Not trying to be rude or anything, but if you're being patient, you don't have to ask how much time is left. No one needs to. It'll be ready when it's ready. Knowing when that time is won't magically accelerate the process.

It's the same as how breeding works in Gen 7. You can't pass TM moves down unless they are already an egg move for the pokemon. Also, Nidoran doesn't even get Earthquake to being with, so you would not have been able to pass Earthquake down even if this were Gen 5 Breeding mechanics -
Maybe the "Secret," whatever it is, is the remaining 1%?

She could be "missing" in the sense that it's not known that she is in fact Rune. It could be they haven't seen her for a while because she's been with Team Xen the entire time.

Beta Testers are those chosen by Jan who play through the release before it is publicly available as a way to find and fix bugs. People like you and me don't have to do anything besides wait patiently for that to finish before getting the chance to play. It usually takes a few weeks once the status bar hits 100%

From how I understand it, the only way this quest activates is if you talked to Simon in the Tanzan Mountain Meteor Base where he mentions how Tara died. If you talked to him, he later appears in Beryl Cemetery near the bottom of the stairs where you can encounter Pumpkaboo and Shuppet, looking at one of the tombstones. If you didn't talk to him, it looks like you cannot start this sidequest yet.

I saved in The Pokémon Center in Peridot Ward. I think by “where it all began” Ame meant the train station where you character first arrives in Reborn since that is the next place you go

You can continue your save from a previous episode. You don't even have to do anything with your save file after downloading. When you reach the end of an episode's story content, there is usually a message indicating you have reached the end

I found Reborn through Shofu’s lp. I only downloaded the game for myself after he finished with Episode 10’s content though. When I frat started, Episode 11 had just come out
