If your on episode 16 you can find shiftry and nuzleaf as a rare wild encounter form anywhere from lvl 15-55 roughly in the rhiodine jungle by the byrel ward (sorry from all misspelled words)

Found it in the first three places I believe then updated to to patch 16 tried in every weather and day and night except windy at the last two locations but can't seem to find it any help please?
