Abilities are random even for event Pokemon. Although considering that belonged to someone before... maybe it shouldn't be. No idea if something like that can be set, though...

I'm reasonably sure it's always Sleep Talk- Ame forgot to reset it when she changed the TM that was there before (Steel Wing), but I noticed it was there upon a recent visit to Azurine Island. So you can have both Steel Wing and Sleep Talk now, if you came from Episode 10 or earlier. Also since no one has mentioned it, there is a TM in the Labradorra-Calcenon Control Center. It is either TM86 Grass Knot or TM96 Nature Power, depending on which one you obtained from Florinia. Eg. I battled her when she still gave Grass Knot, so it was Nature Power for me.

Meowstic and Cinccino. Set up Rain Dance with Meowstic (Prankster took the guesswork out of getting it up), and started flinging Rock Blasts everywhere with Cinccino (Skill Link is great and no one can convince me otherwise). Then it was just a matter of keeping the rain and my Light Screen up. I got lucky with misses courtesy of Brightpowder (I'd forgotten I had a Hard Stone, else I would've given him that), and with Cinccino not ending up burned. Otherwise it was pretty straightforward. Was level 67-68 going into it, and the battle ended with them at level 69.

1. It's unobtainable. Some people have it because they got it from E10, where it was still Telekinesis. 2. There is one outside the Mosswater Factory that is only obtainable before Julia blows it up, and another in that bit of Citrine Cave that used to be Broken Cave, hidden in a rock. I don't know of any others.

I think Feebas appears in the Pokedex (I can't check because I haven't seen one), but it either requires Dive or the Super Rod. Neither of which we have access to right now. (We have access to Dive, technically, yes, but we can't use it so that's largely irrelevant.) Dratini and Staryu do this too, but I think you'd know if anyone had found one of those. Edit: Have some confirmation: All there is left to do for now is wait.

I think y'all are giving Fern too much credit. In that regard, though, there does have to be a reason he joined Team Meteor, I'll agree- you don't just join your enemies for no reason, especially after you've taken part in meddling against them before. As for Taka betraying Team Meteor... Solaris is ruthless, and initially I'd thought he'd have no qualms with killing anyone who interfered, blood or not, but I'm wondering about what Eclipse said now... Now, I'm not so sure. (Mind you that it doesn't have to be Solaris who kills him- Sirius has proved he's perfectly capable as well. I'm sure Lin wouldn't mind, either, although I'm not sure I can judge her since there's very little I know about her.)

Yep, but it can be boosted if you have a Pokemon with Compoundeyes at the front of your party. Which will make finding one much easier. (How much? I found one on the third Horsea I encountered, but I probably just got lucky.)

It restores 200 HP and raises the happiness of the Pokemon by a lot. (Like, enough to allow it to evolve, if that's how it evolves.)

They're the ones around Route 3 that you navigate through to get around the collapsed bridge. Although, to my knowledge, Emerald is not accessed at all. Just Ruby/Sapphire/Amethyst.

You're in luck: There are a couple Heart Scales hidden on Route 4. Check the backs of trees/the side of rock walls, if you don't have an Itemfinder.

Horsea holding Dragon Scales is the only thing that will make someone bother to train it at this point in the game, so that's a good thing. Seadra wouldn't have cut it. (I say that looking at its base Special Defense- its other stats are fine.) ... Well, early-game Espurr is now a thing. That's kind of horrifying, and yet delightful at the same time. I say horrifying because the one in the Obsidia Slums likes smashing my face in, and it's pretty good when you first get it in Lapis Ward, too. ...Why do I say delightful? Have a guess.
