Turn 3

Liliya continues her shanking spree as she stabs Officer B for [13] damage!

DT Beast Pack A takes note of the final beast under Magna’s control, setting upon both it and herself. They viciously tear into the possesed beast for [16] damage, destroying it, before gnawing on Magna’s bones and dealing [13] damage to her.

Walmond creates a burst of magic that swallows Soldier Battalion B, dealing [16] damage to them! (16 vs 22) the attack fails to paralyze them. Regardless of the disappointment, he finally managed to complete Empi’s lesson in affection (again, still surprised everyone’s clothes are still on), gaining +6 to his Int!

Lambda meanwhile charges recklessly into three different battalions, aggroing Soldier Bat A, DT Warrior Bat A, & Soldier Bat C! What she lacks in soul, she certainly makes up for in daring...

Empi declares herself the damsel in distress with Save the Date, entering a weird kind of bide state like from pokemon, except it heals instead of nukes!

Soldier Battalion A takes Lambda’s bait like the champs they are, slashing at the robotic maid for [7] damage!

DT Warrior Battalion A Follows up with a brutal stroke of their own, cutting into her shields for [6]!

Victoria attacks Officer B for [8] damage!

DT Beast Pack B surrounds leon and pounces on him, fangs bared! [15 v 25] They tear into him, drawing deep wounds that will Bleed for [5] damage for 3 turns

Soldier Battalion B follows up the attack, slicing Leon for [11] damage!

Officer B attempts to fling a bolt of fire at Lilliya’s face, only to find the spell missing as she deftly dodges out of the path long before he even thought about casting it… her epic dodge however, comes at the cost of her action next turn.

Leon slashes Officer B like it’s a nightmare, dealing a whopping [39] damage to him! He then bleeds for [5] damage!

DT Archer Battalion fire upon Leon and Lilliya! Leon takes [6] damage, while Lilliya again has already moved out of their firing range before they even contemplated fletching her.

Lexiel grants Victoria, Liliya and Soryn a boost of speed, granting them +1 Init! She also prepares a counterflux on Officer A. Her burn flares up for [7] damage in the meantime.

Soldier Battalion C joins the Lambda hatefest and slash the robot for [7] damage!

Soryn bleeds himself dry, and creates a shield of blood around Lilliya!

DT Warrior Battalion B attempt to slash Lilliya to pieces, only to find her ducking out of their reach before their swords even raise!

Magna reaves Officer A for [12] damage!

Officer A attempts to hurl a bolt of lightning at Lambda and strike her down, but finds his spell bamboozled by the work of Lexiel! Sighing, he lowers his hand, resigning himself to his fate.

The castle fires more acid at Officer B, melting him for [31] damage! No, quite literally! Officer B has melted into a puddle! He’s dead, jim! The ant drones regen 30 hp

Siege Onager loads a rock and hurtles it into the castle exterior, dealing [24] damage!

Siege Crystal sits idle as the only living soldier who can even operate lies bleeding out literally only feet away...it still warps for [12] damage.

Walmond, upon seeing his attack hit his targets, only to disperse without any lasting effects, caused the scientist to frown in disappointment. However, with a quick look around the field, he noticed how winded his allies were, then crouched, placing both hands on the ground as bright green lines began to spread their way through the ground.

Lambda, after charging into the battle, found herself pulling herself back after multiple batallions hacked away at her shields. They were holding, but the lucky strikes that went past those shields caused the rest of her to not be holding up well. So, with that, keeping both shields raised in from of her, Lambda initiated her self repairs, electricity surging on the top of her body and sealing the gashes in her armor and body.

Walmond uses Healing Field on Liliya, Lambda, Leon, and Magna, healing them for 2d4+INT (14). Lambda's healing from this is halved.

Lambda uses Emergency Repair, healing herself for 1d6+SYN (4). This healing is not halved. 3 turns remaining for Defensive Modifications.

"Well that was close." Liliya panted as she came to a halt. It wasn't often that she had so many people. . . if they could be called that, gunning for her. She could still take another look, check to see where the next flurry of attacks would be, but that wouldn't help. After that burst of speed, she wouldn't really be able to do anything substantial.

