    What's the need of muscle wing now? You can simply use HP UP which raises the Hp EV of a pokemon to 10 directly instead of raising it by 1 EV. I can give you HP Ups.

    I think the Quick claw is found in a Trainer's School between the 8th and 9th gym.

    As far as I know, The orphans can be found in following places: 2 orphans in Route 3 (requires surf), Wispy Path (requires cut), Purity Grove, Goldenwood Cave (requires surf), Gearen Sewers, Amethyst Cave (requires surf), Akora Shore (requires surf) and Route 4. Credits to @Alex
