So, you know how we were talking about a Fog Field before? Well, I just remembered the Weather from PMD and had ideas for it besides the lower accuracy thing. From Bulbapedia: "Fog: The power of Electric-type moves is cut in half." "Cloudy: Reduces the damage of all non-Normal-type moves by 25%." #BestFieldEffectsEver (Specifically Cloudy) Imagine if Noel used this... Heck, you might even do some things like make Sound based moves stronger and moves like Flash, Dazzling Gleam, etc. better/worse if you really were into this Field.

Strange, you haven't bought anything, so I don't know what the problem is... If you did buy something worth 100 Rupees and didn't use it yet, that would be why, but since you have no Items, there shouldn't be a reason as to why that's happening. At least, I don't know why.