Liliya does nothing!! Deals 0 damage, with a 0% chance of stun, protects from 0% of incoming damage, and inflicts a status on no targetted enemies, dealing 0 damage for 0 rounds, and giving a 0% chance of extraneous effects.

"You don't have time to bleed!"  Lexiel informs her allies as her aura pulses out, suddenly audible, "You hear that?  That's the sound of victory!"  Lexiel amps up her anthem, restoring 8 HP to herself, Liliya, and Leon.  This replaces her passive anthem for the turn, and also completely changes the mood music.

Magna Sigyl (13/39 HP) Res: 3 (5 vs. magic attacks)

"Rest well, faithful beast. Try to be something tougher in your next life," she said, letting out a sigh. The last of her skeletal beasts had left her, as she ensured the souls were sent to the afterlife properly. She turned over at her newly raised minion. It was in poor taste to be manipulating the remains of your enemy, but now was not the time to be debating ethics. There was a battle to be won.

Vengeful Curse is active! Officer B will revive at the start of Turn 5 with 10 HP!

Magna's Officer A (10/100 HP) uses Arcfire Ignite on DT Beast Pack A, dealing [1d6 + SYN(10)] + [SYN(9)/2 rounded up] (Summoner's Influence Perk) for a total of [1d6 + 15] damage, and inflicting burn damage of SYN[10] for 3 turns.

Magna uses Rescind, withdrawing her scythe to guard herself and reducing incoming damage by 50%.

Soryn Éclaire (32/60 HP)  Res: 4

Soryn steadied himself on his umbrella, as he felt a little faint. He had been using up a lot of his own blood in such a short span. Just how long was this fight going to drag on?

The Blood Well is at (39/72) capacity!

Soryn casts Blood Siphon on Soldier Battalion B, dealing 1d8 + 1.5*INT(9) for a total of [1d8 + 14 damage] and ignoring 40% of target RES (Vampirism Perk). Half of the damage dealt is restored as health to Lexiel.

Empi Powderbelle

"It'd be nice if you guys DIDN'T get yourselves smacked around like male strippers at a hen night!"

Save the Date on Lambda (if the target of this move is damaged three times, half of all inflicted damage is restored to them).

If any buff activates, Empi regains 7% of her maximum health.

"That was unexpected..." As Leon wipe his blood from his mouth. He realize just how badly injured he is right now, and really need to finish this quickly. "I don't really like using this technique, since at this current level, it's not really going to help me a lot but..." Leon closed his eyes and took a deep breath as he activate the first level of Zero Flash, "I can't let myself die here until I could kill that woman..."

Activate perks : "I'm faster than you": DEX increase by 30% when health drop to 50% or lower

Use Field Blitz pn DT Warrior Battalion A. Deal 1d6+1.25DEX damage to 3 enemy each

Soldier Battalion A attacks Walmond and Leon. One hits each of them for [14] and [12] damage each, before Empi's curse activates and stuns the group.

Victoria fires two shots into the first group of Dragon Tooth Warriors, dealing [7] damage.

The third battalion of soldiers reforms its ranks.

Soryn drains [18] blood from Soldier Battalion B, and heals Lexiel for 9 HP.

Walmond

Walmond, personally, did not notice the enemy troops coming straight towards him. In fact, he was barely able to jump out of the way, nearly getting slashed apart from their weapons, though now his outfit did have a few cuts from the attack. Trying to get some distance, Walmond backed away, then slammed his hands back down onto the ground, his magic flaring back to life as the soldiers seemed to stagger from... Something.

Walmond uses Healing Field on Magna, Soryn, Victoria, and Leon for 2d4+14 health.

Lambda

After having most of her body repaired, by both her master's healing and her own magic that repaired herself, Lambda was forced to raise both shields, defending herself from a sudden barrage of arrows, which simply bounced off the metal of the shields. Then, lowering them, Lambda immediately charged back into the fray, even though she was heavily wounded not a few seconds ago.

Lambda uses Threaten the Enemy, taunting Soldier Battalion B, DT Archer Battalion A, and DT Beast Pack A. 2 turns remaining on Defensive Modifications.

