  1. I posted this on Reddit a few months ago, but I thought I'd share it here as well. I've managed to find all versions of Rejuv and saved all of them to my own Google Drive to make sure they're archived. Thought some of you here might be interested in trying out old Rejuv and see how far the game has evolved. 1. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1FtbfenFuUL_ff-E3nAZ4Ceexbgm6bGGR/view?usp=sharing 2. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1wYLzGvjXk4gmNmwxk6aB66SdGbo375Et/view?usp=sharing 3. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1LDiW3cuhuPjcdkfJkXIdr4sHdm5f-heL/view?usp=sharing - (Credit goes to MoonPaw for digging this one up) 4. https://drive.google.com/file/d/19boRjZ0_PbRzL_pQS8Fwk8p0x44x6SqI/view?usp=sharing 5. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1HBdGbwg5IxOAsKT-OWwI-1j-IEn7IYxW/view?usp=sharing 6. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1S3x9ktKr3SR16byDlPK28ufHODo3Bjrd/view?usp=sharing 7. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1g9FmMfiXSaG3mPEk2H8089LU4Ln1kjUl/view?usp=sharing 8. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1r9HDCZEigPNfrFonGcsO_ZQBEy74a_Kt/view?usp=sharing 9. https://drive.google.com/file/d/13KYoKIvlTJFOMzm2mo-0GI_vOci-xIOg/view?usp=sharing 10. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1arnJn5IaIQXLAZ0WTQdepmiEG4MJfY5X/view?usp=sharing 11. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1pOwQQUUgjRFmvWow5DJbleAfz1FTn23s/view?usp=sharing 12. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1eWDZUz4LkRPxX8ltsEzbTpZsDh_xQ0hv/view?usp=sharing 13. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1O7f89eOvRHPoeZ2HjzuEIz4GRIWz2nTl/view?usp=sharing

  3. Reuploaded DDDL and Spork: DDDL: -added Natalie VS sprite -added new Game.exe icon Spork Updates: -added Ceolis, Rania, Brutus, Kayla, and Natalie VS sprites made by Palletite -several new custom shinies made by Steffi! Bidoof line, Farfetch'd (based on Hatsune Miku), and Articuno -new Game.exe icon made by Steffi -Tapu Lele quest has been changed: instead of backtracking to each Holiday Pokemon and placing them on all the panels in Isabelle's Gym, now the panels will take you to a small arena in the Distortion World where you battle each Holiday Pokemon and they have teams based on their holiday. (the second part of the quest with the Espurr is still the same) -Cresselia quest has been changed: it's still at Lunar Lake at night, but now interacting with it takes you to a dream with Delicia, Sushi, and Carol. There is no battle, and you get Cresselia after the dream -expanded on how Triston came upon Hoopa's bottle. Previously he said a guest gave it to him for decoration. Now, it was the sailor with the submarine that takes guests between Inoset Island and the Underwater Hotel. He found it in his submarine one day and didn't know how it got there, and gave it to Triston -Litwick has a small appearance sitting at a table in Gina's Gym. Speaking to Litwick is optional and it will be gone after the Gym battle with Gina Spork Fixes: -Rania's postgame rematch at her Training Gym now has a Yes/No option like the other postgame rematches There's a new batch of VS sprites! This time we have Ceolis and the Frontier Brains (aside from Felicia, who already had a VS sprite). I was especially amazed at how Ceolis turned out! The techniques that Palletite and Steffi used for his trainer sprite didn't seem to be available on Windows 11, so they experimented with new styles. The VS sprite definitely gives final battle vibes with all the effects, and that's probably close to the level of challenge it was to create it. I think it came out amazing! There's a batch of new shinies too! Farfecth'd is based on Hatsune Miku because they both have a leek (Galarian Farfetch'd and Sirfetch'd will be coming in the future!). Bidoof and Bibarel were inspired by cotton candy and Danganronpa. I forgot to ask what Articuno was based on (maybe the Galarian form?) but I like the purple! Finally for new graphics, Spork has its own Game.exe icon now! Previously it used the RPG Maker's default sun icon, now it has a spork icon! The Delicia sidegames also have it. I'd always wanted Spork to have its own icon before, and now it does! Here's what it looks like: Thanks to Palletite and Steffi for all the new art for this reupload! 5 VS Sprites, 3 custom shiny lines, and a new Game icon is a lot! Sidenote: I learned yesterday from a PM conversation where I was helping someone with the Crystal Caverns puzzle that Imgur images don't display in the UK anymore, so I've switched to using the snipping tool (thanks to that user for the recommendation!). I had heard about the UK having new policies with regards to Internet access and age verification recently, but didn't know the exact details or that Imgur was affected. I apologize if any of the images in the posts here weren't showing up for anyone. All the images on the first post for Spork and the Delicia sidegames threads have been redone with the snipping tool, and all of the images in this post use it too. I might also redo the images for all the previous reuploads from this year in the next few days. Starting on October 18, I'll be away again for a while, and I'm not sure for how long. Probably longer than the other two trips this year that were around a week, but I don't know the length of time for sure. I won't be able to help anyone with save file issues during that time, but I'll be able to log in occasionally on mobile. I'll see you when I can, and thanks for sticking around!

  4. the new movepool document (prior to 19.5) has not been ported over. It's gonna be an Reatomized exclusive feature that Gelius worked really hard on it. Since AllGen wants to give the opportunity to get canonical circumstances, thus the moves were updated to the mons' most up-to-date movepool rather than a custom one. I know there are custom features, but they are minor and mostly optional. Please don't hurt me.

  7. [Mod] Nero Learn Menu – Advanced Move Relearner Integration Overview: This mod significantly upgrades the default Move Relearner system by making it more powerful, flexible, and user-friendly. It introduces a new “Learn Moves” option directly in the party screen and tracks a wide range of move types beyond just level-up moves. (Optional) Added change EVs/IVs/Nature/Ability in party menu See the comment below. --- Features: New: Added menu for (Optional)Edit EV/IV/NATURE/Ability See the comment below. Improved code of the learnpatch and util Significantly reduced the loadtimes. *added comments in the code * Adds a Learn Moves command to the party menu for quick access to move relearning. Includes relearnable moves from multiple sources: Level-up moves up to the current level. Starter / first moves. Egg moves (learned or compatible). Tutor moves previously taught to the Pokémon. Any unlocked tutor moves from a global trainer list ($Trainer.tutorlist), filtered by compatibility. Supports pre-evolution level-up moves by referencing the immediate pre-evolution species. Avoids listing moves already known or duplicates. Modular and form-aware — designed to integrate cleanly with custom tutor/egg systems. --- Dependency Handling: Requires nero_learnmenu.rb and nero_util.rb to function correctly. If either is missing, nero_learnpatch.rb will crash the game with a clear error message, prompting you to install the missing file(s). --- Installation: 1. Drop nero_learnmenu.rb, nero_learnpatch.rb, and nero_util.rb into your Patch/Mods folder. 2. Launch the game — no additional configuration required. --- Check out my other mods: nero_learnpatch.rb nero_util.rb nero_learnmenu.rb

  10. Re-upload! Thanks to Vince&Sylveon, he managed to fill in the remaining 45 tms as well as four mega stones for Meganium, Clefable, Falinks, and Froslass. Their mega sprites are still the base sprites as placeholders. Because of filling some TMs in, three new optional areas are available to explore (Hidden Island 7, Hidden Island 7 interiors, and Hidden Island 8) as well as remodeling two of the areas to add more items to collect (Pixie Babylon and Radioactive Meadow). Now that the majority of the important items have been made available, I'm pretty much set to start V11 anytime, though I can't reveal what this chapter is about at the moment.

  11. Posting to inform that the mod has been made completely modular! No functional change, just a backend improvement to improve compatibility with other mods. I should have done this a lot earlier to be honest, but I just couldn't find the time to sit down and do it, what with the dev responsibilities and all. Thanks to @Fervis for making me finally get off my ass and get it done!

  12. This a small script which repurposes an old essentials function which let you take pixel perfect screenshots. I modified it to change the keybind tthe 'P' key when ingame. The screenshots are stored in the game's root directory in the Screenshots folder. To use, put this file into patch/Mods (create the folder if it doesn't already exist and run the game. System_ScreenshotFix.rb Report any bugs (there really shouldn't be any) here on ping me @paradoxvault in the #reborn-mods channel in the server.

  13. I just checked the current docs and it's correctly listing Bombirdier in Onyx Arcades. You must be having an old version. It's an alternate area you can access after beating the E4 and finishing the Spirit Quest in Victory Road. Talk to the Hiker in the Poké Center again to start the Paradox Quest. You can enter these areas left and right after entering Victory Road. I have no clue where that issue could stem from. The sprites in the patch folder are always prioritised (usually) so maybe something happened during your installation? I assume you have already have the latest 19.5 version?

