I think I found my favorite enemie in BL2. the Crystalids (if I spelled that right). No, it's not because those are pretty good money farms, but the way you fight them. For those who don't know, they have 3 weakspots. Those are the only spots you can hurt them. and once you destroyed one of those spots you gotta focus on the other two or the last one.

So... I downloaded the Better Vampires mod for Skyrim Special edition. but either I broke something or it doesn't work 100%. the powers work, but the bloodpoints and stuff doesn't. @Thundermaze you have any tips on how to fix this or another mod that does something similar?

I already have Moonlight Tales downloaded for my Werewolf character xD
I personally actually love playing the Vampire, it's not too OP but not too weak either. you have a few weaknesses to cover the strengths you also get. Though if there's one thing I can that I kinda dislike about Sacrosanct it's the Trespassing Curse. Losing Magicka and Stamina just because you're trespassing doesn't really fit the Vampire. I understand it's meant to make feeding on sleeping NPC's harder, but this isn't the way to do that.

This is something you will rarely hear me say, but I think the Dutch dub of the Last Airbender might actually be better than the original English version. Not saying the English one is bad tho. But if you can find a dutch dub of TLA with subs I suggest you at least give it the old college try

I mean, it kind of dropped the whole 'elements gravitating toward him' immediately after, so it wasn't even consistent. I guess they covered that one base as best they could, since the comic describing how thorough the Fire Nation was at wiping out hidden pockets of nomads wasn't released until years late.

Did you know: That you can trace Yugioh DM back to Star Wars?
Kaiba's Japanese VA also voices Kylo Ren in the Dubs of ep 7 and 8 (and most likely 9 too)

I officially hate Fur Hires.

Looking at another of his videos that popped up when I searched for 'Rata Fur Hires' (below), I found out the archetype's original name translates to "Skyfang Brigade". They changed such an awesome sounding name for a joke.......that's actually par the course for the localization team, really, so I'm not sure why I'm surprised.

one thing I actually hate: people mistaking an oppinion for fact. example: SAO. I, for one, think it's pretty good. many a person would tell me that I'm wrong for liking it. and since when can someone be objectively wrong with an opinion??

Honestly whether something is good or bad is rather difficult to determine because not only are the conditions for making something "good" defined arbitrarily, many people will tend to just hold the opinion of their neighbor just to avoid confrontation. As such I think it's more productive to continue liking something you like whether the popular opinion supports it or not. Your enjoyment of SAO is independent of others' enjoyment

So, I've been watching an LP of Binding Blade lately, and I can notice a few things: it could make for a good remake. Here are a few things I would add to said remake if it were to happen:
Casual Mode: Let's get the big one out of the way first. ever since Heroes of Light and Shadow (yeah, not Awakening) it's been quite a staple to the series and it would most likely help ease players into the game more.
Adding Blazing Sword to it in the same game: We're pulling a Holy Wars for this one. The game, if handled by me, would start with the story of Blazing Sword, then after that hit up Roy's Story. There are certain things I'll get to in a bit that have to do with this, too.
Skills: Skills are awsome.
A buffed Lyn.
Pair Up Over Rescue.
S-Rank supports: Here's another one some people will probably want to mount my head on a pike for, but hear me out. This S-ranking will impact the game in a similar way Geanioligy had it. The Growths and Stats of anyone from FE 6 Won;t be changed, but they will just get a skill from their Mother/Father that they couldn't get otherwise. That's all it would do. So, for Example Lyn can Astra, but Roy can't. Have Lyn Marry Eliwood, Roy can now learn Astra.
Map altering: just to make them more friendly to non mounted units.
Having Lyn (or her descendant) be in the story of FE 6.
And finaly, Roy's Promotion. Just, make it sooner.

I agree with everything stated except two things. Skills and pair up.
If there's gonna be skills they should feel unique and not as widespread as awakening and fates. Maybe something like sacred stones, path of radience or radiant dawn (although I haven't fully played through the latter two their skill system looks pretty solid). My gripe with the new skill system is how you have skills every 10 or so levels so they end up being kinda bland skills like luck + 5. The other problem I have with it is how you can make a super unit like a swordmaster with lethality, aegis, lancebreaker or whatever's good on them. Skills, in my opinion should be balanced around classes and shouldn't be transferable.
Pair up is something I dislike about the new fire emblems because it encourages you to ship units together and use them in squads of two. With pair up half of the units are just glorified stat boosters. Rescue is a system I like much more because it lets you make more aggressive plays like attacking a boss with a unit that can be killed in two rounds and picking them up after a round.
Fire emblem 6 + 7 with nice, new graphics, branching promotions, more supports and fire emblem 6 axes having a 10% hit rate buff like they did in 7 would be nice.
-
Honestly I can see where you're coming from (I'm surprised you didn't hunt me down for a certain other one tbh) and kept it civil.
Skills can be implemented in any way, but you can't exactly have the first skill you get be something like Swordfair, there have be be weaker ones to balance the game.
As for Pair up, while I see your point I have to disagree. Yes, sometimes others can feel as just a stat boost, that's only if that player handles them like that. I, for one, usually switch with them depending on what they're facing. Plus, well, Pair-up is kinda the upgraded version of Rescue, and I don't see them walking away from that after fates fixed the System

when your Cavalier has most of the stats of a Myrmidon, only with more bulk and less Attack (yeah. can I call that RNG Skrewed? even 9if I can;t I'm not giving up on her!)

