In V4-V5 when Blacksteeple was a prison, Neved says that the Dexoy are clones of Deoxys that Nastasia made from Deoxys' DNA.

I don't remember anyone saying that. But Nastasia was the one who made the Dexoy clones, so she does at least use academics, and it was mentioned Anastasia was a gifted child. I think Aelita's mom is the Vivian person that the Eldest mentioned.

Her name was Anastasia, so she's probably Nastasia. Similar name and appearance.

Well, the main series is like that too. Trains, ships, and planes but no cars. I imagine driving would be very inconvenient with people battling in the streets.

I don't really see how making another league is disrespectful, to be honest. To me it seems like that would be like saying that the fangames with 18 gyms, 721 Pokemon and/or field effects are disrespectful to Reborn.

Not sure if it was mentioned but when you enter the train station to Goldenwood Forest and Tesla is supposed to talk to you, she doesn't. She just stands there looking to the side, and interacting with her does nothing. To actually activate the conversation you have to head down as if you were leaving the station.

I think Crescent legitimately cares about our well-being, since she told our mom she wants to see us smile. She has an agenda, but to me it seems like that agenda is keeping us out of all this drama (she also said not to involve ourselves with them), like a parent telling a child "How many times have I told you not to play near the woods?" Speaking of Ren, when we meet Reina idk why we didn't just tell her that Ren joined Team Xen instead of saying we don't know where he is. I would've told her everything about his reaction to the Goldenleaf situation and his decision to join them. (I also would've told Amaria and Jenner about the shipnapping instead of letting them think we overslept) And speaking of Madame X, she said she's saved us "every time" because we're important...that really makes me wonder who she is, because the masked swordswoman we've been shown tried to do the exact opposite of saving us at Blacksteeple.

You can't even get past that guy after beating the leader. From the big room you're in where that Rotom you mentioned is, you need to head north from there.

Okay, I'll make a second save file then since I want the best possible results. From now on file 1 will be my blind file and file 2 will be the one I use to do any extra events I missed with the first file. And yeah, Nastasia seems like she's the second in command in Team Xen. I think we might battle her in Grand Dream City since she said they were taking their shadow Pokemon data there.

The Nastasia & Ren battle was only in V5. In V6 the player battles Ren while Crawli battles and loses to Nastasia. Btw, I also got the weird diary after completing V7 (I forgot there was a locked apartment in Kugearen and spent a lot of time wondering what the keys go to) and was wondering if anyone who got it before Garbodor can confirm whether or not it changed anything?
