Maybe post your savefile so someone can take a look at it or something,since you're supposed to talk to the blue haired dude to start the quest. I did it a few hours ago and it worked just fine... Froakie has a potential to get its HA, but you need to purify it to use it, like loki said. Now... How do I end the Fountains quest from the Sheridan Help Center? I found the fountain in Gearen City with the Carvanhas, battled one, and nothing happened. I interacted with it again, and then another one attacked... Do I go back to the Help Center?
