Unfortunately the TM is not available yet

The Game-z crashes whenever i minimize the game, there's no error message (I'm on Windows)
-
small typo - "of a some"

wow so excited
and it's so smooth with the new engine, really nice
-
load an older save file, might fix it.
Also try redownloading and extracting the game, in case there went something wrong when you extracted the game last time.

You should change some of your abilities, like Damp to Torrent and Flash Fire to Intimidate. (Mawile might also be better with Intimidate, but then damage output would be much lower)
Also status moves are very useful, your only one is Cotton guard. You should think of using some more.Don't leave useless moves like Cut, Strength or Fly on your mons, especially Fly on Noivern since it's a special mon. Teach them some other, more useful TMs for important fights if you have any good ones. Normal attacks are usually unused since they can't hit anything super effectively, so better go for any other type to gain more coverage.
For example Hail for Sandslash cause of its ability.
Maybe Bulldoze/Snarl for Arcanine, especially in combination with Intimidate it's great for doubles.
Air Slash/Hidden Power/Tailwind for Noivern (honestly, Tailwind can be really good!). (Hidden Power is weak, but still better than Fly)
Also Sucker Punch could be helpful on Mawile, priority moves are always very helpful.
You don't really need special moves on Swampert, so replace Sludge Wave and Surf with Bulldoze/Rock Tomb/Rock Slide/Protect. (First 2 are TMs you have by then, so those would be easier, but last 2 need move relearner). -
Could you elaborate more on what this mod actually does? Your description is really vague. It sounds like the coloration becomes dependent on the IVs, but after trying it out the only thing I see is that it replaces the normal and shiny sprites. I don't see what the EVs or IVs have to do with this, cause I compared lots of the same species pokemon I had in my box, and all looked exactly the same, just like the png files in the Graphics folder. And while the shinies do look nice, the normal sprites look really awful, I don't believe anyone would want to replace those. I think you should remove them and only leave the shiny sprites in this mod.

yeah it's about the doors, you need to find all of them and open the chests inside, then come back to the castle
in case you havent found them, there's other entrances: one behind the waterfall beside the gym, and one next to wispy tower

Are we all pretty certain that Risa is Freya? Because if so, Aelita and Texen have a common enemy. They could join forces against her, and Texen would get his redemption arc.
Well, most people think so because of Tuff-Puff having the same stats and moveset as Freya?'s Naganadel, but this is the only direct connection.
Then there's the fact that Saki and co., after being attacked by Freya?, got their memories deleted by Isha, which hints at another connection, since Risa's file in the hospital mentioned some terminal illness.
Some think that Risa died and was impersonated by Freya?, but lots of other patients got suddenly healed from their terminal illnesses as well (Remember that Isha has a 100% success rate, so there are bound to be even more cases which we havent read any files about). This means he's doing it in some other way, they can't impersonate every single patient after all, and it's not like Freya? has the time to impersonate someone every day for such a long time. Might be that she only impersonated her at Ground Zero.
Since it's revealed that Isha and his father Isiah know how to transplant memories, my guess would be that they might have replaced the patients with something like an identical doll or clone and gave them the original's memories to fake a 100% rate, while letting the originals die in secret. And, I mean, Neved's daughter still isn't healed for some reason, guess Team Xen won't let him conduct his dubious practices on an Admin's daughter. -

Oh wait I can't show you I don't know where the screenshots are and where to find them

Screenshots are in the same place as your save files, C:/user/'user name'/Saved Games/Pokemon Reborn
you could reteach Metagross Agility with the move relearner to outspeed everything.
Trick Room would also work nicely.
If you have something that knows Stealth Rocks, like Golem, Gigalith or Lycanroc, that would be very useful as well.

Sorry about that, but the main thing I wanted to know is if they have to hold a mega stone, which i don't think anybody has asked already.
well, how else are you gonna mega evolve them? At most, the item could look or be named differently from usual mega stones, but it would still function in the same way (seems unnecessary though)

the walking sprites are called trchar, same location
-
reloading a previous save file will probably fix this
in case you dont know how, go to C:/user/'your user name'/saved games/pokemon reborn (that's where backup saves and your current save are stored)
then go to the end of your folder, rename a file called game.rxdata to anything, doesnt matter, then rename the last file of the list to game.rxdata instead
now load the game again

I tried getting 2 froslasses and a seeded trevenant, but even that doesn't work. Usually I can get one blizzard and dig off before Melia's togekiss dies. Then she just sends in her hydreigon and spams heat wave, which kills Minior and lets the typhlosion come in on a volcanic field, leading to my entire team getting swept. Even if I get lucky and manage to keep the krookodile and minior alive, Melia's togekiss always ends up dying, which then makes hydreigon come in and ruin my entire strategy by changing the field. I can't kill her hydreigon with blizzard because the game doesn't let you aim moves that hit multiple pokemon.
hmm, the only other strategy i can think of is to use Drifblim with Minimize/Stockpile/Baton pass. But that will take lots of resets to succeed.

