Well, since I suck at choosing the most of anything, I'll just go with the top 3.

Ribombee is just adorable.

 

@andracass Yeah, the Eeveeloutions are pretty damn cute too. My favourite would have to be Umbreon. Both in effectiveness and looks.

 

And finally, to throw an oddball in (pun intended), I'll go with Spheal. I mean, it's a baby seal. How much cuter can you get?
