  1. you can get them after the 2nd badge, there's a vendor on route 3 during daytime who sells both items

a moonstone is available in a cave on the same route! it's hidden in the middle of a very small clearing which you pass through (it has grass, so it's easy to recognize)

oh yes, there's actually another moon stone. In amethyst cave you can find a Lunatone. Save and then soft reset until it holds a moon stone

and if you do the help center quest with the Kecleon in the next village, there's a 1/3 chance to get the Shiny stone, or an Ice stone for evolving Alolan Vulpix (the third option would be Dusk stone)

    Ahah... You see...
Shuppet evolves at the late ass level of 37. Way beyond the level cap to get a Banette. BUT... When do we get TM-Psych Up? It might be worth looking into TBH. But that's assuming they don't just want to OHKO me. If it's a shuppet, Lopunny OHKO's me, even max defense invested. I don't see a reason why they would Cosmic Power Boost up.

    Hm... Interesting.

oof forgot the evo level, but psych up is in the hidden library, you get it before marianette. That's how i beat her last time. I also don't think they wouldn't attack, but the AI sometimes does that too

Ok so for a physical attack pokemon i could go:

    att : 252

    speed/hp : 252

    speed/hp : 6

    and spA:

    spA : 252

    speed/hp : 252

    speed/hp : 6

in general yeah. While there are exceptions where you can invest in defense instead of HP, the difference isn't too big, so for a beginner this is good enough.

If you're not sure which stat to invest into, I advise you to invest in the highest stats, that's usually never wrong.

Thanks for ur answers, im actually ingame at the phase where i will face luna but decided on my main 6 pokemon team and was wondering on their EV values.

Do u guys go for max on 2 stats and the rest on a third stat? Or more mixed?

Can u give me some examples in terms of values of EV? I mean what are the values i should aim for?

    Thanks again!

I always go for two max stats, dividing it up on three doesn't make much difference imo

  5. The department store sells berries which can reduce the EVs of a certain stat, and Power Items which increase a certain stat's EV gain by 4 for every EV gained.

(The guide Gastronely linked is mostly for late game it seems, if you're still in the early part of the game I'd recommend this):

Most people go to the railnet and battle the woobats repeatedly, since it's really fast and they give Speed EVs which is usually the most trained stat.

If you need HP you can go to Seacrest's garden, there's a high chance for Wurmple, caterpie and hoothoot, so it's a good place regardless of day/night.

I usually train Att/Sp.Att together with Speed or HP, since those are the most common stats you need for an attacker beside their respective attack stat. Same goes for Def/SpDef if possible, since EVs for those stats are more uncommon. If not, you can train both at Seacrests garden as well, Ledybas for Sp.Def (only in the mornings), or with Venonats on the rooftop in Onyx ward, and Def with Pineco (headbutt tree).

  6. There's lots of people I'd like to show my appreciation to, but since I'm really bad with names I'm bound to forget someone, so I'll keep it simple so I don't hurt anyone's feelings for forgetting them 😜

First, my biggest thanks go to @Amethyst and the whole Reborn team. Not only did you guys create a fantastic game, you also created this great community leading to lots of new friendships and good memories for everyone here.

Lots of thanks to everyone here striving to keep this community a fun, wholesome and friendly place, and everyone who keeps helping out anyone in need. Shoutout to @Starry Knight who gives her best to help everyone, and goes out of her way to breed mons for every request.
Thanks to the countless people providing us with entertainment, be it by developing fan games, self written stories or interesting discussion topics, and to every modder supplying us with mods to have even more fun while playing.

Lastly, big thanks to @MegaMew and @Raion and everyone on their games' Discord for being such fun people, I really enjoy talking with all of you guys.

  7. normally he doesn't reappear in his tent after he disappears. Next time you meet him will be on Route 9, after 9 badges, but he doesn't change the difficulty there.

Debug should be able to help you, though I'm not an expert on it so I can't say how

Im gonna say this in the best way i can....."Gurl u crazy??"