  15. Er...hem. Seems like Vince somehow updated the download link of Sylph Islands version 10, so... Re-upload! -Added story content regarding V10, this time being one of the epilogue chapters called Sylvic Clash in which eight trainers are specifically selected to participate on a showdown with their wishes on the line. -Chikorita, Bayleef, and Meganium added due to Mega Meganiun being dual Grass/Fairy type. Which speaking of Mega Evolutions... -Mega Clefable, Falinks, Meganium, and Froslass added to Sylph Islands, but their sprites will still retain the regular sprite while waiting for the Mega counterpart. (Base stats of those mega evolutions are updated). However, there are still stuff to do such as making those four mega stones available and also fill in around 45 TMs to be available (I counted 55 TMs already on various islands.) So until then, you can debug them to get those mega stones.

  16. Rezael the Sylveon is a dual type Fairy/Flying introduced as a fakemon in Pokemon Sylph Islands. While he is not known to evolve into or from any other Pokemon, he can Mega Evolve into Rezael Vita using the Rezaelite. Type: Fairy, Flying Abilities: Healer, Natural Cure Hidden Ability: Regenerator Mega Evolution's ability: Intrepid Sword* Gender ratio: 100% Male Catch Rate: 45 Egg Group: Undiscovered Height: 3'03", 1.0 M (same as Mega) Weight: -Base: 60.0 lb., 27.3 kg -Mega: 66.0 lb, 30 kg Base experience yield: 184 Leveling rate: Medium Fast EV Yield: 3 Speed EVs Pokedex color: Yellow Base Friendship: 255 *Intrepid Sword in this game is based on Gen VIII instead of Gen IX, meaning that this ability is not nerfed: Intrepid Sword will activate every time the Pokemon gets sent out to battle, as opposed to only once per battle no matter how many subsequent times said Pokemon is sent out. Rezael the Sylveon is a quadrupedal, mammalian Pokémon covered with pale cream-colored fur with navy feet, ears, and tail. When not wearing a helmet, he has light blue eyes, long ears with navy blue interiors and thicker fur, a tiny nose, two stray tufts of fur on top of its head, and two pointed teeth which can be seen when it opens its mouth. There are two bows on its body: one at the base of its left ear and one at its neck. Each bow is pale cream with a navy center and trails a pair of ribbon-like feelers. These feelers, which can be manipulated like limbs and extended far beyond their typical length, are pale cream and end at the tips with a silver stripe, then a dark blue stripe, and then a light blue color. It has slender legs with small, three-toed paws and a fluffy, slightly curved tail. Additionally four angelic wings have sprouted from its back, enabling Rezael to fly freely and with great speed. Upon mega evolving, two more wings sprouted from its back, totaling six wings on its back. It's sword color scheme changed from yellow to blue, and its helmet is taken off temporarily, revealing its entire structural design's color scheme from navy blue to gold yellow (ears, slender legs, tail, ribbons, feelers, etc.). Unlike most typical Sylveon's behavior, Rezael the Sylveon's background separates from the rest of the flock. A male Sylveon that has the ability to fly thanks to somehow sprouting four angelic wings from his back, a warrior wielding a sacred sword (not to be confused with the Sacred Sword attack found on the four musketeers and a select other few such as Aegislash, Kartana, and Gallade) that resembles a similar sword that is wielded by Fated One of Miracles, Rezael (and also its enhanced counterpart: Fated King of Miracles, Rezael Vita), and also possesses the ability to heal those in need with the drop of a feather. During the Kalos War, his lover, another four-winged Sylveon named Liael, went missing and has yet to be found. Believing that she's no longer around, Rezael the Sylveon is overcome by a deep sadness and left the Kalos region. He began a journey of wandering around with the goal of saving the people of the world by devoting the life to improving his healing powers while unassociated with any groups. She turned around and saw Rezael the Sylveon, who extends his right feeler as if he's waiting for Yancy to shake her hand. Eventually she shook hands with the archangel and then the dream slowly faded. She then woke up in her villa and noticed a Poke Ball containing Rezael the Sylveon in her table. Trivia: Rezael the Sylveon is inspired by at least two different franchises. -Pokemon: Rezael builds further from Sylveon's design, keeping the original design mostly intact while adding four wings (or six for the mega counterpart) and a sword. -Cardfight Vanguard DivineZ: The design is that Vanguard unit enables Sylveon to cosplay as a hybrid between two different franchises. Rezael the Sylveon shares a similar personification with the protagonist, Yancy. -Both have major unfortunate events in their lives that made them embark on a new journey of self healing and reidentifying themselves. In Rezael;'s case, his lover, Liael went missing during the Kalos war and has yet to be found while Yancy had been broken up by Nate and got laid off from a talent agency. Those two grow stronger over time and due to that, their bond are inseparateable. -Rezael the Sylveon's concept art and species creation occurred during the development between Version 7 to Version 8.

  19. the Name issue cannot be fixed as of now, you can easily fix it by choosing to nickname it and just type nothing in - the name will be updated back to Hawkeon You get Hawkeon when evolving Eevee during strong winds. The actual Nimbeon you get during rain. you can check the sprites in /patch/graphics/battlers and search for the name of the desired mon. Yep. It's not compatible with 19.5 currently. I updated the front page to highlight this. It's a work in progress but not much of a priority right now. have you downloaded the latest version (0.7.1)? this was an issue with Drampa and its movepool which was fixed with the latest patch.

