Download the latest patch from the rejuvenation v9 download page and see if it works. Follow this instructions: Copy all the contents of the patch into the rejuvenation directory by selecting merge or replace.

Just start the game and it should work fine If it doesn't make sure that your save file is placed in correct place: C:/users/your username/saved games/pokemon rejuvenation. It will be named as game.rxdata -

Try to use backup save files If it works while going from the valor shore. If it still does happens, then One of the community's mod will fix it for you
