spiritomb with Nasty Plot and Double Team, so I could easily increase Special Attack to the max to make my way through anything and anyone (Even the Gauntlet in the Glass Workstation 😄)

  16. I predict that the Pokemon Rejuvenation Protagonist will die off for real at the end of the game.

    Spoiler

    All of them

I'd rather it be a kind of Persona 3 situation. The main character is actually somewhere in between life and death. Not fully alive, yet not exactly dead.

      It would definitely hit harder.

you're a garufan projection. you'll have no use and will disappear.

    4. Ojama Yellow

      Ojama Yellow

they already died like three times

also that would kind of ruin postgame

  17.

They just uploaded footage from Bethesda's E3 Conference and posted it as their own.

How Unoriginal! Bethesda should strike this video!

  18. Edgy does not mean bad.

That’s a fallacy a lot of people seem to fall for.

    1. -wefr

      -wefr

Every time we discuss a word we need to make certain we are on the same page, for "edgy" most people mean something that is trying to be dark but fails miserably.

I think a bunch of people just label everything dark as "edgy", and I think the problem lies here. Last point, I think it can be a bit subjective but trying to understand what the story is going for can help.

    2. ShadeStrider

      ShadeStrider

I’ll be frank, I actually think that Persona 3 fits “Edgy” almost perfectly.

That doesn’t stop it from being one of the greatest games ever made, and better than its less edgy successors..

A story can be dark, but not edgy. When it doesn’t directly shove dark things in your face.

Edgy usually means that the story in question is trying to be dark. Like Persona 3.

    3. -wefr

      -wefr

I don't know Persona 3 but I saw the cutscene with the Persona awekening.

I see what you mean by "edgy" now, if a show/videogame is going for this kind of appeal and it succeeds despite(BECAUSE) it's over the top then it's a good kind of edgy, when it fails to do so and has a "trashy" aura to it I'd say it's the kind of edgy most people think of when they use the word negatively.

I'm sorry I don't have valid example, maybe I'll come up with one later.

  19. So, why do people on the internet feel the need to make lewd art of characters in Anime and Video Games?

Is it really that important over trying to be the computer Leonardo Da Vinci?

Well, it’s gone now. I can’t say it’s been ruined.

  20. Guys only want one thing and its disgusting.
  21. I shudder to think what would have happened to Phoenix Wright if Manfred Von Karma ever escaped Prison.

Gregory gave him a penalty, and he still won the trial. But he was so enraged that he ended up murdering Gregory.

Phoenix had him lose a trial and convicted him for murder on the same day.

Luckily, He's dead. Wright can probably rest easy.

  22.

  23.

The second greatest PlayStation 2 game ever made.