  20. Yancy is a playable character and the protagonist that appears in Pokemon Sylph Islands. -Before the events of Sylph Islands: Yancy's lifestyle revolves having a double persona, from being a shy and reserved girl to being a celebrity idol in various television shows in the Unova Region, and vise versa. At some point, she dropped her Xtransceiver somewhere in Nimbasa City, only to be picked up by Nate. Since then, they shared lots of friendly conversations as well as conduction some Pokemon trades between Nate and herself in addition to her already stressful job at a talent agency. Despite having good things between them, Nate eventually broke up with her upon finding out that she was a celebrity idol and, a couple days later, got laid off from the same talent agency that is no longer able to continue operating. With both unfortunate events led her to becoming even more closed than ever before, she doesn't feel like doing anything throughout the day. One day, however, her brother, Derek, found a invitation letter from a mysterious person regarding a place in the Kalos region that's farther away from Azure Bay. Intrigued by the discovery and seeing how downtrodden Yancy is, he decided to give Yancy the letter, as well as his Eevee (who is incapable of evolving) to his younger sister (Yancy) in exchange of her Spinda (since Sylph Islands won't allow Spinda to go there). She then asks Skyla to board her plane to go to the mysterious islands. -During the events of Sylph Islands Act 1 (Versions 1-9) One day, both Chris and Yancy enjoyed an air ride with a Togekiss until they spotted something unusual. They decided to pursue them and encounters someone dressing mostly in red uniforms with a metal cage. Chris demands the suspicious person to release several Pokemon that was trapped in that cage. The suspicious person presses the button to release the cage, making it fall from several hundred feet in the sky. Yancy's Eevee used Swift and made several little stars become a gigantic large one and hurled it to be underneath the cage, securing a soft landing, successfully saving the Pokemon unharmed. Furious, the suspicious individual sends out his Tinkatink and made it throw her metal object at Togekiss, knocking it out and causing both Yancy and Chris to go in a freefall, also knocking them both unconscious. Several hours later, both Yancy and Chris are in bed inside Yancy's Villa, and Chris has already woken up before Yancy. He then leaves first to play with the rescued Pokemon in Pixie City Garden, and Penelope suggests having a battle between Yancy and herself. Even though Penelope tried her best, Yancy emerged being victorious. Penelope expressed concern about the suspicious individual and the cage, but Yancy assures her that she'll find a clue. After roaming around Pixie City, she eventually goes to the shore and encounters an unconscious Ribombee with amnesia. Initially expressing fear, Ribombee tried to run away from her, but was surprised that Yancy was showing compassion. Not long after, Ribombee quickly befriended Yancy and accompanied her on her adventure. Little did Yancy know that her so-called vacation has turned into a full-fledged adventure. Back in Yancy's Villa, Yancy and Ribombee (who still hasn't been named yet at the time) had a conversation with Alain about recent events. Alain's curiosity of the drained orbs that Ribombee has him looking through the archives, and sure enough, it's the same thing as he saw in Lumiose Library. He then urges Yancy and Ribombee to restore each and every one of her drained orbs to its original states, and he knows exactly where specific Gaia Temples are at. The first island Alain suggested is Singe City, since Pixie City is on the same quadrant (Southwest Quadrant). He gives Yancy the Surf Hidden Machine to enable Pokemon to use Surf outside battle, and that helped Yancy traverse through water to eventually reach Singe City. After roaming around the city, including a boutique whose clerk gave her a set of scarves that was previously used for Super Contests, Yancy suddenly eavesdropped part of a conversation, most likely from several individuals dressed in red, similar to the one she encounterd while flying with Togekiss. She then confronts one of them outside from the Suspicious Warehouse, in which the individual tries to convince her that nothing unusual is going on, but to no avail. Hearing the cries of Togekiss, Yancy swiftly defeats the individual and he runs away shortly after. She then enters the Suspicious Warehouse and learns that the people dressing in red are Team Archfairies, who claims to bring pain to fairies. She eventually defeats the grunts around the room and look for hints. Eventually she sees a panel and enters the correct password, opening the door and released all of the Pokemon that were inside that room. Overjoyed by their success, Yancy named the Ribombee "Sally" and they both were about to leave the warehouse, only to spot the leader of Team Archfairies near the exit. The leader, Ivoch, was annoyed that the Togekiss has been set free and explains to Yancy why releasing the Togekisses was a bad idea. Yancy tries to be curious, but Ivoch quickly initiates a Pokemon battle between the two. Eventually, Yancy defeated Ivoch and he acknowledges her strength and leaves. With nothing left of the suspicious warehouse, Yancy eventually ventures through an extremely hot environment that turned out to be Fire Island Volcano, and goes through some puzzles of breaking rocks via Eevee's Iron Tails, answering quiz questions from jump ramps, and going through two chase parkours involving a angry Flareon. After dealing with those, they eventually reached the peak of the volcano. While the temple is within sight, the same angry Flareon leaped from the temple to the surface, engaging the first trial battle against Yancy. After a hard fought battle, Yancy defeated Flareon and it was too exhausted to continue. Both Yancy and Sally rushed to the Gaia Temple and notices a pedestal to place one of the drained orbs. Yancy gently places the orb inside the pedestal, and the orb slowly materializes into an actual object. The orb became the Fire Element and both Yancy and Sally stared it in awe. Suddenly a beam of red light emitted from the element and directed to a tree in a faraway location that's not yet disclosed. Alain called Yancy to mention the same thing and then both Yancy and Sally went back to her villa. Back in the villa, Alain is connecting the dots of how restoring the elements are related to powering up a legendary Pokemon (which would be mentioned a lot later). He then suggests another nearby island on the same quadrant, this time being the Pitch Black Forest, which is one of Night City's surrounding areas. Yancy goes through Route 1 again, but instead of going Southwest, she'll be heading North from that route. But instead of heading to Night City, both Yancy and Sally went through a cave called the Decibel Cave whose, as the name suggests, voices echoed through the entire cave. Mustering the endurance of their ears from that terribly noisy cave, they eventually encountered and battled Scream Tail and became victorious. With that cave done with, Night City is within sight. Yancy does her usual of healing her team every time she visits a city. Additionally there were two facilities that piped her interest. One of them was a practice building with one of each Cosplay Pikachu that she could obtain if she wanted and the other was a long and grueling sidequest to help make the clock re-operate twelve times and obtain Magearna in the process. After going through the city, Yancy and Sally was initially going to head to Pitch Black Forest, but an elderly man was busy raking the debris that's covering the stairway, so they venture through Haunted Forest. The many pillars' purpose is a puzzle that Yancy must traverse; she must pick the correct pillar, or she'll be sent back to the start of the forest. Due to encountering another set of Team Archfairy grunts, they battled every one of them until they spotted a pillar that's containing those Togekisses. Flutter Mane appears out of nowhere, jumpscaring the both of them, but they eventually battled until Yancy won. Upon the release of Togekiss, the same elderly man eventually finished cleaning up the mess and thanks Yancy and Sally for waiting and that his granddaughter can teach any Pokemon Hidden Power of any type. Once inside the Pitch Black Forest, the place got extremely dark that not even a couple flashlights would help as much. Nontheless, they both have to traverse this obscure forest due to containing a Gaia Temple there. Midway through, Yancy and Sally had to go through Umbreon's obstacle course in which she must not be seen by Umbreon's flash attack. After a while, Umbreon eventually stops and lets her proceed. Shortly after, there's a bunch of flashlights that could blind the both of them if they tried to go through, so Yancy has to go through Umbreon's trial battle. After Yancy defeated Umbreon, it turned off the flashlights, letting both Yancy and Sally leave the forest once and for all. Once outside, Yancy and Sally ventures through another Gaia Temple named the Dark Temple. From there, they do their usual stuff, restoring one of the elements to its original state. With that, one of the drained orbs materialized to form the Dark Element. Back in her Villa, Alain mentions that there are more quadrants for Yancy and Sally to explore, and hands her the Gleaming Pass, which lets her board a ferry to travel to Softlock City. Sally is horrified by the name of the place, but Alain casually plays it off and also pokes fun at Vince for making such a terrible place that could make the player lose control of the character, which would force a soft-reset. He also states that Yancy and Sally doesn't have to return to her Villa every time an element is restored. Upon reaching Softlock City, Yancy and Sally encounters Clemont's younger sister, Bonnie, who was already acquainted with Yancy while Sally meets her for the first time. After an friendly exchange, they both have a causal battle in which Yancy won. Afterwards, Yancy declares her mission around the city to release the Togekiss and to search another Gaia Temple. In order to release those Togekisses, Yancy and Sally had to go through extremely unsanitary environments to eventually free them, but not without dealing with a Fezandipiti that happened to land on the spot where the Togekisses at. After defeating Fezandipiti and freeing the Togekisses, they both went to Softlock Factory, in which packages are managed here when it comes to deliveries. The factory is rife of conveyor arrows, and while some of the conveyors lead them to somewhere, other times it sets back both of them, or even worse, make them follow the conveyor arrows nonstop, thus losing control of the player character completely, forcing a reset or close. After carefully traversing through the entire factory and battled Tapu Koko, they came across a Jolteon, and like the other two Eeveelutions before it, Yancy goes through another trial battle against Jolteon and won. Afterwards, both Yancy and Sally encountered another Gaia Temple named Electric Temple, sharing the same kind of room as the other temples, and restored one of the drained orbs to be materialized into the Shock Element. With their mission complete in Softlock City, they press onwards to Route 2. Route 2 is somewhat of a short route, because it shortly leads to Swampy