I was told to look for Nim but I went through that tedious jungle a few times lol and checked that town and now I'm lost! Thanks! Go in the ship and go upstairs talk to the Water Gym Leader and if you beat all the Dexoy on the beach she give you Rain Dance

I have no reason why this happens for some people and not for others. Did a statue appear on the pedestal after the ghost fight?
