Hey, im currently training my team up at the Jasper Ward before i head into Beryl Ward. But the issue im having is my Budew (his names kazuo) hasnt evolved into Roselia yet. I know you need to level it up with high friendship but ive had him since before the first gym. Can anybody help? Edit : Forgot to include, yes, i do know it has to be day time.