Village. Sally is doubting about not being on the right track and also shows a dislike of such an environment due to not liking getting splashed by mud, but Yancy reassures her that they're on the right track as well as having fun getting soaked. After battling countless trainers there and collecting a bunch of souvenirs, they eventually made it out of the village and surfed towards Coral City. Inside Coral City, another familiar face that Yancy recognizes is name Ariel, another celebrity idol just like her but from a different talent agency, albeit formally. After another friendly exchange and battling, Ariel lets Yancy proceed to Coral Cave, where they encountered another set of Team Archfairy Grunts and defeated them. Another thing in the way of their rescue was a distressed Diancie, whipping fierce sandstorms to help gain an edge during battles. After defeating Diancie, Yancy helped Diancie get out from that cave and then went back inside Coral Cave. The puzzle this time involves Yancy being underwater with limited oxygen, and she has to resurface within a certain amount of steps or she'll pass out. Eventually she did resurface and encounters Tapu Fini, battled it, and won. Sally thought they would be free to go since she didn't see anyone else besides Tapu Fini, but her hopes were crushed when Vaporeon resurfaces. Engaging another Trial Battle, Yancy came out victorious and Vaporeon granted them entry to the Gaia Temple named Water Temple. From there, they made one of the drained orbs materialized into the Water Element. Done with the temple, they both leave Coral Cave. Suddenly, a bunch of Team Archfairy Grunts surrounded Yancy, Sally, and Ariel. After having a gauntlet of three 12v12s, the grunts eventually retreats while Ivoch plots his next move upon witnessing Yancy's extraordinary battling skills. With the Northwest quadrant finished due to acquiring two more elements, bringing the restored element count to four, Ariel gives her the Crystal Pass, which enables her to board a ferry to go to Twinkle Village. Upon reaching Twinkle Village, an elderly man gives both Yancy and Sally the run-through of what the surrounding areas of Twinkle Village has. Both of them had to traverse through a gigantic snowy area called Cool Edge which, similar to Sonic Unleashed's Cool Edge from both Wii/PS2 and PS3/XBox360, is filled with slippery ice that'll make Yancy and Sally slide all the way until the surface is no longer slippery, and that they are occasionally inside or outside from a crevice. Eventually they went inside Mirage Tunnel that Falinks made and spotted two Team Archfairy Grunts hanging around inside the tunnel as a means to find warmer shelter. But shortly after defeating the grunts, the grunts had to leave, enabling Sally to fire a Moonblast to destroy the rocks and freeing the Togekisses from there. This was only half of what they've accomplished, however, since they have to go through the other half of Cool Edge. But after they eventually did, they've found a Gaia Temple named the Ice Temple. The snow was too thick and both Yancy and Sally are starting to feel cold that they could barely move. They woke up eventually and saw Glaceon appeared before them, engaging in a trial battle, which Yancy won. After that, they went inside the Ice Temple and restored one of the drained orbs to be materialized into the Frost Element. After Cool Edge has been done and over with, they went back inside Mirage Tunnel and followed through a layout that's similar to Diglett's Tunnel from RBYGSCFRLGHGSSLGPE, going up, then right, then up, then right, and vise versa. Eventually, when they leave the cave, they seemed to be in outer space due to seeing a black sky full of stars. But it was actually Starlight City, and Linda just happens to show Yancy and Sally a picture that she has envisioned. Both Yancy and Sally are confused by the picture since it showed Eggmanland from Sonic Unleashed, but Linda tried to convey the meaning to them. After a divination-like conversation, both Yancy and Sally go through Starlight Carnival, also resembling another area of the same name in Sonic Colors. There are many Cherubis that could briefly provide Yancy a short burst of power, this time being the Color Power Laser, reflecting off any crystals she sees there. There's also some Decidueye there launching their Spirit Shackles. Flying boats are everywhere taking them to wherever the flying boat leads. After going through bizarre movements, they eventually encountered Tapu Lele, which happened to hold on to Togekiss instead of Team Archfairies doing it, and won. After rescuing those Togekisses, Yancy and Sally made their way to the Gaia Temple named the Psychic Temple. Not surprisingly, they've encountered Espeon there and initiated a trail battle, in which Yancy won. They then head to the temple to restore one of the drained orbs to be materialized into the Mind Element. After finishing the Northeast Quadrant of Sylph Islands, they board a ferry to the Southeast Quadrant and eventually land on Blooming Village, which contains a jungle and a forest. Yancy and Sally noticed that the path to Vitality Forest is temporarily blocked, so they instead went to Jungle Joyride. Once there, they spotted several Team Archfairy Grunts and battled each one of them, whose team contains Pokemon that has at least Signal Beam as part of their moveset. After dissipating every single Signal Beams, the Togekisses eventually was set free. With that, they ventured to Vitality Forest, where there's a bunch of Eevees. And just like the likes of Cherubi, Eevee also provides the color power of Drill, in which Eevee spins its tail like a drill and tears through muddy and rocky surfaces. A lot of care shall be put while being under the drilling state; some of the rocks and boulders falling from the top of the ceiling can abruptly end the drilling state and locks Yancy in. Eventually, they got through Vitality Forest and spotted the Gaia Temple named the Leaf Temple, but not without dealing with two battles: Tapu Bulu and Leafeon. After Yancy won against the both of them, Sally raced Yancy to see who gets to Blooming Village, in which they spotted a Hoppip there. Holding on to a Hoppip whose using the Color Power Hover, they soared into another route called the Acrobatics Trail, a heavy emphasis of trainers in that area having Pokemon with Acrobatics as one of their moves, usually boosted with Flying Gem. After going through the clouds, they stumbled into the Fairy Tribe's tower, which usually doesn't have many visitors. Eventually both Yancy and Sally got permission by the Fairy Tribe Elder to proceed soaring even higher to the skies, and they eventually landed in Pixie Babylon. They're so high up the sky that they couldn't see the bottom. Going through at least four quiz questions via Jump Ramp, they eventually encountered Enamorus and subdued it, clearing the thick clouds that previously covered the exit. They eventually descended on the Uncharted Island where they saw a Gaia Temple. They rushed inside the temple only to find out that the pedestal is nowhere to be found. Just then, something was grabbing Sally, leaving Yancy alone for a while. While being dragged by something, Sally encounters a person who dresses like a Lady from the Unova Region; that person shared some of her knowledge to Sally. Yancy was asking if Sally is alright, to which she responded that she's more than just well; she happened to remember everything, including her actual name. After a heartfelt conversation including Imelda's past life, Sally tries to leave on her own due to regaining all of her memories and her resolve to stop her big brother Ivoch from doing something irredeemable, only to be stopped by Yancy who insisted that they should stick around until the chapter's finally over. Ivoch eventually shows up and dismissed the entire story that Sally/Imelda had set up. He then offers Yancy to try and stop Ivoch inside the Fairy Battleship, the same facility that the pink eon previously used during the rebellion arc. Yancy agrees to confront Ivoch, but she has to make some preparations. Most importantly, Yancy took a nap but she had a short dream. A Sylveon with four wings appeared before her and raised his right feeler. Yancy went on to touch his feeler with her right hand and something glowed on the winged Sylveon; the winged Sylveon joined Yancy's team and she decided to named that winged Sylveon Rezael. She woke up eventually and Sally/Imelda mentioned that Troublemaker just happened to be in her villa. Yancy then took the opportunity to ask Troublemaker for help. Yancy inquiried Troublemaker about the Fairy Battleship, but initially refused to help her get there. Eventually, he reluctantly help her get there but has no further part beyond transportation, which was good enough for Yancy. She and Sally/Imelda had to go through a series of math puzzles unless the player took the time to explore almost the entirety of the area to look for numbers. After going through these puzzles, they spotted the actual Fairy Temple, but not without Iron Valiant and Sylveon blocking their way. After they were subdued, they finally made it to the temple, in which they restore their final drained orb to be materialized into the Fairy Element. With all eight elements restored, a legendary Pokemon emerged from the temple that's further down the room. That legendary Pokemon turned out to be Xerneas, which Yancy battled and won. It then joins her team. Armed with a legendary Pokemon by her side, Yancy and Sally/Imelda has completely fulfill her quest. This would be a cause of celebration, but they still got Ivoch to deal with. Sure enough, he was outside from the temple waiting for the two of them to come out. Ivoch renounces that he will do anything to take the legendary Pokemon and the eight elements by force. An intense battle ensued outside the temple, and after a long battle, Yancy defeated Ivoch. Not wanting to admit defeat, he scares Yancy into telling her that he has a bunch of Sacred Ash to revive his entire team and to tire out Yancy and her team. The bickering would've continued, but they heard a familiar voice. It was none other than the actual person named Imelda, Ivoch's younger sister. Ivoch is overjoyed and relieved that she is completely fine and a brief reunion ensues. Sally, who was watching everything unfold, bids farewell to Yancy and returned Imelda the rest of her soul and personality that Sally temporarily borrowed. She no longer has the ability to speak human language anymore and returned to Imelda's Poke Ball. Just when things are back to normal, a stray Sylveon named Amelia appeared out of nowhere and took control of Imelda consciousness. Amelia then gloats at Ivoch that, no matter what, he would continue to be a puppet to do some dirty work and to take the fall instead of her. Ivoch demands Amelia to release Imelda, but Amelia is going to use Imelda's vassal to continue pursuing her sadistic ambitions. She then tried to cause a mental pollution on Yancy in hopes of her feeling despair. Yancy's eyes turned from cornflower blue to crimson red as Ivoch hopelessly tries his best to make her snap out of this. She's now at limbo reflecting on her past life and thinks about what she would want for herself, but she's happy with what she's currently doing. She expressed all of her positivity as the glass shatters, freeing her from the mental pollution that Amelia was subjecting her. Yancy then glows gold color surrounding her and