  1. A little question here: You said there are a few changes to some trainers. Radomus for example now has 3 of his Pokémon carrying Sythetic Seed. Prior to 18.2 it was only his Gardevoir who used that item. Are you going to update the downloadable PBS files for 18.2?
  2. Christopher Robin is the human child in Winnie the Pooh. What do Christopher Robin and Alice have in common? They live in a fantasy world of their own making^^ And if Luna is Alice, what does that makes TTar (who also lives in own fantasy world)?
  3. I'm glad to see you didn't give up on the game after that second review. Yes, you have a point if you say the game is challenging, but you made use of the advice people tried giving to you, which just speaks for you in a good way. So you said you fought Shelly 30 to 40 times? That sounds about what most people do experience against her, since she is rather difficult compared to the other fight in that level area. But the double battles in this game can get a little tricky due to the overall higher difficulty of Reborn. Also, about the part where we told you that you might want to train more than 6 Pokémon: Usually it is enough to train roughly about 2 teams to beat the game. If you have between 12 and 15 different Pokémon you can cover all types and you have a good mix of Pokémon to either hit any gym leader with what is effective against the type of gym, or to go for the weak spots of their Pokémons second types. And just like i told you last time: Whenever you feel like you hit a wall in the game, feel free to ask for help. The people on this community will usually provide you with answers that will help you.
  4. But.....but.......we've all been such naughty boys and girls..... Why would you still give us this wonderful present, santa cass?
  5. There is one easy way to make those Gen 8 changes a legitimate topic to discuss here: Which of these changes will make it into V13? I can easily imagine things like adjusting some Mons base stats to match those of Gen 8, i can also imagine changing thinks like Kings Shield ATK drop from -2 to -1, or make Disguise hurt it's user for 1/8 of its HP once Disguise is broken. But what about those abilities, for example, that will increase the chance to meet Pokémon of a certain type in wild encounters?
  6. Yeah well, we'll get to see in a few hours whether this guy is Alice or not XD
  7. So, he has arrived at Luna's gym and he trashed (and trash talked) Bennet (good boi, Bennet is a loser). So next up it's Christopher Robin vs Alice XD (If you get the reference) The funny thing is that Kiki would be a hard counter for almost all of her Pokémon, if only it had learned Play Rough, which he refused to teach XD
  8. Aaaaand he made it through the Subseven Sanctum in one episode. But he said he recorded for 2 hours, even if we only got to see half of that. So next up is another labyrinth that is Iolia Valley. I wonder how long it will take for him to solve that one
  9. Yeah, but while he knows from his viewers that this point of no return exists, he doesn't know where exactly it is, only that it is close to where he is in terms of story progression. And going by his recent speed of story progression and the fact that he might want to do some more of the stuff that he might want to get done before the point of no return, i would say that it'll be at least 3, maybe even 4 episodes before he makes it to the Agate Checkpoint. And we don't know if there will be new episodes during the christmas days. So maybe we gotta wait to see how this will play out.
  10. May i call you Alice? That's some fantasy world you're living in. Although i guess that would be the best christmas ever.....
  11. That's because 90% of Pokémon players are just overusing only the strongest Pokémon with only the strongest offensive moves they can learn. And make the mistake to think they are strong/skilled trainers because of that. Have you ever watched the Youtube Channel "The Garbodors"? This guy uses Pokémon that are considered "weak" and wipes the floor with those kind of people who think using only the strongest Pokémon makes you a strong trainer.
  12. Yes, but the lockout won't happen until after he beat Luna, which of course he doesn't know yet. But the game is nice enough to tell you that you can't go back if you are trying to pass Agate checkpoint, so i'm sure even he can't miss the fact that this is the point of no return once he makes it that far. Although he still has to make his way through the Subseven Sanctum, and that one not only is a Labyrinth where you must avoid to be seen by El's cultists, but also you must solve puzzles regarding the "Arcues bible". So he's got his work cut out for him. Unless the next episode is a long one he might need 2 episodes for the Subseven Sanctum alone XD And after that he still needs to make his way through Iolia Valley and beat Luna before he reaches the point of no return.
  13. TTar; "We're in the end game now!" Me: "No, you're not!" This man is in for a surprise if he really thinks 8 badges is even CLOSE to the end. He should know that at least Amaria, Charlotte, Luna, Hardy, Adrienn and Saphira are gym leaders of Reborn that he hasn't faced off against yet. So what makes him think he's "in the end game" now? And he has not met Titania, Ciel, Samson and T3RR4WWWW yet, who would be the remaning leaders for a complete set of 18. Also, didn't he say he wants some recommendations for games available on Steam? I got 2 that would fit his channel, since both are monster capturing games like Pokémon. First one would be Digimon Story Cyber Sleuth Complete Edition, which is one of the best Digimon games right now. Although the dialogues in this game are quite long, the game itself is fun and you can capture 340 Digimon. Second game would be Temtem. This one was supposed to be released as an early access in September, but got moved to January 21. While this game will be early access even at this new date of release, the game will still be playable and it is very similar to Pokémon. But it does it's own thing in terms of many mechanics.
