I didn't see an update, his latest posts have been some Switch Mystery Dungeon game or something and a random reading of his memes. This is good news but we still have no idea whether or not he was or will be able to salvage his Reborn save file.

What led you to Pokemon Reborn? The Youtuber Tyranitartube. He does Nuzlockes of mainstream randomizers and fan games and is the most engrossed Youtuber I've watched. I was introduced to his constant theorizing and over the top random responsive humor through his Alpha Sapphire Extreme Randomizer. When I came across his Reborn series, I found the plot, graphics, and characters so compelling that just as he was entering the Obsidia Ward for the first time I decided I had to play myself. What do you think about the battle system in the game? It's by far the most infuriating I've ever experienced. The difficulty level borderlines on unfair. The AI is intelligent which is refreshing but also precognitive. There are times when it changes its move as though able to see what I'm about to send out and I could swear that once or twice it has adapted to counter my strategies even despite that I reset the game when I blackout to save money. It also seems to have an answer for every weakness, especially Shelly! At the same time, I find the field effects and obedience caps quite well conceived. These add purpose to certain moves and targets legit holes in the mainstream games. To an extent, I appreciate the challenge. What do you think about the stories/narrative in the game? With the more interactive feature of being able to choose some of the paths and it's more mature nature, I find the plot more involved and engaging than the mainstream plots. In particular, what do you think about the queer characters in the game, like Cain and Adrienn? I appreciate the diversity, it's progressive and Cain's inappropriate humor is the heart of the plot IMO.

Well damn. First of all, hopefully he can recover those episodes along with his save file.

I've been primarily maxing out at the Salons, so far three trips to each for my Type: Null is the most I've had to make for one Pokemon but I'm keeping this in mind now.

He said he bought this PC in 2014. This makes it 6-years-old now. At that age, I'd just go for the new PC myself. The #1 question is, whatever solution he goes for, how long will it take? For now RIP Ttar.

That's good news. The question now is, does he know that? That his save file should be recoverable I mean.

This didn't tell us much at all. He said he's quitting daily uploads but what exactly does that mean? Reborn? How often is he going to be uploading once he's back up and running? Does he even still have his save file? Hopefully he backed up or is able recover his save file somehow and can replace his PC soon.

It's been about a week. I believe this is the longest in season 2 that he's gone without posting a new episode. Did it happen? Is he broken? True but it seems The Peeko is being a bit more selective recently.

Nor am I. He uses quite a few nicknames I am not a fan of in all of his playthroughs not just Reborn. Actually most of his reborn nicknames apart from myassisfish are okay. Still not great but okay.

Not to mention that he speeds through everything without really paying attention. *Is reminded of when he scrolled through the Tauros tutorial and than ran around freaking out because he couldn't figure out how to dismount*. I'm torn as to whether or not someone should tell him that it's possible to save in between the battles during certain pauses in the cut scenes if one slams that Quick Save button fast enough as the downside to that is being stuck with your team until you complete the gauntlet. He'd be unable to make adjustments or level up with Indra. It worked for me but is a pretty high price to pay for not having to redo the entire gauntlet when you blackout.

The problem might also be how many times he let it faint. That subtracts friendship.

Does he even know that he can wonder trade with this game? It's ironic. There was a point at which there was a popular demand for Wanja, even I tried to coax him to use it for Kiki because KingOfHearts was my Kiki broom but now that's he's misusing her, her popularity is instantly gone.

Perhaps THAT's what crashed his game NOT the mods. Admittedly, I use mods as well but have never experienced a crash (well other than the crash that sometimes occurs when I keep the game backgrounded for long enough and that was going on before I started using mods as well).

My KingOfHearts evolved around level 35 I believe but granted I trained him up for Kiki so I had access to the salons. Touche and I said that that rule felt too subjective. I disagree. Myassisfish had also finished off PLUSE Belly and didn't evolve. Mine killed things as well, admittedly I did most of it's leveling via Clown Indra who is too strong for it but I made sure to take it to route 2 a few times to let it get in some kills and it still took 3 trips to each of the two salons, the Soothe Bell and a bunch of Tomato Berries to evolve. Ugh I hate friendship evolution but the amount of time I was able to maintain my patience with this one I personally felt was impressive.

I didn't remember that Swoobat was happiness evolution either but if it hasn't already occurred to me by then, it'll be around level 40 that I start to wonder if it's NOT level up evolution. Two words (technically): Serebii.net!

Agreed. He complained multiple times about needing a water type leading up to Charlotte and then passed up Lumineon! He'll also be able to get Popplio which will also provide him with a decent fairy type. Something he could really use now since he's got 3 dragon battles to get through (Fern's Haxsarous, Soloris's Garchomp and Ciel's Altaria).

Did anyone besides myself and a Youtube commenter notice that he essentially cheated the blackout roulette to save Wanja who never managed to get a single attack in before going down? He didn't mod his game until relatively recently, just before Luna nor does he much use the mods. Let's be honest here, do we think he'd have made it this far if he had to switch his team around to accommodate TMX needs? I see your point though about his having them installed tainting the promotion.

No, there's no downside and to a point joining either is optional. Each team just prioritizes a certain set of items and Pokemon. i.e Which Pokemon do you want sooner rather than later, much later: Ponyta or Buizel? Do you want or need a Water Stone or Fire Stone sooner rather than later? You also MUST join a team to obtain the Bike though since this game doesn't have a Cycling Road (Well not as far as I've gotten at least) even that's optional. None of this matters, however, to the one reason I am thus far aware of that you require a gang to progress in the game. You just need an acquaintance with a gang leader.

Does he know the move relearner is there? I don't recall ever seeing him talk to the guy. But indeed, he has very novice move sets and is at the point in the game that's not going to give him a pass on that anymore whether he likes it or not. The question is will he recognize and concede to it? My move sets are ten times better than his and this Gauntlet still drove me crazy! Terra didn't bother me much at all. The Taka battle? I agree that Reshiram is the right choice even though down the line it costs him his life and Anna supposedly insists he wasn't supposed to die. Tragic as that might be, I feel helping him lie is an even greater disservice to him. At least he dies an honest man. Reshriam is also the better choice because it gets you more Meteor backstory. Admittedly, I'm minutely disappointed that he didn't go with Zekrom so I can see what happens since I am not sure I'll be playing again, that's how difficult this game is.

And again, he refused to teach Karen Blizzard in favor of continuing to put misplaced faith in Sing. Unlike Sand Attack as we just saw, Sing has never even really worked for him. Even when he does land it, the damn thing never sticks. I hesitate to count Radmous's Reuniclus since Radmous basically threw that battle. He also passed on teaching Kiki Play Rough right before the Luna battle no less resulting in his no doubt being the first player to ever black out to her. Admittedly, however, these such choices are what make him an entertaining albeit a bit frustrating watch. I almost feel bad, this upcoming gauntlet might just break him harder than Terra.

True but this is more or less luck on top of his luck!

Just when you didn't think it could get anymore rediculous than Slowking opting out of Trick Room, frickin' PULSE Swalot is practically rendered benign by Sand Attack, from first to last! WTF?! Welp. He's gonna have a lot of fun with these chain battles coming up.