Xerneas points out that this is her Design Force in action. Amelia is still awestruck by this realization, but Xerneas continues to explain that when Yancy bonded with Rezael the Sylveon, it gave her the power to change her fate. And it's not just her, but also everyone else that supported Yancy during those troubling times. Everyone's Design Force became one and a mega stone has materialized. Xerneas asks for the name and Yancy closed her eye dreaming. Rezael the Sylveon was flying a while ago and eventually descended to meet Yancy while reaching out his right feeler again. Yancy reached for her right hand again. Both of them connected once more and then Yancy opened her eyes, only to find an actual Mega Stone on her right hand. That stone was called the Rezaelite, and that it enables Rezael the Sylveon to mega evolve into Rezael Vita during battles. Amelia laughs at the connection and claims that Yancy's Design Force is too dangerous. She then sets the stage for the final battle, which is located at the "fake" Fairy Temple in Uncharted Island. Yancy and Ivoch went back to Pixie City Shore to reflect on recent events, with the latter giving her the Mega Ring (if she didn't obtain it from Mega Forest). Ivoch decides to challenge Amelia in hopes that Yancy won't have to bear the burden, but by the time she got there, Ivoch had already lost the battle and had some of his Pokemon taken by Amelia (Klefki, Mawile, Tinkaton, and Silvally with Steel Memory attached). Yancy then steps up to confront her. After a extremely hard-fought battle (in which Amelia had Klefki, Tinkaton, Mawile, Silvally, Zacian, and Magearna), Yancy emerged victorious and the Design Force is being transferred to Xerneas, enabling him to separate Imelda from Amelia's influence, in which she reverted back to a unruly Sylveon. Amelia argues that all living things should be selfish and live through their desires. Xerneas counters that while living things do have those, they can also care for someone else. It also points out that her mistake is assuming that one aspect of living beings is the truth, and that it caused Amelia to lose everything except her soul and yet repeated that same mistake over and over again. As such, Amelia is due for an eternal slumber, never to come out again. Amelia accepts her fate willingly and lets Xerneas do its thing. With everything done, the fake Fairy Temple begins to collapse, but Xerneas helped everyone escape from that collapsing temple. Everyone was transported to their respective residences and soon Yancy, Imelda, and Ivoch landed on Pixie City Shore. After a couple of exchanges, Imelda gives Yancy a Ribombee, which is spawn of her own as something to remember her as a temporary, but now permanent, companion, despite not able to speak human language anymore. Yancy went back to her villa after the ordeal and awaited a bright new day to actually have some fun in life. -The Sylvic Clash arc (Version 10) (Spoilers if you haven't played V10) (TBC) After the events of her quest of restoring elements and foiling Amelia's plans to rule all over Sylph Islands, Yancy decides to call on Derek to express her gratitude of him showing her a place to have some fun as opposed to a stressful lifestyle she previously had in Unova. However, instead of Derek answering, it was their younger sister Cindy that answered instead. Cindy came with the news that Derek has not been feeling well; even though the season changes every month and that Derek used to be briefly sick during the first few days, this time was completely different as the flu lasted considerably longer than before. Even the doctors wasn't able to find a solution right away, and even if they did, the bill would be incredibly expensive. Worried, Yancy is in a bind of what to possibly do, only for a talking Eevee plushie to appear behind her, jumpscaring her. Yancy thinks it came to specifically look for her so she hears what the Eevee plushie has to say so she lets it explain. It said that Yancy has been chosen to change fate. She wonders how she was chosen, and Eevee explains that because she has bonded with Rezael the Sylveon, which also triggered a message from Xerneas. Yancy deduces that Eevee can also perform supernatural things just like Xerneas. Eevee confirms and say that it can fulfill any wish she desires. In order for it to do that, she must participate in a single elimination showdown known as the Sylvic Clash. Since there are eight unique Eeveelutions, eight specific people has already been chosen, including Yancy. She wonders if there are any consequences to being eliminated, but Eevee states there aren't any, other than losing the opportunity to fulfill her wish. Seeing this as an once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, she decided to participate in the Sylvic Clash. Before she leaves the villa, she changed her clothes from her casual attire to her idol attire that she still has. Outside Yancy's Villa, Alain, Yusaku, and Bonnie wanted to invite her over to Crystal Castle, where the legendary Ice Cream Sand Witch resides making as many great flavorful ice cream as possible. Upon reaching Crystal Castle, Yancy met a lot of familiar faces and even a doppelganger wearing the same casual clothes she previously wore. After taking a seat, ICSW gave an announcement of how she was able to acquire a extremely large building around Pixie City thanks to Yusaku's massive financial contributions. In there, she hopes to spread her joy of making lots of delicious ice creams for the entire Sylph Islands to enjoy. Sitting on the table are several tall ice creams whose decor resembles a Gigantamaxed Alcremie. ICSW encourages everyone to devour them to their hearts' content. After a wonderful evening dessert, Yancy went back to her villa. While this was enough to put her at ease, she still thinks about the showdown, and not long after, the first pairings have been announced. It was the Sylvic One of Rejuvenation versus the Sylvic One of Innovation. She wonder who the other Sylvic one was, so she ventures through the Tapu Islands, battling and catching static legendary encounters she sees there (the four Tapu Guardians) before eventually located the Hakusan Stage, where the several battles of the Sylvic Clash took place. Upon reaching there, Yancy is surprised to find out that she will be battling against ICSW, and that this is who the Sylvic One of Innovation was. With a slew of Ice and Fairy-tpes that ICSW wields, Yancy was on a uphill battle, and it didn't help that there was another Sylveon who is a hybrid Ice/Fairy type due to a strange item she's holding. Eventually, Yancy overcame ICSW's tactics and won, concluding the first round of the Sylvic Clash and obtained an artifact from ICSW called the Frost Idol. Afterwards, Yancy returned back to her villa while ICSW went back to Crystal Cavern. The next morning, Ariel paid a visit to Yancy's Villa to look for her, still discussing about the motive of the Eevee plush named Virgil. Soon after, a commotion occured outside and the trio (Alain, Ariel, and Yancy) went outside to find two Knights of Flare admins standing there. The duo eventually revealed all of the participants and then initiated a sparring match between four trainers (Yancy & Ariel VS Travis & Wesley). After testing out their new Sylveon forms the duo barely obtained, the pairings have been announced. Round 2 of the Sylvic Clash paired the Sylvic One of Determination versus the Sylvic One of Ambition. Wondering who they were despite the duo revealing the players, Yancy went to the Hakusan Stage to spectate. In there, she witnessed an ongoing battle between Ariel and Travis, with Travis getting the upper hand on using coverage moves to counter his weaknesses, and eventually won. Ariel has to hand over the Water Idol to Travis upon losing. Travis continues to keep walking with Wesley in tow while Ariel briefly expressed disappointment of her failure, but uplifted her optimism shortly after. The pairings have been announced for the third round of the Sylvic Clash shortly after the second round, this time being the Sylvic One of Rejuvenation versus the Sylvic One of Ambition. Sure enough, Yancy has to face Travis in battle under the same environment (Hakusan Stage Cave Field). Both Yancy and Ariel went back to their respective homes to prepare themselves before going back to the stage. Afterwards, Yancy went back to the Hakusan Stage to take on Travis, and the third round of the Sylvic Clash ensued, with Yancy emerging victorious, thus obtaining the Heat Idol and Water Idol artifacts from Travis. He is thus eliminated from the competition. After Yancy went back home to her Villa, Ariel requested some help searching for someone who's hiding in the many trees within Pixie City Northeast. After a couple hide and seeks, Drew eventually came out and interacted with both Yancy and Ariel. Some exchanges aside, the pairings for the fourth round of the Sylvic Clash was announced, pitting the Sylvic One of Isolation to battle against the Sylvic One of Restoration, meaning Drew will be battling against Wesley. The threesome went to the Hakusan to get things ready, with Drew doing the battling while Yancy, Ariel, and Travis were spectating that round. Drew's Pokemon showed considerable endurance and Wesley's final Pokemon was about to use struggle. After some thinking, Wesley eventually surrenders the match, handing Drew the victory as well has handing him the Nature Idol artifact. Virgil, however, decided to host another match shortly after this one, with round five pitting the Sylvic One of Rejuvenation against the Sylvic One of Isolation, so Yancy has to battle Drew. Yancy began to experience such durability from Drew's Pokemon but eventually muscled through and won, eliminating Drew from the showdown and obtaining both the Nature Idol and Night Idol artifact from him. Back at her Villa, Alain notes that this would be the last day to host the Sylvic Clash, so he's definitely going to conduct the last two matches. With no time to lose, Yancy and the others went to spectate inside the Hakusan Stage and saw Wyatt (Sylvic One of Bravery) battling against Linda, a Psychic-type specialist and the Sylvic One of Knowledge. While Linda's victory was thought to be certain, Wyatt changed the future by turning things around and defeated Linda, eliminating her from the showdown and gave Wyatt the Mind Idol. Shortly afterwards, the final round of the Sylvic Clash between Wyatt and Yancy also utilizes the water surface. After a hard fought battle, Yancy eventually not only won against Wyatt, but also the entire showdown. As such, Virgil gave Yancy the ability to make her wish come true, and she took the opportunity to declare that all she wanted was to see her older brother Derek be healthy again. Rezael the Sylveon prepares to form a stance and a beam of golden light emitted from his sword, launching to a house in the Unova Region. Yancy quickly goes back to her Villa to check on things, and sure enough, Derek has finally recoved. Both Derek and Cindy are having plans to reside on Yancy's Villa. With another ordeal finally dealt with, Yancy once again awaits another bright new day to have fun in life. (That concludes Yancy's involvement on version 10) -Trivia: -Yancy is based on a character from Pokemon Black 2 and Pokemon White 2 also named Yancy that happened to share similar lifestyles in Unova. -She likes Normal-type Pokemon because of the notion of them becoming whatever it wants if they worked hard.

