We're not going to know anything about their stats/movepools until release, though... if even. Mind you that these new mons are not even going to exist in a multiplayer environment, and I don't know how well that kind of data is represented in Pokemon Home when you transfer mons there.

Breed a Sturdy Togedemaru with Encore (you can use Plusle or Minun as the parent, they get it at level 10 or something). Max out its speed to be in the safe side. Send it up first and use Nuzzle, followed by Encore to lock Kyogre into Surf. From here you can use a mon with Water Absorb or Storm Drain and take advantage of the couple of free turns you get to break shields. Something else will have to clean up, physical attackers preferred since the seed it starts with buffs its Sp Def. You could potentially do other things, like transform the field with Blizzard, or lower its Sp Atk with enough Snarls, but I think the above takes the least overall prep time for how well it works.

It's the ability Merciless that was supposedly removed. But who knows, maybe they reverted that when they increased the amount of options the player has against her by enabling many many more things to evolve.

Mankey is in Gearen Park, at least early on. Mildly rare. Ekans is in the Gearen Sewers and has been for as long as I can remember. I hear Abra is in rift dens after a certain point.

The AP earned from achievements scales upward almost exponentially after the first few. Just keep chipping away at the things you can do, like walking, hatching eggs, catching pokemon (which in turn fuels the encounter and item usage achievements), etc.

I've noticed that you can buy Rift Fragments and other things from Cairo without actually having enough money, so it wouldn't surprise me if the Den also presented the option to dump 15k essence even though you don't have enough. In general I've found it absurdly troublesome that there is no visual UI anywhere that tells you how much essence you have.

Rifts ignore Flinch outright, with the given message "X endured the pain".

Either parent can pass egg moves. You do not need a male specifically. Though in the case of Cinderace x Ditto, your offspring should have the moves.

I used to think it had something to do with rarity, but it quickly became apparent that's not the case. Solosis (a 1-star encounter) seems to be rarer than anything. Maybe it has to do with "strength" of the poke. Tail Glow Finneons can hurt a bit...

Yeah, I don't think there's any good reason to gate the EV cards. It takes long enough to rack up AP in the early stages, so it's not like you're going to steamroll Venam or Keta.

Hypnosis and Will o Wisp have 90 acc on the Haunted Field. They are most likely not ever missing.