it's honestly one of the charms I find in Fire Emblem. using a character in a class that, while functional, is kinda an oddball (example: look above) and making it work by playing to their strengths (Once more the same example: Amelia may not hit hard, she does hit often is will usually double, with good movement and dodge chance. as I said, Myrmidon on a Horse)

i have a prediction: FE 3 houses will be amazing, bridging the Gap between the veterans and newcomers. But, because it will do one thing "wrong" the vet elitists will find a reason to hate it (my guess on that: casual mode(

and she's the only Nohrian flyer aside from Chamilla.
As for a wish for 3 houses of mine... perhaps a Fates done better deal, where you follow one of the houses but the Avatar (if there is one) is not the main lord. Or perhaps a Sword Knight return. Armored units with swords are kinda awesome.
as for a general FE wish: Reduced prices for the tellius series. I mean, over 100 for one of the games is way too much, even if it's rare

watching Gen:Lock ep2. Found a reference to Red Vs Blue. shouldn't be surprised about that, but I'm happy

Turns out Drayano slapped fairy on quite a few mons. So by the time I'm done with the game, my endgame team will be a Fairy Mono

really unpopular opinion: HGSS is not the best Pokémon has been. while it's easily one of the best, it has some pretty majot flaws. like the level balance is just... terrible

Gen IV probably hasn't aged very well but I would say HGSS are the best remakes the series has had...given they only remade 3 gens. Best game in the series is B2W2 and I will fight you on that to the death. HeartGold I'd say is my third favorite Pokemon game I've played behind Platinum and White 2. Emerald and Fire Red aren't that much below that though. What it was at the time was amazing because the game was quite literally packed to the brim with content and it played pretty smooth...for the time. I could gush on for hours why all the new content for the game made a average adventure into an amazing one. Don't get me started on the Pokethon.
-
I find Gen 2 and its remakes way too long. That's a good thing for some, but I get tired/bored easily and an extra set of Gym leaders to beat can be tiresome. I think the problem is more that the Kanto part comes after beating the Johto league so it's more like a Post-game feel, rather than the number of gym leaders being overwhelming. Cause I haven't run into this problem with Reborn and that's the only difference I can find to attribute to.

okay, Marisa keeps kicking my ass... I'm getting better, and I have a gameplan (just always keep a Slow time charge ready), but I came to the cluclusion that I need to buy some healing items, but I can probably not reach the shop without using a healing item that I don;t have...

You know what really grinds my gears? When people say "It used to be much better when [blank]". Nice example is how there are people in the RWBY fandom who will always bitch about "the series not being as good without Monty". Yes, you're allowed to think that RWBY was at it's prime when Monty was still alive, but what exactly will bitching about it do you? And if you really don't like the series anymore just because one person is dead then STOP WATCHING. Like, seriously. what's the point in watching the series if every time you watch it you just end up saying "It was much better when Monty was still around."

so... Big Bro Saizen's gonna duel Play Maker next episode huh? seems interesting. and Gratz to Aoi for being the first characters that's not Yusaku to win a duel on screen

Alright so I have a crazy One Piece fan theory here.

.......I guess it was decent. Haven't even watched the original of this arc, so I can't compare voices.
At least it's better than what they did with most of the songs in Rosario+Vampire, sans Mizore's "Snowstorm" (considering the anime adaptation was sub-par to start with, some of the original songs were a good draw; the dub versions didn't help the series at all, however).
-
After listening to the new voices they gave everyone in the Funimation Dub, I honestly feel like most of the 4kids voices fit better (for the main cast---especially Chopper). The censorship was still horrendous and inexcusable, but my view of the characters after reading a lot of the manga is that 4kids voices works for first few arcs. After a time skip later on, the new voices are more fitting (since I think everyone matures some by them)...............
This is probably just a case of 'heard it first' syndrome, so don't too seriously.

Somehow I'm in 10th in terms of rep points. I'm surprised, considering I've only been using the site since January. Jan's in 9th (4 points ahead) and Paul25 is in 11th (only three points behind me but he joined more recently than me).
Not that it matters. I just like looking at numbers.
I don't think anyone is going to beat Ame in any arbitrary statistic. It's a conspiracy I tell you........unless, Ame is......no

Here's something random:
If I were a trainer in the Pokemon world, one of the pokemon I would own is a Radidash. Maybe a shiny one even. I don't know why I like it, I just do. And I would never need a Bike anymore

let me see if I understand this:
the first 3 star wars movies were "godlike"
the prequels were shit and now the new ones are not exactly held in high regard either.
so if the majority of the Star Wars movies are bad, can you still consider the franchise itself good?

Well, the problem with that is there's just so much sheer content in all of the side stuff. ((like SO MUCH.)) l know a lot of big Star Wars fans that love that stuff and tend to claim a lot of the novels are a lot more solid than any of the film stuff.
Further, the original trilogy was incredibly groundbreaking for it time as well. Sci-fi/Science Fiction films flat out did not exist prior and it straight up created a genre known as Space Operas. Gorundbreaking has literally nothing to do with how good something is... so l really don't get the above statement. ((espically cause just if you don't like it that doesn't make the film any less of an influence on the genre as it has been. Not liking it's totally cool. Denying the fact it's influenced the genre as we know it and was one of the pioneers of film for it... is just foolhardy.))

back after a music festifal yesterday. while it was fun, I head a few too many love songs. like enough to actually make me sad and remind me of my loneliness... yeah I've heard enough love songs from now tilll my next birthday
