I've never played v6 Narcissa, so I can't help you there, but I'd just like to mention that there's a thread you may use if you get stuck on a Gym Leader battle: http://www.pokemonreborn.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=13887
double post but
September-23-2015: How much wood could a woodchuck chuck, if a woodchuck could chuck wood?
According to the Internet: "A woodchuck would chuck as much wood as a woodchuck could chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood"
Oh, this has been pinned.
Anyway, I've decided to skip the videos and just rely on Serebii for new information, like mechanics. Something interesting I found was:
If this does become a thing, should we retain the old rules? Like you can only challenge Leader ? after you have at least X badges? And no Megas or Legendaries?
Anyway, Showdown's tournaments don't really work for a League like this, so manual challenges will have to be done instead (or if we find something that can support it), which might be difficult since we have to make sure a Challenger has this many badges.
The third one would probably be best for those who don't pay attention or don't remember little details like characters' names. I myself remember things like those, so I'd prefer the second one, but the third one seems most logical.
This seems very similar to a Pokemon Contest (anime version), doesn't it? First there's the move presentation (which would be the theme and nicknames) and then there's the battling itself.
I see Spoink and Grumpig made it to the cut-offs. c:
This is probably going to be a very popular tournament since Garchomp's gone and Salamence is here, so good luck to the competitors, and hopefully I remember to watch~
When I stopped my Dark Monotype, around Luna, I think, my final team was:
Greniinja, Malamar, Houndoom, Skuntank, Scrafty, and Cacturne/Murkrow.
Of course, you can also use others like Drapion, Sneasel, Liepard, etc.
Again, as I said before, he used Trick Room Solrock and Lunatone so his slower Rock types (i.e. he had Rhypherior in the League from a battle I saw) could outspeed and defeat. He was one of the three Champions in Season 3.
Tynamo kinda sucks early game, since it evolves a while later and the best thing it can get is Spark. I'd recommend other Electric types, like Ampharos, Heliolisk, and Luxray, as stated above.
If you're at a good enough level, high enoigh that Tynamo can evolve, that would probably be when to get it.
I'm hoping to see Trick Room Hardy, like his strategy in the regular League. Solrock and/or Lunatone Trick Rooms for his slower Pokemon, like Gigalith. He could use Mega Tyranitar, since Mega Aerodactyl would hurt from Trick Room, but it's not like Trick Room is permanent, so I'd say regular Tyranitar and M-Aerodactyl on his team.
Reborn should use an ORAS table, since it is updated for each game. There may be a few bugs, though, but Jigglypuff should get Disarming Voice at level 11.
You can get Purrloin, Stunky, and Poochyena. Look in both alleys, one has Purrloin, while the other has Stunky. Both have Poochyena.
Igglybuff is the only Fairy before Julia, so the Fairy part is covered.
Please check this thread for more questions on when you can get a Pokemon: http://www.pokemonreborn.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=14182&page=1
As for where they are, check the Location Guide in On the Hunt.
Contrary Snivy is great. That is, once it gets Leaf Storm, which won't be for a while. Snivy is usable, but you can't make the most of it without Leaf Storm.
Nope, not of version 6. There's a trading thread, if you'd like to use that to obtain limited Pokemon. Or you could wait for future versions to include more starter events.
I still am not sure why Chikorita doesn't have a seperate event, though, being the "weakest" starter. Jan could've easily placed Chikorita after the fifth Gym, so it would suck in the next three Gyms (Bug, Ice, and Fire, eesh.)
There's also Burmy that evolves into Trash-Cloak Wormadam
Anyway, from my own experiences, Mono-Dark is a pretty good Monotype to do, since you can get quite a few nice Pokemon, like Greninja and Scrafty.
Best of luck to you whatever you choose to do~
You can get one on the rock next to the factory before Julia blows it up. I think Mde was trying to say if you just couldn't get Iron Fist due to RNG, just use a Blaze one and immediately change it to Iron Fist when you get the chance.
Anyway, hopefully your Monferno and Ledian can beat Julia!
I remembered it being in February, but I couldn't think of the exact date without a clue, in fact I'm in game right now and was about to do the quiz again to refresh my memory