Theres like a 1% chance at finding a chansey and even if you do find it you have to catch it (which is a B*tch to btw)

and then the cahnce of it holding a luck egg is 5%.........Please do your self a favour and dont do this to yourself....Please, you can get a lucky egg from a pelliper and the chances of it holding it are higher with compound eyes(which dosent work in safari) and if your worried about completion theres a vendor in carotos mountain that gives you a happiny for shards

    1. The woman in the entrance to the safari zone gives the Lucky egg for showing her Chansey, the Chansey doesn't need to hold it

    2. Compound eyes usually works as long as the pokemon is in the party's front, even when it's fainted, so it doesn't need to be sent into battle. Are you sure it doesn't work in the safari zone?

But I also think it's not worth it @Devilish, the time you need to catch Chansey could be used just as well for training with the Audino trainers

Also in chapter 13, while in past Hiyoshi City, when Kanon gets kidnapped, Nymiera states that she tried to carry on with her life and forget the past, unlike Vitus, who still tries to achieve something, even though he got married again. She implies having a past with him.

She clearly drops on us that she is the Queen from the tale of how this world was born, while Vitus/Indriad is the greedy King searching for the Archetype. During this chapter she also addresses us as Adrest and asks if we remember her.

Do you think the main character is the son of Nymiera and Vitus or his reincarnation?? To me it sounds that way

no because we see Adrest with his mother in a flashback, and she clearly didn't look like Nymiera. If you're talking about the knight from the story (her son), it is said that he died in the war while protecting her.

  10. Hi and welcome!

It's a little hard to give general advice for both games, but I'll try my best.

First, what you should pay attention to is that these games give your mons a level limit depending on how many badges you have. You can see the limit displayed in your trainer card. In Rejuvenation, your mons will stop getting exp, but in Reborn they still do and when leveled over the limit, they'll stop obeying you. There are items called Common candies/Reverse Candies in both games which can lower your level again so you can still use your mons, always have some with you so you can decrease your level when needed.

The level limit also strongly encourages to have a full team of six, unlike the original games where people often play through with only their starter. Because here you can't have much higher levels to overpower enemies, and they have much better stats, due to good EVs and IVs, and better moves overall.

Also don't be afraid of using weak or unpopular mons, some can be surprisingly useful in these games.

These games introduce a very complex field mechanic which has much more effects than the fields from the original games. There are dozens of fields with dozens of unique effects. Try paying attention to those by reading the Field notes/Field manual.

    For more specific advice:

I'd suggest getting your hands on a mon that can lay entry hazards. I prefer Sticky Web for speed control, it helps a lot against the opponents who later have perfect IV pokemon, since you'll have a hard time outspeeding them otherwise.

Also often used by players are male Meowstic with Prankster. They can safely set up Reflect/Light Screen, which gives you the opportunity to boost stats with other mons.

  11. - Restoration projects: Donate in the Grand hall to some projects, that will further renovate the city and start side quests with great rewards

(By the way, you can only renovate once for every badge you get from now. Also there is one restoration in Calcenon, which is always doable, in the southern entrance of the city)

    - dive in the underwater city in Azurine Lake

    - Beldum quest available now

    - Invisible objects in Beryl side quest

    - Gang applications: get your gang members jobs!

Wait then what's the point of the four of them having Arceus' power as well?

I assumed that's how they'd save the world from destruction mentioned in the Library mural. By holding hands and combining their powers?

Also I misread Nexen57's post, he was talking about the Madame Peony prophecy not the library one. Whoops.

The point might be that we now know where the Archtype was sealed, which the bad guys might be after.

What I just remembered: the evil part of the Dark prophecy might be "reserved" for the protagonist, since a lot of people seem to mention our potential of destroying the world if we wanted, instead of saving it.
So depending on our choices in the game we will possibly fill the last role left for whichever prophecy fits us more. Just thinking of the bad end of the Hidden Library 4 quest with Karen and Karrina makes this look very plausable.

And not the four blonde siblings who when together literally started glowing gold and formed the symbol of Arceus?

I don't think the MC is part of either prophecy tbh.

Seems a bit odd for someone alleged to be outside destiny's grasp to be in a destined prophecy, no?

but the prophecy only states one of the lights to have Arceus' power, so those four wouldn't fit the prophecy

  14. 1 hour ago, Nexen57 said:

We should talk about the light and dark prophecy : four lights not born from man will save the world and four darkness born from man will destroy the world.

