  1. Not if Moltres traps it with a Fire Spin
  2. "Ok guys, some help here please?" Miki gasped as three acolytes suddenly showed up, ready for a fight. She looked back at Sarcus who was hacking his way into the computer; then, she motioned Raito to come forward. Since Sarcus will need some time to find a map and Jon's Swampert will provide a great matchup for her Jolteon to spam Discharge, she might as well help out. "I-I will try to help out. My Jolteon w-wouldn't mind, right?" Miki asked as she took her place besides the male trainer. Raito cried out with glee as he stepped in front of the two; his fur bristling with electricity.
  3. No problems here with that decision! Time for me to find a name for my steel bird~
  4. Don't forget Skarmory for me~ Do we need to reserve our NPC Pokemon too?
  5. Etesian is correct. I tried passing down IVs with a Destiny Knot and it doesn't work.
  6. Out of curiosity, what is happening with this RP? Any status update?
  7. Nivia froze for a second as Deoxys changed forms right before her eyes. However, her body relaxed as the Psychic Pokemon glared at the humans. As she suspected, Deoxys must have had a really bad experience with humans back in Hoenn, which was good to know considering how horrible they are here. "Thank you," Nivia answered politely. She then saw the human girl and her two dark-type companions walking towards the middle of the room, heading for Mewtwo. And it seems that Sark has the same idea. Like he said, there was only one way to go now. "I guess we better get going, too," Nivia said towards Theo and Blaze. "Now it's your chance to meet Mewtwo up close, little Blaze. Looks like we will be ki-- knocking out two Taillows with one stone."
  8. I'm calling dibs on Skarmory. I was an Eevee in my run of Explorers of the Sky. Tail Whip/Flail combo worked so well there.
  9. I'm interested too! Like most of us here, Explorers of the Sky is one of my favorite Pokemon spin off games.
  10. I was hoping to give the others an opportunity to post, but I got it back onto the first page of the roleplaying forum. Let's finish up this chapter!
  11. "T-Thanks... Jon," Miki muttered as Jon and the group began walking towards the corridor. She was still sitting on the edge of the hole, eyeing the frozen acolytes with unease. Their unmoving expressions make them look unhuman, something that didn't sit quite well with the young teen. "I guess this beats frying them to a crisp..." Miki said, more to herself than to anyone in the room. She finally tore her gaze away from below and began following the crew to their next destination. Contrary to his trainer, Raito the Jolteon was disappointed that he wasn't able to get the last laugh before moving on. He couldn't quite understand why Miki would hesitate on giving an order to shock the acolytes to oblivion. They did not hold their end of the bargain, so why should he and the Covert Ops still be lenient in delivering out punishment? Well, the Jolteon believed there will be other opportunities, so he will let this one go. With a sigh, he followed suit and headed for the door as well.
  12. I just got the tm for Hail since I didn't know it could be found there. It turns out I haven't been back there since I didn't even break the log yet. The quickest way to get there is to go to the entrance where there are those two sets of the Bouffalant/Tauros. It's closer to Vanhanen Castle than it is to the Grand Gates. At some point, you need to dismount a Tauros to get to that area with the TM. I can also confirm that it cannot be found with the Item Finder.
  13. "Ugh! As if dealing with Amarantha's ignorant comments wasn't enough, I have to land almost flat-faced into a room of nothingness," the grumpy Dewgong thought as she tried to get her bearings straight. As she tried to shake out her body, Nivia couldn't help but feel an immense pressure bearing down on her. It was as if she needed to exert more energy for her to execute even the most simplest of her actions. "Guys, we shouldn't make any moves that would make Mewtwo mad. I've heard that he's highly dangerous when he's angered." "Mewtwo? Where...?" Nivia, slowly, looked around her. Theo, Blaze and Umbra seemed to be without injuries; that is all that matters to her at this point in time. The rest can go straight to Giratina's world if she had to choose who to save. Nevertheless, Nivia did give a few glances at the others in the group. Kenny, who spoke about Mewtwo, seemed to be the first to recover, followed by the Umbreon and the Houndoom (and their human friend, no less). All of the others were just as shaken up as she was, the Dewgong assumed, but were unharmed. Deoxys, obviously, seemed oblivious to the sudden transportation. The legendary probably did it a ton of times. And this huge space filled with nothing but them inside of it? Nivia certainly felt small; minuscule sounds more fitting, though. "Too bad my human's house couldn't be this big. Oh the wonders we could put in here." Nivia also appreciated the smooth, cold floor beneath her white body that allows for an easier mode of travel. Plus, she always found the cold to be her home, being an ice type and all. Finally, far in the distance, the Dewgong saw a purple-ish pink, humanoid-looking figure that is quietly observing them. She couldn't quite make out its form due to her limited eyesight, but it does look vaguely like a Mewtwo. Nevertheless, she decided to be safe and ask. After all, if this is indeed Mewtwo, she wouldn't want to disrespect him. "If I may ask, Deoxys, is that the master you spoke of there in the distance?" Nivia asked as she pointed to the humanoid-looking figure with her horn.
  14. I'll answer some of the questions to the best of my ability. Keep in mind that I beat Florinia when Scraggy was easily obtainable (and there were no field terrains) back in ep. 8. For Florinia, I had my Golbat, Kirlia, Quilava, Pachirisu, Meowth, and Scraggy. So, for Cradily, have a fighting type or a fighting move to take it out, like Makuhita. Since Cradily has Curse, a defense lowering move or a hit on its special side could be more beneficial. I think there is a trade for a Litleo back in a house in the Peridot Ward. You need a Bibarel for that, though. I had my Golbat and my Quilava beat her pretty easily. I also heard that the Toxic Spikes (*hinthint*) strategy works wonders for early in-game, although I never tried it myself, especially for that wall of a Cradily. #3) Fly is not obtainable yet. #4) I think the only place to train in Sp. Atk is in that Obsidia park with the Oddishes. If you want to wait until you get to Apophyll Beach where you will be trying to get your fourth badge (if memory serves me right), then you can train on the Slugmas and Numels in Pyrous Mountain. However, there is a lot of plot in between... I mentioned Litleo's trade, but that's all I know about the fire types. As for the bug types, there are some in a little garden in Peridot Ward. http://www.voltorbflip.com/ ^Saved me a load of time and I got to level 7 or 8 once when I was trying to get my Trapinch. EDIT: Oops, should be ep. 8.
  15. The EV reducing berries is on the 4th floor of the department store. They are called "Friendship Berries."
  16. ^This helped me out so much on the money problems. Once you get enough money and your Pay Day Meowth/Persian is at a decent level, you could ev train one Pokemon, money grind with Pay Day and have a pickup team (4) all at once. Productivity!
  17. Ready! (Nivia didn't respond to Amarantha due to her own stubbornness, so yeah.)
  18. Finally got a Saturday pass to the NYC Comic Con after waiting on line for 9 hours! *passes out*
