Btw what do you use to edit the scripts file? I assume doing it in RXMP is the standard, but I don't have that. I tried to get an editor for it, but it seems to stop working after about a minute of use...

Just wondering, because the only edit to the scripts file is the line to load the mods and the mods themselves are external files, would the mods work for things like altered versions of reborn or rejuvenation if the same line was added to their scripts file? or would the mod files themselves still be sensitive to changes in the scripts and stuff that those other version/games would have?

Hopefully you'll love the game (It's excellent) but If you haven't played in ~8 years, good luck, it's pretty challenging! The difficulty is pretty fair and well-crafted though so it might be a good way to train you back up a bit in battling =). You may not have seen it as the main download page still links to E16, but the community release for E17 is currently out so you can get that here: This has gen 7 content added to the game, but there are still some bugs in this one, so be sure to come back in a while and get the full release once that's finished (might be around the end of the month?)

I was meaning what actually changed about the ingame event. I.E what prevents you from doing it after Luna where it was in E16 and earlier. I didn't know ralts was moved back either, but I can see why two of the strongest and most widely used psychic pokemon were moved back to after Samson (and Fairy in gardevoirs case)

So what actually changed about the beldum event that pushed it back, just out of curiosity?

I think one other thing that can give some clues are some of the ununsed field effects. The starlight field is almost definitely for Anna with Jirachi, and the Flower Garden field definitely seems like Laura's field (so I think she might get reinstated, especially if El gets kicked out for being with Team Meteor or something?)

We're just putting a bunch of individual images/gifs into our signature. you can edit that from within account settings from clicking the down arrow by your icon in the top right

Ah, that makes sense, as lots of the OT/ID changes of gift pokemon only happened in E16 so it's cool that there's another way for earlier saves without trading.

some have had luck with breeding a copy and hatching the egg in 7th street apparently
