Bennett is probably rather unpopular, but he is one of my favorite characters in Reborn. The will to improve that fueled him after he realized how creepy and hopeless his obsession with Luna was will likely turn him into a badass. People who are angry with themselves are usually the ones who work the hardest and grow the strongest. If he held on to that feeling he will be very tough to defeat when we face him again.

I cant tell you whats good for you, as you have to know that for yourself, but in my opinion and experience, listening to music usually makes depression worse. The more one listens to music the more dreamy, lethargic and emotionally unstable one tends to become. I read a book by Professor Temple Grandin where she warned, that listening to beautiful music and feeling cozy and hugged can make ones depression worse, as those feelings and the released hormones are addictive. You get a brief moment of high, but once its over, you might feel even worse. Getting out of depression is like pulling yourself out of a swamp you are stuck in. In my personal experience, there is no cozy way to do it.

I know the Orange League was little more than a filler, but didnt he win? So in the Anime, Ash basically already is a Pokemon Champion. (At least on the Orange Islands) Anyways, the Pokemon Anime was dead to me the moment Ash and Garys Rivalry was settled, as Gary quit being an active trainer and decided to become a scientist instead. In my opinion, thats when they should have let Ash win the Johto league finale and ended the series on good terms. But instead, he dropped out and the most interesting rivalry in the entire series was gone. Thats when it turned into an endless and boring loop to make infinite cash with the franchise. You seem to have a pretty low self esteem and sense of self-value. Thats the real problem you are struggling with. You even go as far as to say that you have convinced yourself that no one will ever love you again, despite the fact that you cant possibly know that. Thats quite an amount of hatred you have for yourself. Now you even try to "kill" your old self, because you think he wanted you gone. My question is: Why do you even care about what he wants? Has it ever occurred to you that there might be nothing wrong about you and that in fact he was the problem? Because that guy sounds like a douchebag to me.

I also had to take antidepressants for quite some time. My advice is not to quit taking your medicine on your own unless your doctor and/or therapist explicitly recommends it. Talk to them about your current feelings. Its a known side effect of antidepressants to cause such suicidal tendencies and feelings of emptiness.

Im autistic as well and I must disagree. It affects mental development and personality, but the cause is physical (organic) and not psychological. Psychological traits are not inborn, but acquired during lifetime. Autism however is inborn and already begins affecting the nervous system during embryonal development. The exact cause is unknown (by now its presumed that its determined by multiple factors), but genetic traits play at least a partial role in it, as autism usually is heritable in a dominant way. Statistics have shown that if only one parent is autistic, there is a chance of 80% that their child will be autistic as well. About transgenders: I know rather little about this topic, but enough to tell that its not just a psychological thing, but most likely organic as well. Their brains chemistry and development is different from other people which share the same primary sexual organs. Its not just their imagination that they feel like they belong into a different body. Its physical and due to their brain actually having developed in a way that would usually fit people of the other sex. This discrepancy is probably caused by a hormonal problem during the embryonic or fetal phase, meaning that it is inborn and not psychological and thus not curable via psychotherapy.