Magna Sigyl (9/39 HP) Res: 3 (5 vs. magic attacks)

Magna let out a groan, as her vessel was starting to give way. It reacted too slowly to defend, after receiving damage. She steadied herself with her scythe and looked up into the sky, wondering if Abraham would come pick her up after she died? She chuckled, knowing there was no judgement to the heavens or hell, at least for the undead. She had already had her second chance.

Vengeful Curse activated! Officer B has revived under Magna's control with 10 HP!

Magna's Officer A (10/100 HP) uses Lightning Bolt on Officer A, dealing [2d8 + SYN(10)] + [Magna's SYNN(9)/2 rounded up] (Summoner's Influence Perk) for a total of [2d8 + 15] damage.

Magna's Officer B (10/100 HP) uses Ignite on DT Beast Pack A, dealing [1d6 + SYN(10)] + [SYN(9)/2 rounded up] (Summoner's Influence Perk) for a total of [1d6 + 15] damage, and inflicting burn damage of SYN[10] for 3 turns.

Magna uses Reap on her Officer A (or whichever has the most health), and restores its remaining HP (10) to Magna.

Soryn Éclaire (12/60 HP)  Res: 4

Soryn's breathing only became more labored, as his vision began to blur. Shameful to admit, he was getting far too old for antics like this. He had settled down in a remote castle for a reason. If he survived this, he was going to find some nice tea. He wondered how the shy girl he met earlier, Sachi, was faring.

The Blood Well is at (57/72) capacity!

Soryn casts Blood Siphon on Soldier Battalion B, dealing 1d8 + 1.5*INT(9) for a total of [1d8 + 14 damage]*1.3 (Nocturnal Perk Modifier)(l0l i forgot to include this perk last turn) and ignores 40% of target RES (Vampirism Perk). Half of the damage dealt is restored as health to himself (rounded up).

this might not much but I gotta keep attacking

Leon use In a Flash on DT Warrior Battalion A

In a Flash: Always first in INIT Ladder, dealing 2d12+DEX damage.

Skill activated

I'm faster than you: DEX increase by 30% when health drop to 50% or lower

Lexiel decides something drastic should be done to try to turn this fight around!  Her aura pulses, granting Magna, Soryn, and Victoria 3 HP of healing as she summons her mighty Hypersonic Dragon and sics it on DT Warrior Battalion B.  The dragon drags Magna to the top of the initiative order this round as it charges forward in all its hasty glory!

The Hypersonic Dragon has 25 HP, 3 resistance, and a basic attack that deals 1d6 + int (4) + syn (6) damage, which it will use on the DT Warrior Battalion B every round it can.

As the battle raged and the heroes were pressed further and further back, two things happened in quick succession; one, with a flash, a group of seven people, none seeming to be associated with their current opponents, appeared in front of the sealed-off drawbridge. The second was a familiar blue glow coalescing into a familiar figure - and a really quite unnecessarily large number of guns, levitating in the air behind the Heroic Spirit. "Excellent work holding out this long, men, but you can leave the rest of this to me, Demon King of the Sixth Heaven, and my Three Thousand Worlds!" With a thundering roar, the conjured weapons blasted at the opposing force, each foe getting two, three, even four or more shots as if they were being aimed by a legion of professional marksmen. Soon enough, what remained of the enemy force was making their way over the hills with a speed one wouldn't have thought was possible.

Nobunaga, however, was looking somewhat the worse for wear, judging by how she appeared faintly translucent at the moment. "Yep, just as I'd believed. My reserves weren't up to the task of that attack. It cannot be helped! I'll just have to sit on the sidelines for the upcoming battles. But don't fear, I'll be right back to help you cheese boss fights in time for the last one, just you watch!" She faded into blue motes; Lexiel could tell that she was still there, though the "signal" was rather weak at the moment.

The siege equipment sat, now abandoned and idle. Unfortunately, the castle still seemed to be under lock and key; whatever spell had sealed it (however imperfectly) was still being maintained by somebody. Still, the immediate threat was gone. . . for now.

