    It depends on several choices you make throughout the game, the earliest one involves the police ambushing (or not if you didn't find all officers) Corey.

    Ralts and Honedge are not available at that point in the game; you can find them later on after the city restoration. Pokémon that can learn Shell Smash and are obtainable before the battle with Kiki are Shuckle, Magcargo, Crustle, and there's a 50% chance of encountering a Turtonator in Pyrous Mountain. As for your last question, dawn stones can be found by mining the glowing rocks scattered throughout the region.

    Do you mean the stamp from the lady in Chrysolia Forest? You can change the weather with the weather mod, but you need to input a password to use it.

    The Rejuvenation section is temporarily hidden because of Reborn's recent release. As for your question, you have to complete all help requests in Kakori Village first.

    The mod Plates of Arceus will implement all legendaries from later generations. Gen 8 Pokémon are already in the current version.

    Will the Blank Plate item from Legends: Arceus be available in the next update? Also, will you add more Normal type altforms now that the Normal type finally has its own plate? I think Normal is the type with the least available altforms currently.

    Espeon and Glaceon are actually hard to miss.

    Watch out with using Sludge Wave during this particular battle; you'll lose relationship points with Laura if you do that.

    Litten is also decent; Intimidate + Fake Out comes in quite handy in most situations.

    You can evolve Nosepass in the West Gearen Power Plant. Unfortunately, you can only access it after defeating several more Gym Leaders. Your best bet against Crawli is a decent Rock type or Flying type, preferably both. Rock Slide is a great move to use in this gym battle because it hits both targets. Crustle is actually pretty good in this fight if you can set up with Shell Smash (watch out for Crawli's Water typed attacks though).

    That's indeed the case in Pokémon Reborn, but I think OP wants to know how to obtain TM Flash Cannon in Rejuvenation.

    I think you can switch between pages with the Q and W buttons on your keyboard. Also, there's a location guide available if you want to know the exact location of a specific Pokémon.