are ice stones available yet so i can evolve my alolan sandshrew starter or will i have to wait for a future release for one? also i think the donphan ears are bugged as they cant be used whatsoever.............. ive tried giving one as a held item and nothing happened, and when selecting it in the menu it doesnt even give a use option
pretty sure every starter evolves via level up, and earlier as usual for high level evos like Dragalge. If you look in the PBS file 'pokemon', you can find out when exactly for every mon (ASandshrew evolves at Lv32)
-
yes you're just unlucky. There's no pokemon you can't get as shiny in Reborn
-
Electric/Grassy/Misty/Psychic Surge users with corresponding seeds on them, and/or on partners in Doubles. Really obnoxious would be Rillaboom with Eruption Typhlosion, or a tanky partner who gets boosted defense and Ingrain, especially Rock/Steel types since Surf and Earthquake like moves only do half damage to them.
Also Galarian Stunfisk with Mimicry will be really fun to use, assuming it will change type on every terrain in the game.

I know it says [18.3], but is there a chance of this mod working on 18.4?
well 18.4 only differs in one line in the script from 18.3, and this mod doesn't change the script since it is a purely optical change, so it definitely should be compatible

Alright Im really starting to think my game is bugged. Here is a screen shot of the wall your described. (hopefully its the right one) I have also uploaded my save data as well.
(Edit): Forgot to mention that I have changed the time of day several times in the game to catch certain pokemon. Could this be the reason for this possible bug?
don't worry about the time, that's not something that would affect the main story.
and yes, this is the right wall, there's clearly something wrong. The file you uploaded isn't your save file, though. Go to C:\Users\'your user name'\Saved Games\Pokemon Rejuvenation , then look for Game.rxdata and upload that file. That's your current save, all other files are backup save files stored in there. (You could also try renaming an older save, from before talking to Ren, to "Game.rxdata" and load the game again. Try going to the sewers after talking to Ren)

Okay I just re explored the sewers. But sadly I've still come across nothing. I looked up that there is suppose to be a glowing crack in the eastern wall? It was not there when I just looked. The gym guide and Venam mom are still saying their basic scripts. Was there some event/quest that I missed that is possibly preventing me from progressing through this point?
There's nothing you need to do to trigger this, the crack should be there immediately after Ren blocked the entrance on Route 3. Either you're not looking at the right wall (on the right side, as far in the top of the map as you can go, not the first wall on the right side), or your game's bugged. In that case upload your save file here so me or someone else can have a look.

I just checked, and alolan marowak couldn't learn dig until gen 8. The only pokemon that get it in gen 7 are shedinja, sableye and trevenant. Sableye isn't even available yet, basically every opposing pokemon can kill shedinja and trevenant isn't fast enough or bulky enough to even get the chance to use it. I tried changing the field to a mountain field, but that just make their rock slides hit even harder. My froslass is too frail to live more than one turn, so a snowy mountain is out of the question unless I get 2 froslasses(froslassi?), which just wastes two party slots in return for a field that barely even helps the rest of my team. Unless I hack and give myself a golurk with fly, it's impossible to permanently change the field into something that actually hurts the other team.
yeah mountain based fields have similar effects so they are still in favor to them, and they can easily change it back with Typhlosion's Eruption, hence why i suggested to use Dig to get a cave field. In a cave you only need one Blizzard to change the field. (You could go as far and melt the Icy field with Heat wave, then get a Jellicent to use Dive to get an Underwater field. That will make all of their pokemon except their Gyarados and Jellicent pretty useless.)
Also try seeds to increase your Defense if you can't survive an attack.
Maybe try using Ominous wind until you get the boosts, then try to sweep as much as possible. -
yeah you need to go to the sewers, that's where the story continues. Try looking again

On another but related note:
My research has revealed to me that the Odd House no longer exists in V12 as it has been replaced by the Lost Castle. Apparently this doesn't hinder the Spector quest, a part of which is set in this location but does this mean the Odd House and Generator Problem quests are now unavailable?it's still available, the lost castle is just a redesign to the odd house, basically.
For Spector, it's definitely possible to find him and defeat him before getting your 9th badge, worked for me.
Did you try visiting everywhere important in Goldenleaf, also Wispy tower? Might be farfetched, but maybe you need to find some more chests in wispy chasm?Edit: Forget that, I just remembered that you have to do the gym puzzle again, that's it. After that you can meet Narcissa and Spector.
Somehow, I cant fly back to the Pyramid Island/GDC Island

you can change the map when using Fly by pressing the Scroll up/down keys in the top right corner on your keyboard (that function stays on those keys, even if you remap them, so newly appointed keys dont work)