Walmond & Lambda

In all honesty, Walmond knew the battle was going south. The team seemed to be losing ground, and coming closer and closer to death in every attack, no matter how many times Walmond himself healed. Even Lambda, who was built for durability, was beginning to wear out. But, just as the hordes of forces began to press their attack once more, a flash of light from the Castle distracted them, as it distracted Walmond and Lambda as well, and then, with only a small speech to accompany it, a roar of gunfire decimated the remaining ranks.

After a few seconds, Walmond stood up, the green magic flowing through the ground quickly snuffing itself from existence, "Lambda, return" he stated needlessly, as Lambda was already moving back to rejoin him, her shields sliding back into her gauntlets. With that, Walmond walked forward, moving to the front of the group, eyeing the new arrivals that were right in front of the Castle, "Hm... I suppose now we greet them?" he asked, to no one in particular.

???

In the new group of arrivals, there was one specific person that slowly rose to their feet, having been in a kneeling position before hand. As they did so, their dark, battered armor became more and more noticeable, as a dark, mist-like cape sprang to life behind them. Once they straightened, their hands fell from their helmet, revealing blood red eyes underneath the darkness of the helmet.

With a quick look around, the figure spoke, voice deep and metallic, "... It doesn't seem like we needed to help that much, considering how easy those forces were handled" they stated, turning around and looking up at the Castle, "Hm... I wonder if this is what we're supposed to be helping with" they added, seeming to ignore the people that were fighting for their lives only moments prior.

???

"I would assume so, Mira... Didn't they say this was urgent?"

Another figure rose, far shorter than the armored individual. A woman with light pink hair, curled beautifully behind her, down to the waist of her plate armor-turned dress. She effortlessly heaves up an overly large blade, with what looks to be a large white case attached to the base, acting as the hilt. The case glows light blue, and releases a low hum heard from hundreds of feet around, indicating it's some sort of machinery. The woman's face looks as still as the surface of her armor, cold and steady. She looks to the battered group of people who seemed to be a bit relieved with the end to the fighting. Her boots clack against the ground as she slowly approaches her fellow heroes.

"I believe we are your reinforcements. I am Snow Maginot. What is the current situation for the rest of your team?"

Cutting a considerably less composed figure than Snow is a teenage girl standing with a slight fidget in the middle of this newly arriving group, with tanned skin and her black hair in a ponytail. For the greatest part, this girl looks more or less normal, wearing a white dress, a black jacket, and with a white and black choker around her neck, and the only hints that she's as much of a combatant as the rest are the fact that that jacket, upon further examination, looks darker than should be possible, and that there's a sporting-grade crossbow strapped to her back.

The teenager, one Perlita Diaz, turned to the equally teenaged boy standing next to her, her stiff and awkward posture making the turn a little bit of an unnatural motion. "Jeez... that really is quite a few people, isn't it, Gabriel? Here's hoping no one gets all... confused and hostile..." She muttered to him in a tone that was nervous and just a little bit wary.

Mira

In response to Snow's question, Mira simply turned, looking dead on at Snow as the latter began to move towards the battered group. Then, with a quick glance towards the other five, she began to follow Snow, her own boots hitting the ground the only sound coming from her. Her own sword laid in a barely visible sheath at her side, clearly having the appearance of a regular, one handed sword, much unlike the giant blade Snow carried.

As she moved forward, her eyes began to dart around, taking in the people who they had come to help, noting the ones that looked like soldiers, and the ones that could potentially be a threat in combat, if they had to. It was likely unnecessary, but she still had to be careful.

Gabriel

By comparison to his more awkward friend, the teenage boy with Perlita seems more laidback and calm, with equally tanned skin and messy black hair. His attire is considerably more casual, consisting of a black shirt and a blue jacket with dark jeans. Like with Perlita, the only thing that might hint his status as a combatant are a satchel of throwing axes at his side and the unnatural sheen over his jacket.

He seems comparatively serene as he shrugs and shoots Perlita a comforting, easy smile.

"Ay 'sus, Perlita. Don't worry about it. I'm sure it'll be fine after we explain, right?"
