Here's a question: Will Rejuv keep the Gen 7 speed calculation (calculations happen at the end of the turn) or will it be using Gen 8's (calculations happen as soon as they occur.) And if so, have any of the boss teams had to change because of it?

June 7th, 2020: Now what do we have cooking today? Well first on the menu (and on an unsurprising note), both Mordecai and Lucile have gone through the wash and come out with new designs. They're probably the characters I update most often since they're so important to the story. They both resemble their respective portraits much better now as well. I've also been working on some other sprites, including this lumberjack guy! He's, uh, pretty cool. Josie, on the other hand has been working away at tiles for our next area! We're officially through with case 12

June 3rd, 2020: Well, with the revival of the club from its unorthodox slumber, I figured I might as well bring back the dev blog as well. Hopefully everyone is currently doing well and staying safe! It can definitely be frightening to watch/experience what's currently going on around us, that with COVID and the protests and all. 2020 will be a year to remember for sure. A game by @Michael_ and @Ekat Introduction: It's about time I brought the club back from its incorporeal state. Pokémon Ashen Frost, formerly Pokémon Present, revolves around Sylvester, a kind, albeit surly, officer-turned-detective in Riverview City. Sylvester works alongside his not-quite-canine unit, Swinub, to solve minor cases. Tracking down missing cheques and ice sculpture vandals doesn't come without risks, however; the frigid metropolis is home to ordinary people and criminals alike. I always just thought Erick's hair was a reference to Sonic. Who knows though. Going back to this, there are Zorua, Pangoro and a Golden Apple statue in the Garufan Ruins underneath Carotos mountain. So it seems to be related to them in some way. -
Quality update time! Much like Reborn, I have also taken the liberty of porting AF to MKXP. It took ages and made me want to die on multiple occasions but behold! Better framerates! Yeah, it's not a big update but oh well.

He probably just has a team for testing battles, as opposed to a team at that point in the game. As for Aelita, she probably doesn't have dependency set (didn't partner up) because Jan skipped that event, meaning that he wouldn't be fighting with her.

So uh, dev update time since it's been a few weeks. As of yesterday, Case 11 is now complete! Only two or so more to go before the re-release. We've also taken the liberty to add custom shinies to the game, knowing that's a thing that people like - so uh, here's some of my favourites: I've also been continuing to mess around with Pokémon teams and such. I've considered adding difficulty modes so if anyone sees this and that's something they wouldn't mind, feel free to let me know. The majority of Pokémon fangames run on a program called Pokemon Essentials which is a kit built for development in RPG Maker XP. Reborn was recently ported to MKXP which was originally a recreation of the RMXP player to run on Linux systems, but has since been rebuilt to support newer versions of Ruby (the coding language of RMXP) in an attempt to improve performance.

You have a zipped file of the game folder saved, don't you? Just extract the game again. Although this thread has absolutely nothing to do with modding the game so for next time, you should probably make your own thread.

I played through the entire demo and didn't find it all that challenging. I believe the game doesn't actually have Reborn's AI within it which makes game decisions a bit more random. The field effects, especially the first gym leader's, is where the actual difficulty comes into play. Set mode isn't that big of a problem, seeing as I personally found it super easy to optimize my team to my playstyle. The EXP share also helps to get any lagging member on track super quickly.

I'd recommend asking on the desolation thread itself, rather than creating a whole new thread for the topic. If I was to take a guess, I'd say people are more likely to see it and respond there.
