    Most of them are relocated to wild the only ones I know that aren't are whismur. Pretty sure everything else can be fiund wild that was an event pokemon, although some like the tynamo line are extremely hard to find

    Could also use something that gets the boost from her field I ran gligar once myself or an Altaria last run forget what I did my middle run both are available pre Ciel, gligar they can get on the crustle route along with rydon/horn which would live that. Magneton would also be a good choice being found in the caves that Aya was kidnapped in

    Gengar no longer has levitate as ability it gets cursed body as only ability now

    You cannot breed it onto budew, roselia or Roserade in this current meta maybe when there was TM breeding but not currently https://pokemondb.net/pokedex/roserade If you scroll down to egg moves you can click the link and see the parents as well in Pokemon DB

    There are others as well that do this, most of the members in my guild also do this. I usually do this and ask if they have spare items if they are willing to give them up but they are not required

    Exp all is not an official thing in reborn, however the is a mod that allows for Exp all, I hope this answers your question.
