    No. They are far too powerful to be obtainable and thus never will be. The only one you can technically rebattle is the Gyarados thru a time limited sidequest.

    No, there is no ''turnaround''. A lot of sidequests are specifically time sensitive, so you have to have done them during a certain period of time.

    Honestly no one nature is the best. It entirely depends on what Pokemon you are using lmaO. Diff mons will benefit from different natures; it's honestly dumb to say that a specific nature is the best one because not every Pokemon is going to benefit from a specific stat being raised. As for neutral natures, generally they're nice in a regular playthrough because you don't have to worry about an important stat being lowered. Regardless, neutral still isn't best for all.

    No, it's not bugged. Riolu is a baby pokemon, and thus cannot breed. You'll have to evolve it before it can be bred. Also it has to have Max Happiness during the Daytime to evolve.

    There is no longer a Ditto quest. You can find them in rare raid dens ( iirc one of the ones close to the wispy ruins entrance? ) on route 4 after Amber.