  21. Yeah, no kidding! That "Wiki" is just as long as some of J-Awesome One's episodic posts such as the discontinued "Bonnie, Reborn's True Savior"!

  23. Scroll to the bottom if you're here just for the list Preamble Hello, my name is Siewek, welcome to my megathread about my long standing archival initiative. In this thread I plan to go in detail about my experience delving into the deepest nooks and crannies of the internet in search of past versions of Pokemon Reborn. The initial plan was to have an archive ready for Ame's patrons to download old clients as a curiosity rather than an intended means of experiencing what Reborn has to offer. I'll be sure to provide sources when necessary. It is also important to know that Ame, dev team and supporters are aware that this has been an ongoing project, and everyone has been nothing but supportive from the very beginning. I will also provide a list of whats recovered and whats missing at the end as a TL:DR because not everyone is interested in the entire process. Who am I? I'm Siewek, lost media is one of my passions, I joined Reborn forums in 2021 but have been a fan since high school years. Over the last couple of years in addition to restoring old episodes I've done more archiving work for the website. As of writing this post, I do have some limited moderation powers given to me with trust to take care of "The Vault". What is the Vault? I'm so glad you asked, It's a forum category available for Patreon supporters, containing an organised list of threads depending on the topics, for example Game history, History of the online league. It's nothing anybody cant find on their own, it's just compiled into an easily digestable way of browsing. I've mostly restricted my forum activity to finding old threads, pieces of information, artwork, anything worth archiving and putting it in the vault. The Easy part This archival initiative isn't anything new, there have been couple of people interested in finding working versions of past episodes of reborn, but Im pretty sure it was never done on such a massive scale as I am looking for them, the plan is simple, find at least one working client of every episode from 1-19 and safely store them somewhere, or better, have patreon supporters download them so they don't go missing again. So with hope in my heart, I went on looking. And to my surprise, it was pretty easy, with some minor experience looking for old things very quickly some old threads containing mega.nz links with past episodes emerged, so within couple of days episodes 9, 10, 12-18 were recovered. But for some reason, episode 11 was missing from that list, the links to it were dead or lead to websites that didn't have them anymore. I did eventually recover episode 11 too, although it wasnt as simple as the previous ones, it is safely archived. More on that later.... The not so easy part Unfortunately, this is where things started going downhill and will have to expand on the concept of how past episodes operated. In the very beginning, before Pokemon Reborn was a game, and when the first iterations of the online league were running, Rebornevo was known as Poke-Place.com, It was given the Reborn name because people would leave during school months and then the community would be "Reborn" and come back around summer time. The first community ideas to make a video game centering around Reborn appeared in November 2011, then couple months later Ame drew a map of the Reborn Region and game plans were starting to form, it wasn't just a wild idea anymore. Ame very quickly provided the community with the first build of the game on April 16th 2012 which contained about 4 hours of gameplay (Note: The 4 hours of gameplay back then, was very different than what 4 hours of modern reborn would be, but this post isn't about gameplay), then episode 2 couple months later on may 28th 2012, and that was happening all the way up to episode 8 on may 22nd 2013. All those episodes were available to download under link Poke-place.com/game (which will redirect you here to a website couldnt be found page, but the link is viewable on waybackmachine), and that's pretty much it, this was the only place you could download the game from officially and with every newer release the old files were swapped for new ones under the same link. So why don't you download from the wayback machine if the link is still there? I hear you dear reader, and unfortunately, wayback machine in most cases doesnnt store binary files, only snapshots, the link leading to files PokemonReborn.zip or PokemonRebornS,zip (animated and static sprite versions) doesnt lead anywhere and definitely doesnt lead to files. You can view the website, but no download will actually work (except for some reason episode 14, that could be downloaded through wayback machine, painfully slowly but it worked, but it Im getting ahead of myself). In 2013 the website swapped domains it wasn't poke-place.com anymore, but PokemonReborn.com, that's why wayback machine snapshots for poke-place.com cut off at around 2013 and anything afterwads will redirect you to the new website. Episode 9 and why was it easy to find and Episode 8 isn't In the late stages of episode 8 and later when episode 9 released the game files weren't just downloadable from one link - Ame had started out using mirrors. Episode 8 had been hosted on GameFront.com, while starting with Episode 9 mega.co.nz was added as another mirror. Its also importand to add that the game has started gaining popularity at that point so more and more people had the game and to this day when you ask a Reborn veteran about old clients, the most likely answer you'll hear is "The oldest episode I have i episode IX". Later in 2016 the website domain switched again to what we know and love now, Rebornevo.com. This is overall a good thing, but for an old post enthusiast like me, means that in every thread a link to PokemonReborn.com post goes nowhere, the linked thread does exist in Rebornevo the link is just different, and requires some knowledge of Decipher-Fu dark arts. For instance lets look at my profile, my user id is 100148, my profile on poke-place would look something like this: http://www.poke-place.com/forum/index.php?showuser=100148 (obviously this profile doesnt exist as I registered my account in 2021, long after poke-place became rebornevo), then similar story for pokemonReborn.com: www.pokemonreborn.com/forum/index.php?showuser=100148, but on rebornevo my profile would be: https://www.rebornevo.com/forums/profile/100148-siewek/ so if you found my hypothetical profile on the old domains, you would have to change the link to the rebornevo version to find me, this is the same story for every thread you can find on wayback machine. Okay, Siewek, but you said that episode XI was also gone? So what's with that if there's Mirrors and people dowloaded the game much more? True... and to be honest, I dont know why that specific episode was gone, at that point in time, in early 2014 the game was pretty huge in terms of popularity, some people did have it stored on their devices but for some reason, whenever someone posted a download link, it was broken. And here comes the absolute legend to save the day: MonkeyDog, owner of MonkeyPro.net MonkeyPro.net I cannot bring up MonkeyDog without calling him an absolute legend every time. MonkeyPro was an affiliate site to pokemonReborn, it was actually a community from which Ame started Poke-Place Reborn, the first iteration of the Online League was held there, back in late gen IV days, called MonkeyPro League, I can write a book about everything Online league related but this would be ramble of its own and I promise you Im trying to stay on the track as much as I can, it's just exciting talking about the League. From episode 10 onwars, MonkeyPro.net hosted one of the mirrors for Pokemon Reborn, When browsing old forums posts on MonkeyPro I eventually stumbled upon a post about a website steam group, I found it and joined it, made a post that Im looking for past reborn episodes and waited in the groupchat, not really expecting anything, after some time, Mr Legend MonkeyDog gets back to me, confirming that he did host the game on his website a while back and he should have some working clients somewhere, and surely enough, thanks to him, Episode XI is safely within the archives. Thank you MonkeyDog this is about as far as I'm gonna go into the future episodes, as all 9 onwards are archived and they're no longer relevant to the search, I will be focusing on episodes 8 and below from this point onwards. 10th anniversary of Pokemon Reborn There has been talks in the Chasing Selene patreon discord back in 2022, to ask Ame to rerelease episode 2, as she said she still had Episode 1 and Episode 2 (but not episode 3 onwards Smh my head Ame), and what better occasion than the 10th anniversary of Pokemon Reborn? Episode 19 was already out, most people completed it or were close to completing it, the hype was still very much there (I can argue ep19 hype never went away), It would be awesome to have a way of replaying an episode that's older than 9. On june 15th 2022 Ame made a patreon post containing a zip file with a dev version of episode 2 available for patreons. It is there and available, however since Ame's wish was to keep to to the patreons, I did not add it to the archives but consider it recovered. Why not episode 1 though? I'm gonna quote Ame as I think she said it best, taken from the patreon post: Which I think is fair, I officially drop episode 1 from the search. Also I would like to give special thanks to Cass who has been giving us impromptu performance updates to the episode 2 clients which made it more stable, it was pretty cool. Wait, did you say dev version? Ah, good eye, reader, yes, because it wasn't actually the episode 2 as released, they also had project files, and when playing through it, beating Florinia the game kept on going... and this is the part where normally episode 2 should've ended, and then it kept on going further, right until Taka encounter after which there was nothingness. Apparently this version of "episode 2" is actually partly into episode 3 development, which honestly is nothing to worry about, it was realeased as episode 2, it plays like episode 2 so Im counting it as episode 2. It's 2025 now though? That was 3 years ago Yes, and I wish I had better news, this is the time where pretty much all good news end, and it's just tedioussness and dead ends ahead. I've been doing this project on and off since very late 2021, Clawed through every bit of reborn on the internet I could find, visited every shady website, clicked on every safe or unsafe link, checked every archive, fan game pack, rom hack collection and there is no trace of episodes 3-8 anywhere to be found. I wish that the archive could be complete, but unfortunately I don't think tht will come to fruition ever, but that doesnt mean Im gonna stop trying, let me now talk about all the leads apart from the random websites that may or may not have had the link The best leads Remember when I said I wasn't the only one curious about the old episodes? There are couple of threads on the forums with people asking about them, some even provided some (now dead) links, but because episodes 3-8 were only available to download from poke-place.com/game and then swapped when new episode came out, the best chance for any episode to be recovered, is to start asking people who played the game in 2012-2013 if they still have any files to share, and that's what I've been doing for 2 years now (and continue to do so). I browsed old topics found users active in that timeframe. If you want to help looking for old episodes, please let me ask you to Not be contacting members of the community that are not your friends. Because there is a very high chance that I already contacted them, and it would get really annoying if someone gets multiple messages asking for the same thing, especially when they checked and replied that they don't have it anymore. A lot of people replied to me when I asked them, unfortunately nobody had any game clients I'm looking for, but a lot of other cool stuff unrelated to the game itself was recovered that way, and whenever that happens I count it as a win. There are also other communities that Ame posted about Reborn releases in, like PokeCommunity. Pretty much the same story there, I did manage to get in contact with couple of the people who replied to the Reborn thread on their website, some got back to me, some didint, but everyone who did had the same sad news that they did have it at one point, but not anymore. Sadly this is to be expected as those clients are 12-13 years old now and pretty much everybody swapped their main PC at least once in that timeframe. Sadly, there is nothing to be found on Pokecommunity Reborn clients related anymore, Thank you to everyone who replied to me though. It is unfortunate, but the best lead still is a very very slight chance that maybe, MAYBE someone kept the files on their device, just gotta keep banging my head against the wall and who knows, maybe I'll get lucky. Time unfortunately isn't on my side, as I have a real life that sometimes needs my attention (like a full time job etc etc), and also the older the clients get, the higher chance that they get removed if they werent already. This sucks. Gamefront.com I actually managed to get in contact with a GameFront dev, because there was that link to a file they hosted at some point... and maybe the links were just moved rather than files removed.... and it unfortunately turned out to be another dead end. He went into detail about what happened and why it's not there anymore, I will quote what he said when I provided the links where the files used to be: Unfortunately, episode 8 was stored as Ame's personal link, and it's gone forever. Youtubers Pokemon Reborn has started gaining popularity largely after Shofu started playing it back in episode 7, this is probably my biggest hope that at least episode 8 and maybe episode 7 are still findable, the problem is, people who were interested in playing the game without being part of the community... are kind of hard to find. I did email Shofu's buisness email at some point asking whether maybe he has it, unsurprisingly this email went unsanswered. Shofu has a subscription discord server, to which I have no access because I am not one of his twitch subscriber. I may be letting you down slightly dear reader, but this is I think the only lead that came to my mind that I didn't explore yet, I did not join that discord and I didnt ask... yet. There is a very very slim chance someone thete might have it, but there has been so many slight chances by this point that I will get my hopes up only when I see the files. But Shofu wasn't the first youtuber to play Reborn, there were couple of them before, mainly FrickingNick and TheGamersTree. where they have content that goes as far as episode 4, which is crazy. I am pretty sure Tristen from TheGamersTree is the earliers recorded lets play of Reborn, so there's the live proof that they DID have the game at one point, but like I said, I was out of good news, I talked to both Nick and Tristen and unfortunately they didn't have it anymore. Very cool guys though. As far as random videos go, there are some 12 year old guides on how to install pokemon Reborn, but they link poke-place.com/game as their source, and as we established already, the files are gone. Lost media communities This lead has some potential, but Im afraid not a lot, I did make a post on r/help_me_find and r/lostmedia which didn't get a single bit of attention, and even if they would, Im afraid that because the timeframe of the episode 3-8 is so short, at being only 1 specific year before the game got very popular, the actual audience was seasoned Rebornians who are in a lot of cases not active in the forums or on discord, the actual amount people who downloaded episodes 3-6 is pretty low. There is that slightly higher chance for episode 7 and 8, but considering that I had no luck finding episode 8 which is the latest one Im looking for right now, I don't think realistically this search can go much further by myself. The outcome looks bleak not gonna lie It has been around 4 years of searching for me, It's a very exciting journey and Im not saying Im ending it, I will continue to update this thread whenever something pops up. I dont think there has ever been a search conducted on such a large scale before, and the fact that going profile to profile asking "do you have an old reborn client" (more respectively than that ofc) is my best option doesn't fill me with much confidence, but every once in a while I get a new dose of inspiration and each time I come back to this, which I do more often than I thought I would, I discover something new, Reborn really is an endless source of curious info and I am never not impressed by the scale of this. Im getting towards the end I swear Okay, I wasn't entirely honest about that whole episode 8 thing, there is something I found, and it's pretty bizarre. When Episode 9 released, apparently there was a game breaking glitch with frames, and the solution for it was to boot up episode 8, change frames back to default and then update the game to episode 9. At one point Ame created a mockup version of episode 8 called FrameResetter, which was very very cropped version of episode 8 and I did find a stray link leading to it, because it wasn't hosted on the downloads page, but rather linked withint a forum thread. I do have the frame resetter, it does run you can technically play it, but there's no sound and I don't actually know how far it goes, since it was a mockup version of episode 8, Im not counting it towards restoration project but I thought it was important to mention this. So what's my point? I guess now that I wrote about the journey to right now, my point would be: If you played Pokemon reborn episode 3-8 at any point please please please check if you still have the files and reach out to me. This is the only realistic way the episodes may be restored, I've done all I can and it would mean the world to me if at least one more episode would resurface. Here's the list of what's archived and what's not: Episode 2: Archived Episode 3: Missing Episode 4: Missing Episode 5: Missing Episode 6: Missing Episode 7: Missing Episode 8: Missing Episode 9: Archived Episode 10: Archived Episode 11: Archived Episode 12: Archived Episode 13: Archived Episode 14: Archived Episode 15: Archived Episode 16: Archived Episode 17: Archived Episode 18: Archived Episode 19: Archived By Archived I mean that one OR MORE versions of that episode have resurfaced. If You're interested in a link to the archives so you can play old episodes easily yourself, IF I get a greenlight from Ame to release them, I will update the thread with the link. As of this moment the archives are available for patrons. Another important information about the old episodes, is that you DO NOT need the play through them to experience Pokemon Reborn as it was intended to be experienced, objectively the past episodes are worse in every way than the modern Reborn, and they should be treated as curiosities, a way to look at how things were back then and how good we have it now. Thank you so much for reading my post, I plan to be active within this thread and hopefully at least this was an interesting read.