The four lights are player, someone with a soul as gold as Arceus's light, someone with the resolve to lead others and someone who fights for a lost loved one.So by deduction the four lights should be : MC,Melia,Aelita and Ren.

Melia is related to Arceus,Aelita's goal is to become the sensei of Sheridan so to become the leader. Those ones are easy to guess.

The last one being Ren is a bit special (the following is in spoilers because I found it with Debug mode by looking in the switches but it should be about things that should happen in future versions if it's in the ingame files it's 99% to be sure to happen so if you don't want to get spoiled don't look in this spoiler):

      Reveal hidden contents

There are switches related to the statues in the Amethyst Grotto. There are already Keta's and Vivian's statues activated but there are two more. The third one is Nancy's statue and the fourth one is Reina's.So the statue are about characters that would die so Reina should die in the future versions from what we don't know but she should die.And Ren fighting for his dead sister would fit with the "lost loved one" considering "love" can be by family relation. BUT this could also make him one of the darkness by making him the darkness of prejudice for the same reason because maybe that Reina could die because of us.

Also for a non spoiler fact, the four lights are meant to not be born from man: MC is the Interceptor and therefore comes from the Universe? I don't remember but I think it has been pretty much stated that he just was created or appeared.Melia is a very strange case because we know that she is somehow related to Indriad and Maria/Melanie but Jenner is not her actual father and we don't know if she has any parents.Aelita is explained in the story, she's a reincarnation of Taelia and Vivian and can't have any biological parents.Ren's body is made from metal and not flesh so it could fit.

The four darknesses represent hatred, evil, jealousy and prejudice. And thier goal is to reacreate another world. There is also mention to light with death in the prophecy.Madame X and Indriad/Vitus/Sirius(maybe also Lord Xenadin). We don't know anything about Madame X,so I have no idea which negative emotion she could represent apart from "evil". Indriad should be the darkness of the prejudice because of Anathea's death and he has to be one of the darkness because if the disaster is related with light,Arceus is related to that. But there are two other darknesses maybe Flora and the leader of Amanda's group could be one of them.Flora could represent hatred because she hates Cassandra and jealousy because maybe the leader of Amanda's group wanted to control the league but Jan kept her from controlling it and could be jealous of him so she wants to destroy the league .

Crescent could be one of the lights or one of the darknesses but we still don't know something interesting related to her.

Totally agree with your choices for the lights for the same reasons that you explained.

But the darkness ones are still really vague since there are many possible candidates. Like Geara is someone I think might be one of them since he's behaving pretty evil.

Madame X never really struck me as evil, she just has that "survival of the strongest" mindset, so my guess is that she isn't part of the prophecy.
Indriad could fit several, like hatred for the world and humans which let Anathea die, jealousy because Arceus created pokemon with greater power than humans, which was the reason why he left Nymiera in the past (though that sounds more like arrogance tbh).
If Zetta ever returns he might also be jealousy for not being a human, for not having a happy life etc.
Flora is a good guess, didn't even think about her since Bladestar is already finished off.
What about Isha? Who knows what kind of unethical experiments that guy performed on patients that we don't know of yet, though I don't see anything except prejudice maybe fit him.

  15. Well if you already know Reborn, then there isn't much to tell you.

The main difference to pay attention to are the Achievement points. While it's not necessary, it can be useful to farm some Achievement points so you can buy certain Key items in the casino which replace HMs, so no need to teach them anymore. And there are some key cards to buy as well, they unlock doors in the starting lab where you can train EVs very quickly. HP and Speed rooms are unlocked by default.

i'm on the house raid on Amaria's gym/Titania's house (Right after the water treatment center) and to my knowledge if you beat Solaris on the top of Pyrous Mountain then you're supposed to fight Solaris with Julia however I beat him on the top of pyrous mountain and i'm fighting Blake and Fern instead, anyone know why?

Winning or losing on Pyrous Mountain determines who your partner is (Julia or Florinia), not your opponent. You have to fight all of them
