    In the starter room, the rainbow machine Amaria points to is the jackpot machine. It gives a random starter, but there's a very small chance of getting Ralts, Eevee, or Axew.

    If Laura is part of the E4, I'd think she will have a Mega Venusaur, since flowers and all. She seems more peaceful, too, so a bulky Pokemon might suit her. After all, Abomasnow seems highly unlinkely. There's also Mega Sceptile, though... Arclight's only choices are Manectric and Ampharos. I could see him using either. As for Lin, I'd think she would rather use a PULSE than a Mega.

    I never actually used Typhlosion, so I'll move it lower, maybe to A-. And thanks for noticing all of this; I'll try remembering things like when you can find the Move Relearner when I edit these. Done. I dunno if Cleffa is available yet, if anybody could confirm, that would be appreciated. It wouldn't be a surprise to me if it was; Route 2 got a many Fairies and Psychic types in its update. I'll reserve it anyway, and I'll put Manectric in C+, as you say.

    Yeah, as mde said, there will be chances to get every Pokemon, even those that you choose one out of multiple Pokemon (like starters). For instance, you can get Chikorita as both a starter and an event later on in the game, but not yet Froakie. Not all are in game just yet, so be patient!

    Available ever since version 6, by the random starter machine. It has a very low catch rate, but there's some other event after Angie that you can get it in, apparently. I don't know all of the steps, sorry :/

    If you had played E15, you'd know that there are 4 Mega Stones available in the current episode, but we do not have a Mega Ring/Bracelet to use them. However, some battles have used Megas. Only time will tell what episode it shall be in.

    If you don't even know where the Silver Ring is, look into Corey's room (provided you beat him). It's different from the Ruby Ring, though.

    Just saying, I think there might be an issue with Pokemon with three Abilities not getting their Hidden Ability without the usage of an Ability Capsule.

    That's by using RPG Maker XP. Debugging Pokemon means altering moves, levels, abilities, etc., but debug mode in a whole is helpful when making tutorial videos, since it means you can teleport to areas or use instant healing. Anyway, as long as you don't use it to alter your Pokemon (which is cheating or just experimenting), you'd be fine.

    Done~ I did add Last Resort since that's it's most powerful Normal STAB, but I agree that this should be C Rank until it can finally get some nice moves.