  24. Wow you're still hanging around here trying to dig stuff up. It's been like 3-4 years I think? I remember scavenging old episodes and looking for league leaders character bios with other patreons as you came up and started searching for old eps too. I also remember asking you where did you find eps 14 & 16 but your stingy butt refused to share and then I went to find like 2 versions of e16 and 3 versions of e14 haha. It's a shame you couldn't find any more of the older ones, from what I see here the effort was huge. I can't help with missing episodes so I'll just list some trivia & tips for those that we have. For anyone reading - it's worth giving old episodes a shot. I suggest e9 as it's pretty long and it offers stuff that was removed next ep such as quiz in the Coral Ward. Funnily enough you can enter the building with quiz guy, save, exit e9 and launch eps 10 to 12, and you'll be able to attend the quiz but when you exit the doors are locked (e13 they just disappear). There's stuff like azurill lost in Jasper Ward (replaced later with Mareep), e9-e10 misdreavus event nighttime only in byxbysion, gligar on the rooftop in Beryl during windy night, gifted chinchou if you decide to join Magma Gang, Avatar The Last Airbender references (some exclusive to e9), dratini tile available in e10-e12 and much more. If you're a true gamer you can try to beat e9 Serra. Those who did can never forget her. To quote Commander: 'Serra will be forever remembered as the Hax Queen by the veterans for a good reason. If you didn't run Drought Ninetales on your team, you damn well earned that badge.' Good thing lotad learns rain dance through level-up E9 will test your patience though. There's no speedup button, no option to run, even the text messages are slow. I strongly recommend grabbing ralts or trade bibarel for abra (abra available in e9-e10, in e12-e14 you get litleo instead of abra, from e15 onwards it's munna). It'll save your sanity. Why? You see, before you enter Obsidia Park with Amaria and Florinia, the former asks you to go grab Cut hm from policeman guarding Jasper Ward. Now, just so you know, there's no option to run in e9. So you had to walk, W A L K back through the slums, Opal ward, whole Peridot ward and then back.. (How about you go get your damn Cut tm yourself Amaria huh?!) Ngl I almost lost it. With Abra's teleport you at least get one-way fast travel ticket, tested & approved method. I even checked it on my old save file right now. Teleport is just a beautiful thing in this slow and lawless world of e9 reborn. There are also many doors located throughout the region that you can't interact with that look like the one leading to Tourmaline Desert. They probably marked future legendaries locations. I think they were added gradually almost every new episode (I believe e13 didn't have any new ones) and were deleted in e16. I'll list them below. I don't remember every detail so I'll just quote my screenshot title. Locations: - Apophyll Cave 3F - Beryl Cave B1F (map with cages) - Blacksteam Factory B2F (screenshot title says 'e12', I also found a thread where someone mentioned in e13 you can actually see them. I guess it's because the room was too dark?) - Byxbison Grotto '2nd entramce (4th entrance garbodor mr biggles)' - Citrine Mountain 3F (to the left from Fiore mansion, in e16 there is a smackdown tm there, in e17 grass memory was added) - Shade's gym backroom on the right side (e10) - Celestinine Mountain 3F '(e14 North Aventurine woods ice cave dive, near deepseascale)' - Ametrine Mountain B3F '(e15, near roar tm, in e19 it's work up tm)' - Ametrine Mountain B3F underwater '(e15, near abomasite and link stone)' """"""solving Braille eventually.png"""""" - Iolia Valley cave '(e15, since e16 dark material location)' - Mysidia Cove (Lost cave in the Chrysolia Forest) - In the cave where you obtain Mining Kit (to the right) - Sewers Onyx water grid near sandstorm tm - Pyrous Mountaun B1F (bonus Tepig nearby) - Underground railnet ('aron area, e13 better light', prior to e13 you can't see much down there, in e14 you can grab Dusk Stone on a rock, in e16 doors replaced with smashable wall containing cave field info) - Solosis/Mew room (Reactor Cave) - Tanzan Mountain Can't help but think it's a quiet shout-out in my direction. As soon as I found that grave I posted a screen shot in the patreon discord and in one of the e19 threads lmaoo In any case - thank you for posting. Reading this took me back a little and it's great to see you be as passionate about this as you were 3+ years ago.

