Personally, i go with a mac/pc combo. I have my mac for school work, coding (i code in c), surfing the web, and taking and tracking notes. Then i would have my gaming pc, custom made, for things like WoW, and Hearthstone, and other things only PC's can do.

I love my Acer Aspire 5560 laptop. I highly recommend it . No problems in the 5 years I've had it. Macs in reality are overpriced PCs (my dad is a computer expert and let me know this) so PC would be the better way to go. Good luck with your choice.
