I think the name of the tier accurately describes what the game will routinely tell you as you face the big bosses. On the plus side, you get to use Meganium as your starter! I demand that you raise it with love and care and keep it in your party to the very end! Starters ftw! EDIT: Meganium - Whiscash - Magcargo - Ditto - Meowstic seems a pretty olid team if you ask me, and you also have other good subs in Huntail, Shedinja (which is broken in most games), Swanna, Gourgeist, Tropius, Slaking, and the elemental monkeys... It could have been much worse if you ask me!

A small house? In Platinum you get to buy a friggin' VILLA. Also, if Pokemon has taught me anything, it's that creatures that like to abduct kids, devour memories, cause ships to sink and ALTER THE ENTIRE LANDSCAPE IN A RAMPAGE, as well as creator deities and horrific aliens, are ok to be kept as pets... And will act all tender and friendly if you feed them sweets!

As you might have realized right now, this place is kinda lacking in the sanity department, although I suppose that adds to the fun. Anyway, if you know what Pokemon Reborn (the fangame) is (and I suppose you do, otherwise why would you google "Pokemon Reborn" in the first place?), well, then you know what this forum is about: here you can find announcements concerning new releaes, download links for the latest version of the game, as well as many topics meant to help you make it through the game (which is... Notably harder than canon cames), including guides, viability rankings, strategies for beating specific bosses, and so on so forth. OR, if you need a pause from Ame's sadism frustrating battles GHOSTS AS GYM LEADERS Reborn, there are lots of other things the site has to offer, including a section dedicated to competitive Pokemon battling (we have a server on Showdown), a section dedicated to forum roleplaying and creative writing (you have a fanfiction to share? That's the place for you), and a section dedicated who Ame wannabes who started fangame projects of their own, including the shofu-breaking always popular Rejuvenation and a bunch of up and coming new projects that are still in development phase, including the one I just happen tobe advertising in my signature *innocent whistle* Well, this is all. If you need help with anything, there is also a section dedicated to troubleshooting, but before you post there make sure you use the search function: chances are other people already experienced your same problem in the past, and a topic about the solution you need already exists. Well this isn't entirely true either. Hariyama for example can and will stay useful at least until the Ice gym, provided it has Thick Fat. In general, Reborn is a game that encourages you to try different strategies for different battles, so yeah, your best bet is probably to simply catch everything, and then train what looks like is going to be more helpful for the upcoming boss fight, then rinse and repeat for the next one. This forces a lot of grinding, yes, but hey, welcome to RPGs... The canon games of the Pokemon franchise have kinda forgotten about their RPG origins, going the extra mile to make sure grinding is a non-issue and you have the tools to just skip the game and go straight to the post-game online competitive scene, but Reborn is not like that... Reborn is, simply put, an old-fashioned RPG. So again, my suggestion is to catch as many Pokemon as humanly possible, then train the ones that you think will be useful, rotating your team a lot and trying different strategies.

We are talking about a 2D fighting game, Blazblue, in which there is a character, Carl, whose sister was turned into a weaponized puppet by their dad, who then proceeded to do the same to Carl's mom. My problem with this topic is not that you are having these issues. My problem with this topic is that ALL OF US had these issues in the past and thus, for the sake of helping people like you, we posted all kinds of guides, viability rankings, topics with advices as to how to beat specific battles. They are literally all over the forum. If you had put the search engine to good use and taken the time to read those, instead of going straight away for the rant, this topic could have been avoided. And don't say "I don't read guides because I don't want to spoil myself" because said guide are specifically built to be spoiler-free: basically, they tell you "it is advisable to run this" or "you might want to prepare that before that point", but they don't actually reveal any major plot turn. So again, instead of lamenting the issues you are having, have a look at the MANY topics made specifically to help newcomers like you. It's funny because they are in the same section in which you posted this topic, so it stands to reason that you should have seen at least one of them before starting this...

Seriously, what were you actually hoping to accomplish when you decided to start a ranting topic? What possible reason could you have for wanting to publicly complain about specific battles everyone and their mother know how to beat? Why exposing yourself to the inevitable wave of sarcasm and snark this topic will turn into, your abilities ridiculed and your shortcomings made fun of, when you could have just kept the rant to yourself or, at most, made a status update about it? Did you actually think a rant post could lead the developers to go back on their work and make those battles easier?

I want to go on record and publicly make my bet in regards to the two serpentine Pokemon leaked by Corocoro: IMO, they are gonna turn out to be Mega Zygarde X and Mega Zygarde Y. And judging by the overall design, I think it is safe to assume Xerneas and Yveltal will have to do with the unlocking of the mega evolution, which will not require a stone much like in Rayquaza's case. I was so used to maining Hazama in BBCS EX, that I actually had never faced his unlimited form as the Arcade boss... I was used to facing Unlimited Ragna instead! Now I have tried playing Tsubaki's arcade and wow, Unlimited Hazama is MUCH weaker than Unlimited Ragna, I brought him down on first try without even dropping in the red area, and I was using friggin' Tsubaki for crying out loud o.o

You know I like paying attention to dialects, speech patterns and stuff like that. It is one of the reasons Japanese (and its insane amount of different patterns, each with its own set of pronouns, suffixes and syntax to boot) fascinates me so much as a language, which in turn is why I make a point of only ever watching subbed anime. Even if I don't understand most of the words, just paying attention to the minor aspects that give away the pattern a character is using (and thus deducing what the writers are trying to tell us about the character's personality) is something I love to do. -
I have made progresses for Se7en, I have written a new competitive analysis, and I have learned how to Tsubaki... I dare say this was a profitable morning. Now for an afternoon of study...
