In case you're askibg for some of the other mons that get Moxie and Intimidate

-Gyarados is in exactly the same situation as Salamence.

-Krookodile has a bad defensive typing and bad defensive stats, so don't bother with Intimidate.

-Scarfty with Dragon Dance can use eitger Intimidate or Moxie. On one hand, it's pretty bulky so it can set up withou help from Intimidate and Moxie is nice on a speedy thing (which yiu' be after a DD or two). On the other, Intimidat...

...intimidate really helps setting up.

If you're usibg a scrafty without DD, Moxie boosts wouldn't do much cause everything outspeeds you, forcing you to switch or take a big hit that might kill you.

Then my PC re-booted another four times and threw me into the BIOS, with all the settings normal - Nothing changed. Then it simply booted up another time and now it's working just fine.
