  1. Just broke off that lil' wiggling uncertainty about singing out loud like nobody is listening with The Beatles. Oh my sound they're good!

  2. They are fun to watch and/or share their knowledge while playing. These days so many young people feel completely down, alone and crushed. At that moment watching this particular youtuber gets them through, might even feel like a friend. So many reasons why. Their job is so far away from easy. Not even near just sitting there and playing. Some of them work on their videos all on their own. Supporting them through paypal, patreon or whatever the fuck is optional. A simple click on a like button helps them, I bet many don't even expect more than that. To me it sounds like you are grinding away for years on something you don't give a flying fuck about. Doing it just because it was a plan. Because it is safe and gets you material things. Maybe a parent wanted you to be that way. So it boils down to money being the only thing on your mind. Then you see this dude playing games, being himself and happy. Better yet, you find him a fake dumbass tricking people into paying him. Why the fuck he has it so easy and you gotta get up at 6 just to catch a bus? As if the guy just magically got his channel going. It was luck. My thing is that I can't sell my time pretending to be what I'm not and working dumbass shifts even if there is nothing to do that day. I've quit so many well paid jobs before understanding what is really going on. Oh and nitpicking at youtubers gaming mistakes. It is silly, obnoxious even. You know what is really scary though? Feeling alone, misunderstood, like nobody loves you etc. and then (for the sake of arguement) you get a magical thing that grants you infinite cash. The fuck you gonna do with it? Buy a friend? You will still feel the same. Learn nothing then probably pick on another thing others have it easy to bitch about. Think about where this anger comes from. Pin it down then look at it from another perapective. Surely you yourself know how silly it is. Having said that, venting is a decent start. Well aware I might be wrong about it and yapping away into the wind considering I don't know you hehehe.. I suck at texting, hopefully I got a fragment of my point across there. It is so easy to misjudge someone's tone too. Master at verbal communication though heh. I will be finally introducing myself to the forum this week after like 3 years of being here. This topic inspired me and noticing @Candy is an aspired writter makes me all excited that she might read it too! Right! Enough! Beer and Mario kart with my buddy! Then some icantbelieveiveskippedthisfranchisetillnow Fire Emblem! Stay cool!
  3. Is it raining outside? Need a workout after a heavy lunch? Super Meat Boy is there for you! I'm sweating over here man, definitely works.  Counting my deaths on certain stages I'm fully stocked on ground meat for weeks.

  4. Hey friends, I could use your help making a decision. I have my eye on Fire Emblem: Three Houses for a while now. I'm completely unfamiliar with the series and genre.

Anyway, can I make decisions in the game that changes it's outcome? Be evil and such? Maybe take a different path no matter the house thing if you get me? Or at the very least are there cryptic sides to the story? Oh and is it true that combat takes the back seat in this game? Also, does a single battle really last for an hour sometimes? If so, is it repetitive?

Each House changes the story of the game dramatically, each having their own unique path that really takes shape in the game's second half, and each with a unique house ending. There is also a secret fourth ending, if you choose a specific house (won´t spoiler which) early on. As far as I recall there are no different decisions for each house that change the outcome, but I haven´t played the DLC´s yet so I can´t say what changes they bring to the overall story. As for your question about the role of combat, the main focus of the game still lies on combat, but different from other FE games this game has features which act as a nice diversion from battling and all have their purpose. The main point in combat that changed is the combat system itself, since a well known feature from the FE series doesn´t exist anymore. For me it wasn´t a bad decision as it is still the grid-based combat I know and love and the system has expanded in all sorts of solid directions and as you are new to the series I think it won´t bother you. Regarding your question about the duration of single battles, I can´t confirm that it takes an hour, but regardless how long it takes, it depends on your strategic decisions.

