"I feel like I can try harder when I'm with you. I hope we stay forever together" - Karina to Micah from Rune Factory 3
Rune Factory 3 was a really enjoyable farming/dating/fighting RPG. The aesthetics was attractive, the potential wives were quirky and eccentric (yet they were interesting), the farming formula was well-delivered, and the fighting part was satisfactory in its own regard for an RPG that didn't focus on fighting. I especially enjoyed taking the requests of the potential wives, as they delivered both funny and romantic lines, and they were also adorable and lovable. Overall, this game was rather enjoyable and I hope to play other Rune Factory installments at some point.

What is easier to fake: a smile or a laugh?

@mde2001 You're the first one to pick laugh and I agree with you on that. I feel that it's hard to smile when you're not really in the mood for it while laughing is easier to do just to show your respect to what a person says.

"Those who break the rules are scum, that's true, but those who abandon their friends are worse than scum." - Kakashi Hatake from Naruto
Naruto was a fun anime, yet it had some aspects which I deemed it lacking. First of all, the cast was an extensive one and I liked the way they gave meaning to the characters by giving them a sort of backstory to justify their motives. Second, the action scenes were executed well; the problem with this was most of the action was given to Naruto especially in certain arcs and it felt like other characters were unimportant. Third, the plot was interesting what with it being about ninjas, yet it was underwhelming and repetitive at certain points. Overall, this anime was still a good one; it probably just needed some improvements here and there.

a ) the whole thing never came close again to Shippuuden season 6 and 8
b ) the best characters get the least on-screen/-paper time
c ) the last chapter I personally enjoyed was 504 out of 700

@Wolfox Glace try gogoanime.io, idk where they get the quality from but it's a great site. those are no speed subs yet they don't list an own subbing team (and offer too many anime to be working on those themselves anyway)... -

Today's QotD comes in the form of a conversation once more since there wasn't a good standalone quote that I could identify. It's funny though.
~ The Day after Tomorrow ~
[on what books to burn to survive the extreme cold]
Jeremy: Friedrich Nietzsche! We cannot burn Friedrich Nietzsche; he was the most important thinker of 19th Century!
Elsa: Oh, please! Nietzsche was a chauvinist pig, who was in love with his sister.
Jeremy: He was not a chauvinist pig.
Elsa: But he was in love with his sister.
Brian Parks: Uh... 'scuse me? You guys? Yeah... there's a whole section on tax law down here that we can burn.
The Day after Tomorrow is my favorite movie of all time. It's a movie that's set on a world wherein climate change is about to take its turn and the main characters are caught up in what could be the next Ice Age (and a huge change for society). Their goal is to try and survive with as many people until they are rescued, but this isn't easy as the temperature gets lower every minute, while there are also wolves that venture the now frozen land. I really liked the story of this and it's quite touching in its own way as we see different characters find the way out of their predicament. The concept is also quite unique in itself and it is well explained. I recommend this movie to you all.[4/5/17]
