    Zygarde 10% and Silvally are available in the current version. Silvally is obtainable around chapter 7 and Zygarde 10% is available at the end of the current version. If you're struggling with certain battles, try to think outside the box: change the field to turn it against the opponent or try to change the weather in your favour. Some Pokémon are surprisingly good with the right moveset and/or abilities. Simple Swoobat and Magic Bounce Xatu are especially good in the early parts of the game.

    Those kids were probably poor or from less successful/wealthy families. Cassandra and the GDC government initially had plans to create a Reject District(if I remember correctly, this is mentioned in The Underground in GDC) for all 'unsuccessful' citizens. Cassandra wants to create a superficial utopia where everything looks perfect on the outside, so she can operate as a Team Xen admin behind the scenes without any suspicion. She probably doesn't want any bad publicity about GDC businesses.

    Regarding Dragon types, only Noibat, Swablu and Skrelp are available at that point in the game and none of them are particularly good until they evolve. You could get a decent Ground or Grass type to help against Rock types. If you haven't found the entrance to the hideout yet, it's close to the waterfall where you battle the gym leader.

    Amazing! I especially like Madame X's new design; the tattered cape makes her look even more fearsome and menacing.

    The Elekid I traded for didn't have a held item. The Electirizer is available later on in the game though, before the 5th gym. You also need a Link Stone to evolve Electabuzz.

    TM Flash is available very early on in the game. You need some money to buy coins and the coin case for it though.

    The fairy tale field also boosts Steel type moves, so using a Steel type Pokémon like Magnezone or Metagross against Adrienn can help you. Metagross learns Bullet Punch which is even more helpful. The misty terrain field transforms into a corrosive mist field when Smog, Poison Gas or Clear Smog is used so that's also an option if you have a lot of Poison types in your pc boxes.

    Meowth and Purrloin are not the worst Pokémon at that point in the game. Meowth gets Technician, Fake Out and Screech and Purrloin gets Prankster. Litten is not a bad starter at all. Overall decent stats, Intimidate and an okay movepool. I agree on Skitty though, not even evolving can save it from being useless.

    Apparently you lose relationship points with Titania if you encounter her in the Aventurine Woods. She asks if you saw her talking to the grunt and you lose points regardless of what you answer: -1 for yes and -2 for no.

    You can finish all the help quests you haven't done yet, the Narcissa quest, the Type: Null quest and the Goomink quest. Also, you can collect the department store stamps to access higher floors, collect all available Zygarde cells, explore all available places where you can use Dive and collect the star shards from the clan members.

    Online trading is available in Reborn, not in Rejuvenation sadly. I think Jan also mentioned trading/online functions won't be a part of Rejuvenation.

    You missed the ones in Kristiline Town. There is one in the Pokémon Center and one in the residential buildings. The couple in the Kristiline Museum is definitely suspicious, but they are not part of this quest. Talk to the suspicious people in Kristiline, go to Kakori, talk to the suspicious couple in the house there and go outside then. Hope this helps!

    It's not possible to get TM Nature Power at that point in the game sadly; you have to show a Cherrim, Magcargo and Zebstrika to the artist on Route 2. TM Venoshock is available though. Some Normal typed moves are boosted on the Blessed/Holy Field so you could try that. If I remember correctly, Magical Leaf is also boosted.

    You probably missed the very first stamp from the receptionist at the department store. I've played through Rejuvenation several times now, and I noticed that you won't receive a stamp from her if you have other stamps in your possession. It's best to visit the department store as soon as you get the chance and collect the remaining stamps afterwards.
