That and also the fact that's it takes no mega slot for some reason, It's stupid and bullshit and boring and should have stayed in the anime were it belongs. That said I can't downvote froakie right now, it's a well designed pokemon with a great movepool and an awesome ability, Much worse starters are still on the list. I vote solely based on how well-thought and well-designed a 'mon is (in my opinion). Overrated/too strong Pokemon tend to not be very liked by me though, just because of the "overhype" factor...
