    It varries in official games but typically one requests a trade/battle and one waits or recieves for the trade/battle. In reborn you need to manually type in who you are trying to request where as Cannon not so much so long as they are close to you as they work direct line of 'sight' then there is Wonder Trade also known as WT where it's random

I have a gothita, though it's been breed it still has random IVs on the most part she's an event from Beryl Ward and I have squirtle from the wastelands completely wild, also the deerling mystery egg hatched shiny for me if you want any of these I'd like the Tangela

    Not a gaurenteed shiny, just good odds, shiny rate is a lot higher in reborn

    It's also possible to use pre existing maps as well but highly likely if no new maps to be wondering ledgendary Pokemon

    Commander has a mod called pokemon redux for pokemon reborn these are trainers that could be put in the game

    You can only mega once per battle, I would pick between the 2 otherwise good coverage, maybe give Decidueye it's special Z crystal?

    Honestly at least you are asking about the right type of thing, people here like to ask for trades in this thread despite the discription linking where you should go for trades and battles so it's not that bad in the end
