I just realized, Iron Fist would be a fitting ability for sea cucumber.

Apparently, it can propel its insides out through its mouth to use as a fist. Sea cucumbers have a similar defense mechanism. I imagine it's Water with a Water/Fighting evolution.

If you could have a miniature version of any planet as a pet, which would you choose? They're around the size of a beach ball, they have adorable faces, and they're harmless. Pluto is an option.

Fire/Ghost counters Grass/Psychic. If it weren't for Exeggutor being Grass/Dragon in Alola, then I would've thought that was referring to Exeggutor . o . Fire/Ghost also counters Ice/Psychic, though, so it could be Jynx? I wouldn't think it's Grass/Ghost or Ice/Ghost, since then Marowak would be just as vulnerable since Ghost is weak to itself. Maybe it's actually a species native to Alola. Or it could just be a flavor detail that won't really be expanded on.

They both do. Fern has a Scyther at the Wasteland and Route 1, and it's evolved into Scizor by the Fiore Mansion battle. EDIT: I just looked up his team as of the Fiore Mansion battle in an LP and it seems like he doesn't have Ferrothorn anymore. So I guess Rhyperior replaces Ferrothorn, not Krookodile.

I just remembered he also has Scizor. I think he might have replaced Krookodile with Rhyperior.

Events in Reborn are based on actual events that happened to the real people in the online league (including Corey jumping off a bridge and Kiki's illness). So this info confirms that the Pokedex leak was fake. There are Pokemon here that weren't mentioned in the "leaked" Pokedex, and according to that leak Bewear was a standalone but here we see it has a pre-evolution. I'm not sure. I could see it going either way. On one hand, it seems like he started to not like what he had to do as part of Team Xen towards the end, which could lead to something in the future where he tries to make up for what he did? But on the other, he was already captured once and then escaped before Crescent turned him back to a Solosis, so it would be repetitive if he ended up free/as Zetta again. All four of the lights are not born of man.

I don't really see a reason there'd be another meaning of "Elite" besides the E4. Having a term referring to someone who beat the E4 but lost to the Champion, or who beat the gym leaders but didn't beat the E4, is extremely specific and unnecessary imo. The club is also open to gym leaders and E4, and Arclight said "I didn't say it was the easiest way" when he told us about beating the league to get into the nightclub, implying there are other ways to get into the nightclub besides being the Champion.

I also mentioned Serra not recognizing El as E4, which I think is on the same level as not knowing the Champion. It seems like Reborn league members don't have meetings/aren't obligated to know who the others are.

About the not recognizing Lin as Champion point, Saphira didn't know who Shelly was despite them both being Gym Leaders, always calling her "other girl" and Serra didn't recognize El as one of the E4. (not saying Lin is the Champion, just saying that league members have not recognized each other before)

But he was "not born of man" like the light prophecy says, so he's a possible candidate. The prophecy doesn't say clones can't be the ones.
