Tfw your neighbor's tree gets struck by lightning and catches fire but from the angle you're looking at it looks like their house caught fire so you call 911 and tell them the house is on fire...
-
Tfw you think you've beaten the true arena but then the final boss pulls out a final phase that doesn't happen when you fight him regularly. And then when you beat THAT, he kills you anyway with an unblockable final attack that one shots you no matter what your health
-
Dang, Planet Robobot's true arena is insanely hard, even by Kirby true arena standards!
-
Lol at the people furious that Link's not a girl in the new game. You realize that the first thing you see in the game is Link in his undies, right? If you got what you wanted you'd throw a hissy fit anyway

Something's off about the description for the Shota vs Tierno episode. It says they're fighting for "a place in the semifinals", implying it's a top 8 match, but it's only the second episode of the league? Are we seriously skipping from the preliminaries in one episode to the top 8 in the next? Are the league episodes airing out of order for some reason? Or did whoever wrote that episode description make a mistake?

Remember how Simisear came dead last in that voting competition? In honor of that they're gonna have a distribution for it

Good news, it's confirmed that Pokemon Go will have all generations of Pokemon eventually. The existence of only gen 1 in all the trailers and such is just bad marketing

The AI teammates in Team Kirby Clash are suprisingly good. Can Kirby games do ANYTHING wrong?
-
TIL Chick Fil A stayed open last Sunday (something they never do) out of respect for the victims of that shooting. If I had learned that a few days earlier I totally would have gone.

Wow, when they said the new Zelda would look more like Skyrim, they weren't kidding. Looks cool but I hope this isn't the end of the more traditional Zelda games

If you thought the main series games couldn't get any more hand-holdy, they now tell you wether or not the move you're about to use is a good idea. I mean Super Mystery Dungeon did it too, but it's kinda balanced out by the rest of the game being brutally hard...

Mega Miltank should become part Rock type and get an ability that's basically the same effect as holding a metronome. And get boosts to its defenses so that it can keep rolling longer

About halfway through Robobot (I think) and so far it's awesome. Ever wanted Mirror Kirby back? It is. Smash Kirby? That too. Water Kirby? Well, kinda. Poison Kirby is pretty much water Kirby but better
-
Just got Planet Robobot. Time to see if it's as good as I've heard. I doubt it will dissapoint, Kirby games never do that
-
Remember back when the Federation Force trailer's number of dislikes was an anomaly? Now we've got Color Splash, Ghostbusters, and Infinite Warfare. This is the age of garbage

Interestingly enough, Magnemite of all things is the 24th most popular of all Pokemon. It beat out immensely popular guys like Lugia, both Latis, and even Gardevoir. I think this is the work of some kind of Japanese equivalent of 4chan, like the "Hitler did nothing wrong" Mountain Dew flavor.
-
Suprisingly, Zygarde ranked 8th place in most popular of all Pokemon (even over Charizard). I bet all those Japanese voters were thinking of perfect Zygarde, not realizing that perfect Zygarde will never become an actual thing.
-
Apparently Charizard's days as the most overrated Pokemon are over. Nintendo had a Japan wide poll between all the Pokemon ever, and he wasn't even in the top 5.

I tried looking for a full list, but all I could find was the top 100.

Fun fact: The smartest recorded animal in the world wasn't a monkey or a dolphin, but a parrot. "Alex" was once shown an apple that was cut open to show the yellowness inside, and called it a "banerry", a combination of bannana and cherry. He also once asked what color he was when shown himself in a mirror, making him the only animal to ask an existential question. He also could express sarcasm. RIP Alex the Parrot.

Ah, yes, Alex. He really was an amazing bird. I watched a short documentary about him on YouTube, narrated by Neil Degrasse Tyson nonetheless. He could apply knowledge of colour, material, shape and size. He could tell you the colour of an object that was bigger or smaller than the other. If given the wrong food, he might throw it at his owner and insist "wanna banana". And yet he died at only half the normal lifespan of an African grey. Such a shame.

Today I learned Magnezone has the catch rate of a legendary. Wait, it doesn't? Well THIS one clearly does
