If nothing really works, you should post your save file in Bug Reporting.

Hi, so it appears that when you fly it also drops the Rage powder, and from the looks of it the way you get around that is to go obtain a rage powder from one of the trees higher up and you have to surf through the mountain and use waterfall to get it to that crustle. Also, it didn't quite give me the interaction the first time so I jumped on its head several times and kept going back until it gave me the interaction.

 

Also, it appears that as long as you have pokesnax you can keep getting them.

Turnator can be found much earlier by rocksmashing the bottom floor of apopophyll volcano after the lava is drained. He replaced torkoal, not sure where you get torkoal now tho

So I know you have to get the rage powder and fly over to Celestinine Cascade to wake the Crustle up... but when I try to do that the Crustle does not interact with me when I try to tap C or any other action button... anyone know what I should do?

it was patched, you need rock climb to get it now. E18 is nearly here so just wait a bit and rock climb will work properly.

If it's Salandit you're talking about, don't use Fly, use either Teleport or Surf through Ametrine instead.

Jangmo-o is located atop of Teknite Mountain who is currently unavailable as of E17, with Rock Climb being required to capture it.

Jangmo-o isn't currently obtainable legitimately in the current version. (though next version is pretty close and will probably include him). you could probably find someone on the forums to trade you one, but just accept that it's 100% cheated in.
