Lovers are 3rd party regardless of their original alignment. They appear as non-mafia in all the investigations. Also, when they became lovers, their goals as town or mafia were substituted by the goal of the lovers (although they preserved their original abilities).

Tbh i am inclined to vote Nicki now, cause Mr. Knightlys Role as the Elite Spy isn't really that threatening, unless Alaris confirms the above.

But only if everyone is also going to change their Vote on Nicki or else a tie might happen and it was all for nothing. And with 3 Petroleum Seekers still around, they could easily make it a tie, if some don't change their votes

Elite Spy's regular night actions do not involve any kind of killing. Therefore it refers to the Factional Kill. Unless they're the last one alive in their faction, they can never be assigned to perform the factional kill. If they are the last in their faction AND their faction is granted the factional kill, they can perform it. @CrimsonDragon21

The Mayor (your dear Bean) decides in case of a tie. If Bean is somehow roleblocked, the tie will result in nobody dying. If Bean is killed, the successor he designs will be the one to decide.

I also forgot about the Majors role somehow (thanks for the reminder). And tbh, do we really want to let Bean decide on that? Well that only happens if Dive doesn't vote and we get a Tie.
