    I can give you all of them shiny with 5 to 6IVS (except Spheal which will be non shiny) And I can give you few of the starters shiny+non shinies. All of them are free

    Gen VII starters are added. I would recommend you to choose poplio if you want to try with gen VII starter. Litten and rowlett are available later in game though.

    First of all go and to talk to him in an apartment next to the Mart. Try talking to everyone in the apartments next to the Mart and you shall find him. Then you have to go in that cove and talk to that fisherman to get super rod.

    Slowpoke can be found there by using super rod. It has a very low encounter rate. For your kind info. Super rod is available by doing the Simon&Tara sidequest.
