IV is a value from 0 to 31 for each stat, that does not change. think of it like a pokemons genetics. at lv100, the IV value is the extra points in that stat the pokemon will have from it (with scaled down effects at lower levels) EV's are gained from batting other pokemon, so think of them has stat training values. A pokemon can have up to 252 in one stat, and 510 total. every 4 EV's in a stat will increase the stat by 1 point at lv100 (scaled down effects at lower levels) In Reborns summary screen, Page 1 of the stats is the stat itself, and the second page has the EV/IV of each stat. so on a new pokemon, all of the lefthand values should be 0 as they haven't been trained yet. You can look up the EV yield of a specific pokemon on any of the pokemon wikis (the EVs they give when knocked out) and train a specific stat by only knocking out pokemon that give EV's of that stat. Power items also give extra EVs of their respective stat when held upon knocking out any pokemon.

I'd say it's not amazing on him because krook isn't super suited to setting up a bunch of boosts. so it could be good if you're frequently setting bulk ups or something, or doing something gimmicky with anger point. I'd usually just prefer crunch though.

Could maybe use some darker outlines in certain places, but really pretty!

Reshiram/Zekrom path split is based on the water treatment decision with battling taka. as of E18, Zekrom is feeling like the better path to me. I don't think they'll properly split further

I'll be interested to see what cal's team actually is now. last time I fought him he just just 5x fire starters + magmortar, but maybe his team has become a bit more diverse now? seeing as characters like cain/victoria are much less monotype

for things like the luna question, that's just one of many things that has minor changes on dialogue/relationship points. they don't affect the story. an actual one to add @J-Awesome_One would be whether or not you give Blake the ruby ring. -
Honestly I think we'll definitely get Cal tomorrow, and the volcano puzzle won't be too bad. cause like, it's a bunch of back and forth between the floors, but really it's just a linear sequence of actions. there's not much to really figure out

I don't really have any predictions on what's gonna happen, I'm kinda just holding on for the ride. this definitely seems like a plausible outcome though, and eren definitely isn't on a happy path right now. Mikasa's absolute conviction to stand with Eren seems to be starting to conflict with her disagreeing with his choices, so this definitely seems like it'll become a big point of contention. This story loves its plot twists though, so I could realistically see something like titan power being destroyed completely, or something happening with the 'demon of the earth' that gave the power to ymir in the first place -

Looks nice! I think pink/purple actually works pretty well with Cobalion. It is sorta similar to the actual rejuvenation one though

If you check the weather on an ingame TV and see the weather you want, you should be able to change your computer time to that day of the week. .....ooooor you could download waynolts SWM modpack from the mod market and install the select weather component from that

I mean if you could just pay him directly it wouldn't be much of a miniquest. And wouldn't the easiest option be to change time/weather for a sunny day to buy one outside the grand hall?

Well, there's kinda 2 places you could be at. one isn't very far in, and picking up kricketune with fury cutter can be very helpful for a lot of the significant fights before that point. the other is maybe a bit over a third of the way into the game, so I don't think any one thing would help a huge amount.
