So I know you have to get the rage powder and fly over to Celestinine Cascade to wake the Crustle up... but when I try to do that the Crustle does not interact with me when I try to tap C or any other action button... anyone know what I should do?

Hey so I am having a small issue. I started a new game (a new save file) and the item radar isn't functioning on the new save file but when I go back to one of my other saves it works just fine... Any idea how to solve this?