All in all I can highly recommend the purchase of this game regardless of wether you are a veteran or new to the FE series as it makes so much fun to play and it has a high replay value. If you are a fan of strategy based RPGs with great characters, depth and a captivating story, you won´t regret it 😉

Thank you for your time and effort, much appreciated! I'll get it, sounds like a lot of fun for what it is. Got me all excited about playing it, I love that feeling.😁

  5. Just being there with your music is so wonderful.

  6. Turns out madness is alright. Oh and my scarf was waiting for me on the exit. ^_^

  7. I'm not a smoker. I'm a pokemon trainer.

  8. Willingly descending into madness again. Just to make sure I haven't left my scarf there.

  9. Gen 1: Magneton (overall my favorite pokemon) Gen 2: Crobat Gen 3: Hariyama Gen 4: Porygon Z Gen 5: Seismitoad Gen 6: Delphox Gen 7: Minior Gen 8: Not familiar with any Couple of honorable mentions in each gen but these came to my mind first.
  10. Relevant. Both links used together compliment each other well.
  11. Slaking always felt flat out crazy to me despite his ability. And look at him chilling with such power within. I'd say switch Heatmor. Silvally can cover the typing and Galvantula has a bug move so you won't be losing cover. Unless you love Heatmor! In which case just bench that Type:Null, use him on rotation or something.
  12. Could use your help about which switch game up to 20€ should I buy. Ring any bells? Please exclude these because I already own them_

I heard Dust an Alesean te is good. Bloodstained curse of the moon too if you enjoy a good old school Castlevania

  13. Ghost and steel would be good for marketing.
  14. 30 days to go until I leave my well paid job that I don't like. I'll be counting days like a prisoner until it happens.

happy for you that you could leave an unsuitable work environment 🙂

  15. Well I know, some people don’t like you to talk about those things.

I know that. Some people don’t like you to mention certain things. Some people don’t want you to say this. Some people don’t want you to say that. Some people think if you mention some things they might happen...some people are really fucking stupid!

    Did you ever notice that?

How many really stupid people you run into during the day? Goddam there’s a lot of stupid bastards walking around. Carry a little pad and pencil with you. You’ll wind up with thirty or forty names by the end of the day. Look at it this way: Think of how stupid the average person is and then realize that half of them are stupider than that. And it doesn’t take you very long to spot one of them does it? Take you about eight seconds. You’ll be listening to some guy...you say..."this guy is fucking stupid!" Then...then there are some people, they’re not stupid...they’re full of shit. Huh? That doesn’t take very long to spot either, does it? Take you about the same amount of time. You’ll be listening to some guy..and saying, "well, he’s fairly intelligent......ahht, he’s full of shit!" Then there are some people, they’re not stupid, they’re not full of shit... they’re fucking nuts! Bittersweet is when the person is all three. Lots of fun but horrid to do a job with.

  16. Probably not but there are some members of the forum that are willing to help you with that by generating dragons for you from the start and then maybe lock mystery egg on to a dragon type as well. What I'm saying is that it's very possible. You can even do it yourself with the "Scripts" file that allows you to use the debug option when you press X.
  17. Hey man don't worry about it, every pokemon will be avaliable for you at some point during the game. Very nice position not knowing these games at all. First playthrough is hella fun, you don't expect what these games offer. Besides dragons tend to be a pain to level early on. Have fun mate! P.S. one thing worth googling without spoilers is the mystery egg part, you don't want to miss that!
  18. Can vouch for Crobat in Reborn and Rejuvenation.
  19. Raticate is another one of my pals currently taging along! My boy Arbok schools kids with Screech, Glare, Acid Spray and Crunch.
  20. Mate I'd recommend you to play the first run without any trade help. Game will feel much more rewarding. Otherwise you'd be suprised how useful some of those seemingly useless pokemon are actually of great help. Tell me, have you ever thought Arbok is a good idea to bring along with you without TMs, egg moves or move tutor moves? I thought it was garbbage until I played the game without power in my mind, only cool pokemon I haven't ever used in any game. Arbok is one of my top pokemon and I'll keep using it (currently at Shade's gym). Good luck with finding those pokemon though, have fun!
  21. Pardon me but what's this Reborn intense difficulty?
  22. It's all bullshit and it's bad for ya.
