So far Water Shuriken is more powerful and could hit 5 times if i want it to; and Blizzard has infinite accuracy (all i'm missing is for it to freeze more often). After I finish the gimmick for matblock which is +2DEF/SPDEF upon success i'll move on to night slash always criting. A little OP but at least i'll have my personalised Ash-Greninja