  25. They are different story paths depending on certain factors and a major choice late game, you can only do renegade if you actively know how to pursue that path with outside info imo, the requirements are kinda annoying. (Good thing I have no interest in that route lol, I don’t like bad endings) that’s all I can really say since u haven’t played renegade route and I don’t wanna spoil any story stuff. If you wanna know more there’s always videos showcasing each route on YouTube and guides on how to get each on the rejuvenation subreddit.

  26. While this has been pinned in the rebornevo discord server, I also think it’s wise to post here. I made a new damage calc! https://reborn.rebornversecalc.com !! Go check it out! Should have every trainer, main game and postgame, various changes to the damage calculation formula to make it more accurate to how it will work come 19.6 (the current formula is very somewhat to canon), and more features I hope will help in calcing. There’s also plans for a rejuv and deso calcs, though those are extremely under construction and I don’t have personal plans to do significant work on them. If you want to help with developing them - or adding to the reborn calc - feel free to reply!

  30. Hi everyone! Here's a mod to export your team as a .txt file! This mod was made in collaboration with @wiresegal, so huge thanks to them for helping me, an amateur programmer, create this mod! Currently I've only really tested it on Rejuvenation v13.5.7, but it should work for Reborn v19.5.34 and Desolation v6.0.13 as well! Installation: Download the mod For Reborn: place in Pokemon Reborn/patch/Mods For Rejuvenation/Desolation: place in Rejuvenation (or Desolation)/Data/Mods Usage: Press the "I" key on your keyboard on the party screen. The txt file will be in the game's root folder as <name>'s team.txt. For any bugs/issues, reply on this forum or contact me on discord: my username is _jakeeb. __exporter.rb

  32. Don't report bugs to the devs if you are using mods. If you have issues with the mods use this thread to report it or contact us by Discord. The rars all come with the proper folder structure, just throw their contents into the game folder. This is a compilation of mods working for 13.5 and should all work with 13.5.6. They are very modular and shouldn't break on small updates. Some are original for this version, some had ones with similar effects but aren't actually ported from those while others are ports of mods of other rebornlike games and versions. You can have them all or chose the ones you want. Some of them have dependencies on three scripts that don't do anything unless you have the others. They have code that can be called from other scripts. People who contibuted to this pack besides myself (detailed credits ont he specific mod): @Jarred B Dank aka Matt. Made some of the mods of the pack. He has been the main person who collaborated with me in Discord to make this QoL Mod Compilation Pack for Rejuv 13.5. @AsNKrysis aka AsN. Ported three of the mods available on the pack. He also has his own mod releases for 13.5, so please check them too. @EvGym aka Gym. Battle_SpeedUp is based on his mod for v13, and I also helped him on porting it to v13.5. That said, the version here is slightly different than Gym's. @Lillietea ported the SortPc made by @VeryBasic for Reborn. @Waynolt a lot of his modular pack has been ported to v13. @AiedailEclipsed the Mining Overhaul has been ported from him. @DemICE some of DemICE's mods have been ported or have been used as references when making new ones. @Anddy for the original mods used to create ItemReplaceRestore. You have to drop the folder in your game's folder. The Subfolder Data/Mods is already created with the correct structure. Mod List: Rejuv 13.5 QoL Mod Compilation Pack Changelog: Small Bug Fixes I found small bugs when playing that aren't a big deal and no priority for the mods to fix, but they irked me so I fixed them. The method to apply them is the same as with the mods, but you will have to accept replace the files. Note that fixes depend on the version. These have been updated for Rejuv 13.5.6. 33. Two things. Love the game so far, however. Still really glitchy despite updating with all current patches. Also and in my opinion this is more important, can we please either 1. slow down the day/night cycle or 2. provide an option to turn OFF the unreal time. PLEASE!!!!

  35. I am tired and relieved and nervous and grateful, and I've said so many words already that I don't know if I want to say that many more. There's a million people I have to thank, and I haven't met most of you. But we're here, And I'm done. Rather than going on and on about my own gratitude, I prefer to let the work speak for itself. But you-- whoever you are, whenever you are-- I appreciate you for being here. Downloads are here. -- Reminders for returning players who did not participate in testing: Do not start the game from the following areas: Mosswater Factory Malchous Forest Obsidia Slums Rhodochrine Jungle Apophyll Cave Lapis Ward Route 2 Inside Pokecenters/Marts Calcenon City Route 3 Caves Agate City For returning save files, head to Calcenon City to continue the story! Some Notable Changes: Field effect changes are in the Readme as usual. -- One more bonus for anyone who might be interested. It's been a while since we put up some new wallpapers. I had commissioned a couple to help fill the three year gap between this and the previous release, but for potentially obvious reasons, I ended up not having the time to put them together until recently. So, why not take a gander here? I'll post the full versions below. If you need other aspect ratios, check the Wallpapers page. And now, it's time for me to step back. I'm not going anywhere. This is my home still. I have no intention to stop making games. Soon, it will be time for me to turn my attention back to Starlight. But as far as Pokemon Reborn goes, I'm done. I'm done. As for the game itself... who knows? Cass will be taking over development of any future polish updates. I will still be around for consultation, but I am moving on and we have no new content planned at this time. The possibility exists for the future. They say it takes a village to raise a child, and this game has been my child. You all as a community have already done so much to help it get to this point-- from modding to translation, making guides, and even just helping random newbies on the Discord-- so I leave it in your hands now. We'll see what we can do in the future to get more and more of you involved. We might have a celebration stream soon on Twitch or something. And though not soon, I also intend to do a developer commentary playthrough there as well in a few more months. Maybe look forward to it? For now, I am going to lay down and catch my breath. Love and gratitude, ~ -- hi this is cass! editing ame's post after the fact. she will never tell you this herself (which is why i gotta come in and do it) but there's a patreon for the dev team! you can support us and future work (starlight and whatever else comes up) there! also- do y'all remember that giant hand-drawn map of region that ame made? it's a poster now! you can get those here! and, finally, from myself and the rest of the dev team: we hope you enjoy the game! this is essentially volunteer work for us, so we just hope that y'all like what we put together.

  36. I realize this thread is 2 years old but I found this thread looking up how to do this for myself since I hated having my Pokemon disobey me because I played the game lmao.... super anti-fun so I'm gonna leave the REAL solution below (all you need is the game and PC's default notepad) Go to the game directory -> Scripts -> Reborn -> SystemConstants.rb. Open with notepad and the level caps for each badge are displayed on top, simply edit the numbers to whatever you like best. That's it, nothing too complicated, happy gaming!
