Of course. Didn't Solaris want to kill everyone at Apophyll by making Pyrous Mountain erupt, without Lin asking him to? (and since this is the only purpose of the existence of PULSE Camerupt, it probably can't even be retconned)

Cass said in an earlier post where she showed the PBStuff thing that Gen 8 is only in the code, it is not used in the game (it is there for the other games to use)

The Squirtle event is one of the few outdated things on the wiki. It needs to be raining for the guy in the building to appear, but then it needs to be clear weather for the Squirtle to appear. Also, you can get the Squirtle without the Tauros, in fact you can get it right after defeating Aya. Use this very helpful guide to get the directions to it (Ctrl+F for "FSquirt1"):

In the Reborn files, in the Graphics folder, there is an empty folder called 'Gameovers'. (And I think it's the only empty folder in the Reborn files.) Is that a Pokemon Essentials thing or does that mean something for E19?

I was able to find the YouTube sources for most of the tracks in the Reborn pack. Check it out: Still not found: only Eisenkoenigin (Solaris) I recognise it as an orchestral cover of Asgore's theme, but the number of covers of Asgore's theme on YouTube is insane, and I have scrolled enough and haven't found the right one.
