  1. Happy Birthday, Xiri! Thanks for being one of the organizers of Redemption League. I hope you have a nice day. Also, will you not decide to go to X-League?
  2. I hardly think Ame's gonna be revived since she said herself that she didn't really want to be in the game, but was forced to do so due to popularity, it seems. Ame's death ingame mainly served as a means for the player to see that Team Meteor was not messing around AT ALL. Anyways, you should probably make the welcome thread in the 'Grand Hall' subforum, Mr Phoenix Wright - er, I mean, @Peridot
  3. @Peridot These kinds of topic would most likely go to the 'Reborn City' subforum since you're asking something relating the game yet is not asking for help on progressing or the what not. Also, if you'd like, you can make an introduction thread so that you can be welcomed into the forums.
  4. At the current point in game, you can catch more than half of the mons in the mystery egg already, so you need not fret too much.
  5. You guessed it right! Not giving up on Noobly though.
  6. I started it again. Good thing that the AMA Train is still alive. Choo choo~ So my questions are: 1. What are your primary goals in life? 2. What is your favorite pokemon? Why? 3. Can you describe yourself in exactly 75 words?
  7. Today's QotD comes in the form of a conversation once more since there wasn't a good standalone quote that I could identify. It's funny though.

~ The Day after Tomorrow ~
[on what books to burn to survive the extreme cold]
Jeremy: Friedrich Nietzsche! We cannot burn Friedrich Nietzsche; he was the most important thinker of 19th Century!
Elsa: Oh, please! Nietzsche was a chauvinist pig, who was in love with his sister.
Jeremy: He was not a chauvinist pig.
Elsa: But he was in love with his sister.
Brian Parks: Uh... 'scuse me? You guys? Yeah... there's a whole section on tax law down here that we can burn.

The Day after Tomorrow is my favorite movie of all time. It's a movie that's set on a world wherein climate change is about to take its turn and the main characters are caught up in what could be the next Ice Age (and a huge change for society). Their goal is to try and survive with as many people until they are rescued, but this isn't easy as the temperature gets lower every minute, while there are also wolves that venture the now frozen land. I really liked the story of this and it's quite touching in its own way as we see different characters find the way out of their predicament. The concept is also quite unique in itself and it is well explained. I recommend this movie to you all.

  8. Lucius observes that bread seems to be the primary breakfast for them this day. He decides to get slices of bread and some ham which he remembers bringing as he believed that there'd hardly be any food in the watchtower; he makes 2 sandwiches, one for him and another for Georgey who he guesses to have been sleeping once again. He places himself on a chair and proceeds to offer the sandwich to Georgey, but, yes, the guy is sleeping again, and quite peacefully at that. Oh, come on! Lucius thinks, Is there such a person who could sleep and laze around all day that much? Lucius decides that maybe he should take another approach at waking Georgey up. Sure, he could just decide to leave the guy alone, but, no, he can't allow such laziness to be practiced in here. Lucius was a scholar after all, and all his life, he worked hard to achieve his goals, and this guy arrives. He learned to dislike people who weren't motivated at all to do their jobs since he was a young lad, and he decided that it was his goal to inspire lazy people. So, Lucius applies his new approach. He holds the sandwich and brings it near Georgey's nose. Who wouldn't be attracted by food? Lucius thinks as he brings it ever closer. "Wake up, Georgey, or you're gonna miss some good food," Lucius says in a soothing manner. "Besides, Day Watch is gonna be fun~."
  9. Trains. I love trains. And no, I'm not Anstane. Isa?
  10. Yes. I'm saying yes, but it's very, very difficult to achieve a utopia in real life though. It would require people to work with each other, set aside differences, and remove their selfishness. It is hard, but it can happen. Can you juggle?
  11. I do believe there are two options for you right now: breed and breed again the 5 IV mons until you get a 6 IV since IVs pass down or have a trade with someone who has a 6IV mon. The former is harder but it is something you can do yourself while the latter is way easier but you'd need someone to trade with. So, take your pick. Tbh, the former is better.
  12. I'm interested in joining, but I'd like to ask a few questions: - When are battles scheduled? Practically anytime? - How many weeks does this go for? - Will there be no specific theme aside from OU to go by?
  13. Found the fire stone details after a bit of searching: (If you don't have access to Cellia yet) There are 3Fire Stones in the game. You can obtain them in: 1. Jinx's Lab. Donate Credits so they can work on the drill. 2. Bronze Island. You unlock this place after doing all Ranger's Jobs of Addenfall Guild. 3. Blackview City. AFireStonecan be found when the city is under attack.
  14. The link stone is found in Addenfall town. You need to talk to an old man in the house to the south then follow him to the old man in the north entrancd of Addenfall. As for the fire stone, I don't know where it is.
  15. Hehe~ Didn't know this due to not having played V4 yet mainly because of slow net and large file size combined. I would have expected it to be given later though. I'll probably try and go redownload and play V4 if I get better internet speeds.
  16. It evolves via trading or using a link stone while Electabuzz is holding an Electirizer. I honestly don't think the Electirizer is available at the moment though, but it will be available in further episodes, so you'll have to wait.
  17. "A faint clap of thunder / Clouded skies / Perhaps rain will come / If so, will you stay here with me?" - Yukari Yukino from The Garden of Words (Poem)

" In the evenings, before I went to sleep, and in the mornings, in the moment I woke up, I realized I was praying for rain." - Takao Akizuki from the same movie

It was raining for most of today, so I decided to have today's quote focused on The Garden of Words. It is a movie that centers on the rain as the two main characters, Akizuki and Yukino, meet each other in the park during rainy mornings. They become closer slowly and slowly, and eventually, they learn to appreciate life more and they become able to walk again in this world. Honestly, although it was a mere 45 minutes ~ movie, I found it to be a really good and heartwarming movie. I loved it both for its style of storytelling and its beautiful aesthetics.

  18. Well, that was a surprise. I'll go with the Noobly train then. Choo choo ~
  19. Desolation's quite challenging considering its large maps and the trainer's mons. The selection of mons is also scaled down on the quality of the mons, although these mons are strong at the time they're given. The story is also interesting, what with its dark theme and semi-realistic, semi-fictional feel. You'll also love the characters and there's also relationship variables based on choices. Choices also serve as important deterrents to determine character's fates and missing important items/events can make you regret it later.
  20. Also, I just remembered these: - Light Platinum - Red Adventures - Ash Gray - Full Moon - Alabaster - XY Naturia - Mega
  21. These are a few I could name off the top of my head: - Rejuvenation - Desolation - Glazed - Prism - Flora Sky - Legends of the Arena - Harvest Craft - Normal - Sweet You could also refer to this,