  14. You have a valid point there. Rebeorn and Rejuvenation are both very huge games compared to any official Pokémon game. By the time it takes you to finish an official Pokémon game you are at best only at the point where the story of Reborn or Rejuvenation are only getting started XD And since both of them are not completed as of now, there is no saying how long it would take until you can get to the actual end of these games. Yeah, that as well. I can see him going into intense mode, because Reborn was not enough pain for the guy. Of course there might be the chance that he'll be like "Ok, if normal mode is similar in difficulty to Reborn, i better go easy mode, because i wanna nuzlocke this and i don't want my Tiki to die again!" XD
  15. While it is true that Rejuvenation is inspired by Reborn, it is not only its own game entirely, but also has a few features that Reborn doesn't have. For example: Rejuvenation has an achievment system that gives you achievment points upon completing certain tasks in the game. You can spent those points on some nice rewards, like the so-called "golden items" which can be used to do HM things like Cut or Surf without teaching the HM to any of your Pokémon. It also features "Shadow Pokémon", something you might remember if you ever played the two Pokémon Colosseum games on the Game Cube. It has a few other mechanics unique to Rejuvenation, so yeah, you will certainly have your own seperate adventure. But just like Reborn, Rejuvenation is still in development, so you can only reach up to a certain number of badges right now. But if you want to know how many badges you can earn by now, you'll have to find out on your own, because that is something i won't tell XD
  16. Yeah, we can't deny that TTar has the luck of the devil on some battles, since the opponents didn't use the moves they are famous for using to wreck many first time players. But i'll be honest, if he didn't abandon the nuzlocke rules he wouldn't have made it this far with the way he's playing this game. On the other hand we get to see him play the entire story of the game, since he doesn't have to end it after he loses a battle. I wonder if we can get him to play Rejuvenation next, after he finishes Reborn (as far as EP18 goes that is). And of course we need him to go back to Reborn once EP19 is released, and back to Rejuvenation once there are new releases of that one as well XD. But for now he should focus on Reborn before we pester him about Rejuvenation. He still has a lot to do there.....
  17. Hahaha, TTar struggled on the chess puzzle, but he did manage to solve it (after a few hours of trial and error) I personally don't get why that puzzle is supposed to be difficult. It is just as Commander said: Although i guess it is not a matter of patience, but rather a matter of sloth XD I often get that feeling that a lot of people don't want to use their brains in the first place. And why should they? With the convenience of guides and walkthroughs available only a few days after a game releases, why bother trying to figure out what to do by yourself?
  18. Okay, i agree on that one. There is not much i can say against that XD And backstory is always nice, especially games like Reborn that have an actual story. Do the official Pokémon games have a story? If so i missed it XD Yeah, the bishops....i think we all know that these things have a mind of their own sometimes TTar could tell you stories about that Of course they lost their shit. Even though you explained how to solve it, people would have to use their brains to find the new solution by themselves....And you know....using your brain is exhausting, consumes tons of time, and (for some people at least) hurts like hell....
  19. Hmmm, okay^^ Considering some people even had massive struggles with the puzzles for Swirlix and Spritzee very early on the game i guess "puzzle difficulty" is just a matter of perspective, like almost everything else in life XD I mean, there are people who would say that Darksouls on the highest possible difficulty is still way too easy, and then there are people who have difficulties beating an official Pokémon game, so yeah.....
  20. Oho? Now i am curious. If Radomus chess puzzle is the 2nd place in your opinion, what would be the most difficult gym puzzle?
  21. Wait, did i break it? ..... ..... ..... *awkward moment of silence* YAY! I destroyed stuff! Finally my life as an evil demon has purpose!
  22. 1 hour and 23 minutes......and it's like 10 minutes of TTar doing story and afterwards an hour of TTar catching encounters he missed up until now. And he's not even done collecting all the encounters he missed..... Well.....guess we get the Radomus battle next episode......or another 1 hour episode of him catching the remainin encounters he still has available.....
  23. Hahaha, true^^ Whenever there is talk of strategy, in my head i'm imagining TTar being like "Strate-what? Stra....Frick, i'm not playing a stradivari! What are you talking about?" Ok, he's not THAT confused (or maybe he is? His playstyle sometimes matches that one XD), but since he does get a lot of things mixed up at times, it's easy to imagine him like that....
  24. I can't wait to see how he handles the upcoming battle agains Radomus^^ It's another double battle after all, and those tend to be the more difficult ones, especially if you are not prepared XD
  25. Yes, another bar. And it says mysterious secret. That's mysterious. And a secret! I wonder what kind of mystery (and secret) will be behind this? It mysteriously appeared all of a sudden to mystify us with the secrets behind its mysterious description.......have i said mystery and secret before? I don't know.....my own memory is a mysterious secret even to myself.....
